I was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumour when I was 23, It was like being told I was going to die at the time. After a couple of years I forgot
all about it and went travelling then started looking for employment again. Then my tumour came back in 2007 as the worst grade of tumour. That was 3
years ago now and again I thought i was going to die, even writing a will. now im driving again and looking to start work again. i'm sure it will
return as they always do, but you just get on with life and begin to take it for granted again.
well thats my experience anyway. If I lived every day as if it were my last do you think I'd be on ATS so much?
I think treating my disease with a certain ambiguity has served me well over the last few years
