I do have a very old astrology book from like early 1900's or late 1800's that is really accurate in describing me as a Pisces.

The Sun rose in Aries on your birth.

Jupiter was in Leo.

Pluto sits on the cusp of Libra and Serpens (which is outside of the zodiac wheel, it is a part of the sign of Ophiuchus but astronomy still separates them as 2 separate signs)....some would say, that your Pluto is sitting on the cusp of Libra and Ophiuchus (which is a part of the wheel, astrology ignores it though).

Uranus in Sagittarius.

Saturn in Capricorn.

Mars sits on the cups of Aquarius and Pisces.

Moon and Venus in Pisces.

Mercury in Cetus (another sign that is outside of the wheel, not a part of the path of the sun).

Hello there!

The Sun and Moon rose together in conjunction at your birth in Taurus. You are also, a true Taurus....according to traditional astrology and astronomy. Only 20% of peoples signs match up using both. Since the moon and sun are in the same sign and in Conjunction, you were born under a 'dark moon' or 'no moon'. Meaning, that evening on your birth, the moon could not be observed in the night sky.

Here is my question. I am not sure if I am a cancer or a leo. by the fixed method I am a leo. using stellarium it looks as though I am a cancer. what do you think. I hope this topic stays active as I look forward to learning.

May I as well? I've noticed that my astrology source is a bit off lately, sometimes the event doesn't actually transpire within the transit period, difference is often even a year.

I would prefer to U2U the info, if you don't mind. Would that be okay?

It really sounds like "Injuries of the Cosmos".

The entire Western (Greco-Roman) astrological system is broken.

Jyotisa or Hindu astrology on the other hand, constantly updates as the constellations and other figures in the sky shift. The western zodiac hasn't been updated in over 2000 years, meaning everyone is actually off by one constellation.

I am assuming this software borrows from the Indian system.

Example: Scorpius
(Western)October 24 - November 22
(Hindu) November 16 - December 15
