We are always fighting and killing our own.

We are happy to sit back when our own are starving to death.

Why should any extra want to visit here, when we would obviously just put a bullet etc in them?

I would not want visit here, if I didn't live here.

And im sure there are other ET races out there that act the same as you state above, or probably much much worse.

Moral of the story is: We might have it good compared to other civilizations in the galaxy.

You are completely missing the point here. If other places do it does that mean it's ok for us to?

Would you go out and murder a family just because another guy did?

We take no responsibility for our actions, this is why it keeps happening.
If another race is the same or worse than us then they should be ashamed too.

But we dont know of any other Alien races out there to "emulate" these actions from.

No, but im sure they are wondering if there is life on other planets much like we are, along with other races out there.

Well, I'm pretty sure the OP was talking about aliens that are observing us, or otherwise they wouldn't know US.

Your not on topic.

I think that we may be viewed in a way that can best be described as Sarin Gas /Airborne Ebola “PERSONIFIED” and living on Monster Island. Considering also that said ET’s have probably seen Two girls one cup as it is transmitted to the galaxy I would say they also liken us to a galactic oil spill disaster.

That being said if I were an alien race more advanced or otherwise I think it would be best to look but not touch this monster island ; which by the way consists nearly entirely of detestable sociopaths who if ever escape their containment will systematically exterminate every species in the known universe.

They will do it earnestly and perfectly. They will do it honestly believing that their actions are what is right and best for themselves and others.
On the contrary they are doing what is natural to all dangerous biological organisms. EAT,… SURVIVE REPRODUCE …….SPREAD…CONSUME…..DOMINATE…BECOME A GOD!!!

Ultimately when there is nothing left to consume they will breed for them selves a lower class made specifically to be lorded over with fire, fury, hate and anguish.
For the Human being eons hence; the endgame is to create a delectable sustenance made up exclusively from the countless lamentations of all the agonized souls they have oppressed. This will be their energy and it will be, at least in their eyes righteous and noble.

Death to the humans!!!

Anyway that’s what I think. Humans could be pretty cool dudes…

Some will think "Look at them squirming, living their slave lives, ignorant, all for our glory, muahaha"

Others will think "Look at them, so lost in their caged world, but so passionate, and so full off glorious potential" -"We must help them without interfering with Galactic Law."

Sorry i might not have made myself too clear on that last one lol i meant that he/she was implying that it's all ok because other races may do the same. I was trying to say that just because someone else does it doesn't make it ok.

I completely agree with everyone that is saying well ETs might not even have visited us, they might not even exist. I have done too much research and know too much to be able to deny the existance of Extra Terrestrials.

I am not saying i know more than anyone else as i am sure that is not true. Plus thats how wars start lol.

All i was trying to say with this thread is would you not be embarrassed of our race if you knew someone was looking in on the way we behave? I would be. Infact i am embarrassed of the human race.

I love how some people think that we have a bad press, that we deserve the benefit of the doubt. How is that? You have to earn respect, not assume it.

OK, here is my new theory - they think we are too boring to visit.

People are very boring - think about it -(yawn).

They probably have a more interesting time wherever they are.

Whose to say we are even thinking right?

How does an ant think? It knows nothing outside the system it lives. It only knows what it is born to do. It most likely has no idea that it lives in the shadow of Human kind. For an ant, denial of a higher species is easy. They don’t know what to look for and they don’t think in the right direction.
So even as you hover over it with a magnifying glass and you send down to them a wonderful beam of concentrated light, only one thing goes through their minds. ...."Must find food for colony"...

We are too different. Everyone always equates aliens to what they see on various Sci-Fi movies. That’s just looking for something that feels like you even if it is remote. Like anthropomorphizing a potted plant, it's utterly ridiculous.

Aliens, if they are visiting our planet, do not necessarily have a higher moral code just because they have a higher level of technology. We seem to assume that they have mastered the art of living because they have mastered the art of space travel, which i find ridiculous.

Agreed!
With enough gusto and tyranny you can do anything.. I can see a distant world where the inhabitants are whipped and brutally tortured for not being speedy enough in gathering recourses to build a newer star gate.
Millions of slaves and enough whips built the pyramids depending on who you ask.

Maybe an alien race doesn’t want to have competition in any form and regardless of how scarce life in the universe may be they would kill that competition off. Religious reasoning, scientific belief who knows.

I’m serious, Its possible that space travel is not a determined by moral code but rather by predatory style migration.

Then dude, get the hell of this board.

Why do you feel the need to come and waste everybody's time with your trollish behavior.

We get it, you don't believe. See ya.

In technological terms we haven’t even left the hospital nursery yet. If we are being viewed by Aliens let them look upon us from the glass wall. They see us and wonder what will they become? They do childish things because they are a child. They expect nothing from you that you haven’t already done.

What kind of existence will they create, “how will they perceive us?”… the ET’s may ask.
In any case If they are advanced enough they may be able to clearly determine where we will go as far as technology and assuming we are not directly going to be controlled by them in some way they may see our demise as well.

I agree with Snowen and a few others on here.

I think that ET's as compared to humans will be one of two kinds: More advanced and Less advanced.

The more advanced probably view us as we view animals at the zoo..less superior, less advanced in technology and intelligence...if they do 'swing by' on occasion, its only to stare temporarily as we would to the caged animals of a zoo, then keep on trucking to the next zoo.

The less advanced ET's probably view us as we did in our early history; as Gods. You can rest assure that any NASA member that has landed foot or 'swung by' a less advanced planet was definatley a 'GOD' to that race.

Nothing new under the sun.....

Ahhh yes Galactic politics. Unfortunately Alien B a less advanced alien living on Ziphoid 5 was just visited by a truly advanced Alien A who made it very clear to Alien B that those humans are NOT gods soooooo yeah.... avoid them.. look what I can do… I can POOF food into existence …yeah… yeah ..you like that? Trust us.

Alien B then wets its Grog skin loin cloth and follows the advice of Alien A do to superior godlike traits.

See the mud slinging we’re already experiencing?

They dont see us like we do, there is no reason to help us when we have chosen to learn alone, here you can do what you want becouse you are learning, some of the extra terrestrials have yet to come and learn, some of them have allready pass to a higher level. This is the logic way i see it, just my opinion

If I were an alien, I'd find the human species to be incredibly Da Derp Dee Derp Da Teedley Derpee Derpee Dumb. Many individuals on Earth feel too self-important about our place in the universe.
