It does look like it is deploying dispersant right now.
And I know it is a very tiny thing compared to everything else, but an hour later now, and that little dot of oil on Hos_Acheiver_Maxx_1 is now flowing 3X faster. It is now doing three dots before it hits the black line above it.
I am sorry that it sounds super dumb, but don't little leaks get bigger? And aren't they packing up everything right now because of the storm?

Maybe it's already been mentioned, but has anyone see any wreckage for the Deepwater Horizon on any of the ROV footage??

I like how some of the ROVS, like Skandi 2, operate without freezing for hours and hours, then suddenly, like today, the frames freeze every few seconds. I also like how one day the images will be crystal clear and the next blurry or pixilated. either these ROVs are really crappy, or they are trying to hide stuff from us...sorry but that's how I feel.

As I just stated above, BOA DEEP C 2 was surveying the wreckage a few days ago...maybe a day or two. But it didn't stick around too long. Go back a page or 3 and there are about 4 or 5 videos in a post that show the wreckage here: www.abovetopsecret.com...

Also, the ROV's are not at the Deepwater site....they're at the other rig that was shutdown in February. The footage from BP is not showing the Deepwater site, but the previous site from February. The Deepwater site is/was the relief well for the abandoned well from Feb.
