just a hour os so ago on one of the web/net news pages there was a head line" Italian house member to seek UFO files open, ask UK members to have files open to the public, why has this not been posted as a hot topic?

Wouldn't surprise me if this was real and it was an experiment done by some government agency to see the reaction of people and they did just enough to make it look fake. It also wouldn't surprise if it was fake! : ) Don't forget the Grey's are not fond of light.

So, If the mods move it because it was proven to be a hoax, should they not state their sources for that claim? I for one would like to read how and why this was proven to be fake.

The best the movie industry could do in 1984 was E.T. which was actually released in 1982 with a budget of $10,500,000. Are you saying the model maker for the print ad made a more realistic looking alien and pwned Steven Spielberg? Wouldn't this model maker have a huge future in the movie industry and would have become a well known figure? Does anyone even know the name of this guy?

Also, Aviation Week is known to be a source for disclosure of previously top secret items, this is why it is nicknamed "Aviation leak magazine"

I have seen a much higher resolution picture than what has been posted in this thread and the alien skin has a bit more of a green tinge to it.
I am looking for the picture that I remember.

My thoughts exactly. If one claims they have evidence of a ufo etc, then the one supporting the claim needs a plethora of information to make their proof undeniable. Resumes, witnesses, tangible evidence, negatives, raw data etc etc...

YET, when they decide its a hoax, then there is no evidence needed to back their claim. Quite the double standard.

I think thats where the burden falls to you.

I don't know why its been moved to the hoax forum, but since its been around since 1988, I'd think it safe to say its been discussed before.

So, have a search. I'm sure you'll find your answer.

I can't say for sure if this PARTICULAR one is real or not but there is a species that look EXACTLY like this, so it very well could be.
Yes, TPTB know of them, have had contact with them and have been warned of impending disasters by them and i mean cataclysmic. The new ORDER that is being introduced is because of the information given to them by these beings and it is VERY near!!
Hold on to your hats!

No it will not. Chad does not get a hero biscuit, he didn't prove anything at all except how to post links. Where is the painting or model? Where is the guy who did it? Where is the confession? Where is the evidence it is a hoax?

Where is the alien's spaceship, it's suit if it has one ore the alien itself? This one is really old and hasn't been proven to be real. What's the point of wasting any more time on discussing it?

I think the speed in which this was thrown into the hoax bin without actually ever being debunked should tell us a little about the mod that moved the thread to kill it. There is no reason why ATS could not be infiltrated by disinfo agents that have become mods and now they kill "dangerous" threads at will.

Tell me where anything related to ufology has been proven to be real? The fact that this hasn't been proven to be faked is the real question, yet it's labeled as a hoax already. Just because someone says so doesn't make it so.

Hoax or not, it looks creepy. Specially with the skull like nose.

I brightened up the image to reveal it's face features.

I disagreed with you in the past regarding the oil thing but I am on your side regarding this. Something very suspicious about this thread and my spider sense is tingling big time.

Really.. Read the links posted on page1.

And our goal here is not to prove something to be fake but to prove something to be real!

An appropriate statement indeed!

An exceedingly cheesy fake it appears to be.

As has been pointed out, the 'Mood Lighting' and photogenic pose make it impossible to take seriously. In my opinion.

Well i read the links. Care to elaborate on where it clearly shows that it isn't real? And yes, anyone who stakes a claim of fakery must back it up. It works both ways bro. Otherwise, we will never get to the bottom of things.

In that same vein, I'd like to submit my proof that aliens exist.

Just look, obvious proof in the form of a bugles advertisement. They clearly know aliens exist, and are shown communicating with one in this video.

Until you can without a doubt prove this is fake, I submit that is is actual verifiable proof that aliens are real, and dig bugles.

I'd like sworn statements from the crew saying that it is infact a commercial, using 3-d, cgi, or models to show the alien and its craft.

I'd like to see the actual model and speak to the person who designed it.

Its far to lifelike to not be real, or otherwise be something that kidnapped the director.

Now don't go crying out its just a commercial, wheres your proof that its just a commercial and not leaked footage from a secret space expedition?

Provide said evidence that this is a hoax, or I'm calling the CNN with this damning evidence of alien life!

Your mocking just makes you look foolish.
Aviation Week Magazine would be the place to disclose a picture of a real alien being.
