Dude:
The plan is divert deflect and deny at all costs. Deflect even one degree enough times the next thing you know you find yourself led in the opposite direction.
You expect those with that agenda to stick to the subject and be honest?
D'you realize how actually rare it is among the worlds tribes and cultures to even claim or pretend adherence to truthfulness in all things with all people? It's a fairly christian teaching and the rest of the world isn't gonna play along as they're not especially that suicidal

Ok so the U.S Commission on Civil Rights has 8 commissioners. Todd Gaziano was a congressionally appointed commissioner who has just as much power as the presidential appointed members.

SO WHAT'S YOUR POINT. What does all this non relevant BS have to do with the issue at hand?

What's laughable is you muddashipazeta

Sheesh you are another 90 IQer who thinks their IQ is 140 because they took a fake IQ test online and believe they are smart.

How many folks on ATS fit that bill. MANY. hahahah

Obama is that you? lol

So, it's perfectly acceptable to post inaccurate information so long as it supports your cause? This is just like the "This guy whom you've never heard from before doesn't like Obama - but he's black, so his words should get special treatment."

Hudson thought it was an important point, so he referenced it repeatedly. He thought it was relevant, so your argument is with him, not me.

Besides, this case is all about voter suppression, right? So why did Gaziano give a man who supports measures to limit voting a job with the commission? That isn't relevant either?

Oh, that's right - only things that make Obama look bad are relevant, even if they're complete lies.

The cabal's propaganda machine will only report on topics that their masters wish to see aired in the MSM.

Theor conspiracy of silence on all matters of serious concern to the public can surely not have passed you by.

You caught him with his pants down on that one. It was "all Americans" this and that until he said "OUR PEOPLE".

Somehow I doubt I fit in that category with him (being mostly white and all). I am so ashamed of myself now knowing that I am this man's oppressor. Wait, did I ever vote Republican? ...um, no. Not once since I started voting in 1980.
Libertarian when available on the menu for me please!

Its also suspect to me that you dismiss Obama's own racist statements stretching from his books, to his campaign. If a white guy had said some of the things he did, you would have no trouble believing this. In fact, if it were white KKK members involved and a Bush DOJ dropped the case, I have a hard time believing you would be so skeptical.

Please cite a few of them. If they're right there in his books, that should be easy.

Difficulty: no quotes that have previously been debunked.

Why do people have to do this?

I don't know...ask the Tea Partiers.

They call it "our country," and since they're quite a bit less than 1/3 of the country, they are necessarily separating themselves from the other 2/3.

The New Black Panther Party Website

These people creep me out about as much as SS would've done in the 30's. About as much as KKK would.

Again, this isn't about tea parties, republicans or conservatives. Its about a racist group that was violating the voting rights act and the DOJ that dismissed the case without a reason.

In any case, Howard Dean's slogan for the 2004 election was "take back our country".

Often, they do it for me.

One of the other conservative board members thinks it is "small potatoes."

And one of its six conservatives, Abigail Thernstrom, wrote an article published Tuesday in National Review dismissing the New Black Panthers incident as “small potatoes” and warning that the commission’s “overblown attack threatens to undermine the credibility” of conservative criticism of the Justice Department, led by Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr.

Until we see Gaziano repeat his allegation under oath, on pain of perjury, I'm filing this under the "dubious" category, since he's the only source. Just like Sen. Kyl who pushed everyone out of the room (other than him & the president) so there was no one there to confirm what he said.

One source repeating what he claims he was told does NOT make a legitimate news story.

The law should be applies evenly across the board. Here is hasnt been. THAT should be the issue. The race division thing is a red herring to divide people IMO. It should be the law being violated by the DOJ that we should be pretty torqued about in general. The reason its being violated is racist sentiment obviously ( seek the video where Shabazz calls for whites/"crackers" to be killed and white babies to be killed) ... big whoop, shouldnt be the sole focus. King S is an idiot, but when our own DOJ is screwing up like this .. we better wake up and take it seriously.

