This caught my eye.... exactly how is O2, H2O, and sodium hydrate combining to form sulfuric acid? Are we transmuting elements among everything else?

This makes me question the veracity of the entire argument.

There has to be sulfur present to form sulfuric acid...

HAha, if this oil is radioactive that means 1 of 2 things.

The forest that was in the Gulf, before it was covered by water. Was either hit by an atomic bomb or a asteroid. I remember seeing something on History channel where they took fragments of rocks from 1Billion years ago and those rocks were radioactive. Not to mention the bible even talks about atomic bombs. OUCh! Maybe this all means were living off past civilizations. 10,000 year cycles.

Having worked offshore for over 10 years I can Confirm that some well and zones are Radioactive. However it's at a very low but detectable range.

Radioactive wastes from oil and gas drilling take the form of produced water, drilling mud, sludge, slimes, or evaporation ponds and pits. It can also concentrate in the mineral scales that form in pipes (pipe scale), storage tanks, or other extraction equipment. Radionuclides in these wastes are primarily radium-226, radium-228, and radon gas. The radon is released to the atmosphere, while the produced water and mud containing radium are placed in ponds or pits for evaporation, re-use, or recovery.

The people most likely to be exposed to this source of radiation are workers at the site. In addition, they are exposed to alpha and gamma radiation released during the decay of radium-226 and the low-energy gamma radiation and beta particles released by the decay of radium-228. (Gamma radiation can also penetrate the skin and raise the risk of cancer.) Workers following safety guidance will reduce their total on-site radiation exposure.

I do not see this as true, you must have sulfur in order to make sulfuric acid.

When O2 combines with sodium hydrate, there is no mention of sulfur. This needs to be fixed before I can believe the claim as a whole.

if this is proven to be radioactive in any way, and the MSM starts reporting it, you can bet your backside those living along the coast will riot against anything associated with BP, and IF the governments knows bout this and hasnt warned the public to evacuate the coastal areas in time, you can again bet your backside there'd be a major civilian uprising against anything federal......

as this goes on, it seems to be more and more suspicious that this may have been "allowed" to happen...this will give Obama a reason to install Marshall Law and use the army to evacuate the citizens to these interment camps......

I think this is just the tip of the iceberg.....if we are lucky, then just the USA will be affected....but if the currents take this potentially radioactive sludge into the Atlantic towards Europe, then it may become close to an extinction level event....and i say "close"......

This explains a LOT as to why they are CorExit dumping and spraying the oil spill. It seems that oil from deep eart, coming up through the BP spill, is RADIOACTIVE too !! This is just another bad feeling on top of all the other bad feelings this spill is conjuring up. I'm just not liking this whole drilling thing. And to add to it, BP was told a year ago not to drill because of the highly dangerous result probabilities. So, they did it anyway...

They tested a small amount of oil for radiation, and found it in small amounts, but there is a giant cloud of this stuff still in the ocean that hasn't been measured. Here's a link to the video

Us drilling is like a mesquito draining your blood.....It's annoying but tolerated to a certain point....until we loose it and decide to get rid of the quitos.

The earth may be annoyed at our drilling.

I know im in the minority here,, but alot of the articles on rense (to me)
are suspect at the least..

he seems more concerned with gathering traffic from sites like ATS rather
than gathering solid facts..

The elites were unhappy that their scheme to push the global-warming lie was foiled by the release of those climate scientist emails. So they hatched the next part of their plan.

Under the guise of a catastrophic oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, they would plant certain chemicals onto the sea bed which would cause the methane to warm up, and turn from it's dormant liquid state, to gas, which would rise from the sea floor and head on to the upper atmosphere, causing man-made global warming.

Methane is 20 times more efficient as a greenhouse gas than carbon dioxide.

The blame would be put on the company that "caused" the oil spill, and the people would think the oil spill was the cause of this disaster. After this, the people were forced to pay taxes based on their "carbon emissions", which meant the governments of the world had control over all consumption and waste of every human being on Earth.

Radioactivity, toxic sludge, hell we got that everywhere up here near Niagara Falls N.Y. Ever hear of love canal, Manhattan Project, Lake Ontario Ordinance Work site? Yep all within a half hour drive from where I live. And I'll have you know we only glow in the dark, not even detectable during daylight hours, and never mind those 100pt bucks. On a more serious note this could shape up if true to be something of monumental importance. Again more sources are needed before panic mode sets in.

Rense.com gained a whole lot of credibility in my eyes when the State Dept. cited it as the number one disinformation site in the world.

If you check the source of the source of the op, no radioactivity is talked.
