ah, Ole six fingered Jerry, posing with his pistol for one of the last times. You see, eventualy Jerry became so frail, he was unable to lift that very pistol off of his bed stand.

So there it stayed, taunting him nightly as he laid down to sleep. Tearing at what he thought manhood to be.

But the thing was, no one knew six fingered Jerry didn't have his pistol anymore, they treated him the way they always did, no one got out of line, no one got checked.

.. and so it was after 52 years of carrying the same pistol with him everywhere he went. He realized he never needed it to begin with.

Unfortunately the picture in my avatar, is the scene just before King Kong dies on top of the Empire State Building. In the performing scene on the rock, the actress is wearing a slightly different dress to the one she wears in the end scene.

Your avatar seems depressing, and from what I know about you, it doesn't fit you well. the Ninja Turtles comment is what I think of when you come into view. Wacky, Fun, a little Naive maybe.

It looks like a girl thinking in despair, The moon, the water, the dark night, all different manifestations of her sadness. In the bottom scene she remember's a brief time when a world of endless possibilities and hope, gave way to this world of pain and regret.

She looks back, at this critical moment. Betrayed by the one's she loved for a life in quiet despair. Looking back one last time, in disbelief.

Roadhouse ?? OK'ish ?? ... please, dont be shy son.

When speaking of one's opinion about the Cinematic masterpiece which is Roadhouse, one can only use a scale which ranges from " love it" to " would throat rip my own grandmother to watch it again".

The other day I saw a thread which related life lessons in Roadhouse and how they apply to us in terms of universal truths and quantum reality.

Roadhouse is the reason George St. Pierre began fighting, the inspiration for " Walker, Texas Ranger". and the sole inspiration for the collapse of communism in 1989, the very year of it's release.

Not too worry at all..

First a man chooses and a slave obeys is more a statement that those who blindly follow society and all of it's rules without question, are slaves, and a true man will make up his own mind about what is right and wrong for him.

Now on to my avatar. You may be right about the sexual frustration as my girl is over 3000 miles away, but that wasn't the point of the avatar consciously anyways.

I made this particular avatar after an incident that happened a few weeks ago that has really got me thinking about life in general.

Long story really short. I intervened in an attempted robbery of a woman by two men and got hit in the face with the back end of a hammer. The claws ended up shredding my upper left gums and made a real mess of my mouth. I thought that I had been shot in the face and was getting tunnel vision and was sure that I was going to pass out at the very least. So I took care of the two gentlemen but went a little overboard according to the assistant crown attorney.

Upshot is that I am still being considered for being charged with excessive use of force. Anyways I have felt just like an animal the way that I have been treated and it seems as though society doesn't quite agree with my morals and my view of right and wrong.

So my avatar is basically stating that I am no different than the lion and the elephant in that when poked with a sharp stick, I will react the same.

I will say though that your version of interpretation is better than another that I received that just said I had throbbing man boobs and a big pussy(cat).

And as far as the bondage is concerned, you are off the mark, as no one ties me up and I have no desire to tie another up, unless you were referring to bondage in another sense in which case I am more than willing...to the right person of course...

Don't worry Tribe, sometimes while in the process of crime fighting, some collateral Van-dammage can be expected. I can see them calling it excessive if you had hit them both with Swayze Throat Rip's, but even that is arguable.

I'm glad you had the courage to do the right thing, like I say, Apathy is a disease of this age, and when confronted with a situation most people are stricken with the " deer in the headlights" syndrome. As if they cannot distuingish reality, from reality TV.

Yes, all of your other avatars show beauty and intelligence, but this one also shows that "snarkiness".. Not a bad thing and I'm not saying it right but it does show that you are not afraid to give your own opinion.

I think it is in her expression, but regardless, it does show the "you" that I have seen on the boards.

All except of course the avatar that you had up for a day or two last fall. Don't know if that was actually you or not, but it did make you more human to me and I'm glad that I got to see it....

Oh and when I say snarkiness, which I don't even think is a word, I am saying it out of respect and not in a bad way at all so please take no offense, I appreciate that in people.
