Time for the soverign State of Arizona to confiscate Federal properties that they haven't specifically donated to the Federal government. Those donated should be retaken by right of eminent domain.

If I remember correctly, eminent domain is a State right.

If it was not drugs it would be guns,human slavery,PCP,etc. you can legalize weed or any drug and they would switch to something that will make a profit.
