Okay I will spell it out for you, something you would have been able to work out if you had have read my thread! I have been a believer (Infact very interested in) most of my life as was my Father! It wasn't until recently I found out otherwise! The poltergeist thing was purely entertainment! I thought it was interesting. Is that a problem???

You are 100 % correct Aliens do not exist ,Extraterrestrials do .
The reason they exist is because many of them come from a vast expansive Universe that we have yet to explore.

My feeling is this just because we cannot travel to another Star System within a blink of an eye does not mean People from other Worlds are not coming here.

The old saying is if we cannot go there ,then they cannot be more advanced and coming here.

Can you agree that Extraterrestrials exist?

Not really. Unless you mean another dimension but they still arent here and they arent in our universe. I guess I cant be certain about interdimensional beings because technically that fits in with God scenario. and no I am not religous.

i tried to fit a whole theory into one and ur right, god is not alien, true god, as i beilieve, is everywhere, and everything. so he cannot be alien, and if there is such a thing as an alien, it's only b/c we see it as an alien, when it's all in one system, one life.

The thing is, u have a good point, i mean, the army is alot more advanced, i mean, if they had robotics in the 60's, it's been 50 years. they had ipods in the 60 also, just alot bigger, and that's just public stuff, things they used to improve killing people. EVERYTHING that is inveted goes through the military first.so the robotics and nona technology we only see now, for them is like 50 years old, maybe even more. and when they make something new, they take the old, and try to make even more prof

You touch on some very good points. I believe we focus on things out there so much we forget about whats going on here, and there's alot going on. I have my beliefs and people have theirs which I respect but I truely know now that what is regarded as Visitors from outerspace ie;Abductions, sightings etc are purely of this planet. I Don't personally believe there is life elsewhere in the universe but that is my personal belief. I agree that the title of my post should have been worded different infact by the time I realised this the "Edit" button was gone so unfortunately I had to stick with it while dealing with what seemed an enslaught from other posters.

Since the Hubble Telescope showed millions upon millions of galaxies, the odds are that there is life (aliens) on other planets. The question really is have they been here.

If a civilization capable of interplanetary travel is flying about, why would they come here? Actually the question is what would make them come here? We didn't have radio until the early/mid 20th century, so any signals we are creating haven't traveled out enough to be picked up by anyone else.

Now, if you believe as I do that we were created by something we can't understand (God), the question is what or who is God. If God was a race of extraterrestrial beings, they would know of our existence and would probably want to check up on us.

I tend to think that God was a race of beings we can't understand, and I also don't think my view contradicts the Bible in any way, which is a topic for it's own thread.

Bottom line is I think we have been and are currently being monitored by those who created us.

I can't help but feel sadened by your opinion and couldn't disagree with you more. Life is an amazing thing and it is rare, rarer than you obviously realise.

I am well aware of how many planets and stars are out there. I believe it is know it is not impossible that we are the inly ones in the universe. Sure with math we can calculate the odds but that does not mean anything, We are unique and I do believe in GOD but it isnt alien.