I so agree with you Amagnon. I would love to see the actual footage and not just to hear what they said to the voters, but what was said overall. See, the poll personnel were supposed to push them back behind the lines when they are trying to get people to vote for a certain candidate. I've been on both sides of polling/trolling and managed to walk the fine line. BTW, in DC so don't go there!
The polls I did were for mayor elections. Anyway, anytime a campaigner came along and crossed the invisible line of all campaigning stops here, we kicked them back. Seemed to me that the police should have been called, but no one had the guts (as usual) to stand up for peoples rights. There was no way on my watch they would have been even close to the line.
Who was in charge that day?
Also, I still believe all of this race baiting is a put up for people to get mad enough to raise a weapon to the POTUS, thus starting martial law. Please ATSer's, keep a level head here.

Black may be beautiful,

This is what I heard a man tell an american indian one day...

Guess it's this way now with Barry Soetoro in office...

White may be beautiful,

Now one of Obama's own civil rights commission appointees is confirming that the DOJ dropped this case for nefarious reasons.... These leads me to a glaring question:

1. Where is the MSM on this? I cant believe they would be silent if these guys were white and Bush was president.

Apparently our president and DOJ are outright racist and if you're not white, voter intimidation is A-OK. Obama's own appointee calls the DOJ "Lawless" in this interview! Isn't this a huge story?

No offense but did you just now figure that the messiah was a racist? This cat is bad news from the get go and has the MSM all in his pocket. As bad as bush was I think Pres. Sotero is worse.

Oooops. That was racist. I just dont like him because he's black.

Shiznit like this would NOT be tolerated in Texas.

These two punks would be met by two (or more) guys with sticks and then the s would htf!

"Oh my god honey....their are two black men in leather jackets and one has a stick!" "What shall I do?"

"Well honey, call a couple of friends over with their baseball, glove and bat. We could see if they wanted to play."

"If they dont, we'll stand here in front of them about 12" from their faces!"

What is it with you yankee's? Why are you so scared of aholes like this? They want a "confrontation"? Give'em one! If they bleed they can die, If they can die I'm not scared!

GOOD GOD FOLKS! GET A PAIR!

The New Black Panther Party motto is "Freedom or Death"....

Their "freedom" and OUR "DEATH"? err. No. Me thinks they deserve one but not the other.

I am hoping that the comission does the right thing, straightens this out, then actually does equal justice here in this case. If not, then this could esclate out of control. Fear can be a powerful motivator, for both good and bad, and in this case, it would not be good. Most of the normal hate groups in the country have been silent and gone to ground, not popping out, unless they have massive support in the area to where they can run roughshod within reason. If the DOJ, does not do anything about this, and chooses to ignore it, then the KKK or any white supremicist group could go out and do the exact same thing and a defense lawyer could demand that under the prior rulings on the part of the DOJ, they punishment has to be the same for equal justice, and cause a spiral out of control all across the nation, as well as, cause people to join the groups out of fear.

I figure people are simply sick and tired of having to fight constantly over everything... specifically when the aggressors arent even arrested for breaking the law. When not even a fairly simple and straightforward law relating to voting cant be upheld.. we have issues. And we also have people who will exploit it. Its not just Yankees... people in general are tired of uncivilized behavior in general. Its getting ridiculous.

The thing with King Shabazz is that he is breaking specific laws.. besides him being a childish racist idiot. If thats what "black power" is.. calling for people to murder babies and calling names... well.. thats just too sad. Blacks SHOULD be pretty P.O.d about this entire thing. Coworkers and friends.. of non white color.. arent too thrilled. The DOJ is in hot water with Joe Public.. and so are the New Black Panthers. I watched their spokesman speak today. He DID condemn the actions of this King Shabazz and said he wasnt okay with calling for the killing of "crackers" and their babies.. but he is a racist just the same, wants reparations, and etc. He has no beef with the DOJ, not surprisingly. Its all so pathetic on 2 of the 3 sides. The 3rd side is laughing all the way to totalitarianism.

You have to look at what people are really griping about to see what the real deal is.. IMO. If they are hollering about a guy acting a fool and calling it racial pride.. well.. that happens often and isnt the issue. The issue is our government has gone mad. This is just ONE small symptom. Plus, how better to divide??? Just look at some of the responses in this thread and you can see it. Pit 'em all against eachother and take the eyes off of whats going on around the corner.
