Oh my so many people questioning whether or not its real! It seems that peoples "sceptic" skills are turned up a bit high. Questioning whether something is real or not is only important if the event is unlikely or unique. This is exactly how you would expect the FBI to act in that situation and even if it wasn't real this is happening every day all over the Country at other peoples front doors.

I could find her in about a 1/2 hour using google...

Lets see RN in the Austin area...Probably not many people flying Palestinian flags in Austin

Video gives a good enough street view, too. Her objectives and proclivities are on display, and it's a matter of interest as to what she DOESN'T say, as well.

As a former prison guard, I'm sure you know how folks react when they have something to hide, like in a cell search for contraband, and how they react when they DON'T have anything to hide.

Ever seen the protestations of the innocent, vs. the protestations of the guilty during an interrogation?

Why do you say that? There are inconsistencies regarding the video.

Questioning whether something is real or not is only important if the event is unlikely or unique.

Sorry but this makes no sense. As an analogy, you're saying that if you think someone is a murderer, there's no need to look into it because it's only important if the event is unlikely or unique? Come on that makes no sense.

This is exactly how you would expect the FBI to act in that situation

Maybe, maybe not. All FBI are not alike so making a generalization like this is completely pointless.

and even if it wasn't real this is happening every day all over the Country at other peoples front doors.

Really? Can you provide evidence to support this claim that it is happening all over the country, every day?

You're implying that even if the video is fake, we should except it as real because this may have happened elsewhere....REALLY ????

Sure , there are good cops and there are bad cops.....

But why dont you point out to me in this video just how these cops were treating her horrible or doing anything other then asking a few questions and being respectful?

Just curious, what crime are they investigating? According to the FBI Guy, there had been no crime, they were looking for potential crimes. Are there not actual crimes to investigate, like missing children, and people killed illegally by cops?

This has been answered a couple times but let me try AGAIN.
If someone calls in a tip, they are obligated to investigate the tip.
The 2 people (1 supposed FBI and 1 supposed US Marshal-what an odd couple
even mentioned they received a call and had some questions.

So if someone calls in and claims something bad may happen, wouldn't you want it investigated prior ??? ie 9/11.

Why is this a problem???

How many PEACE activists plead the 5th (on video tape no less) when asked if they know of any violence being planned??? Then post it on YouTube... with the knowledge that this could jeopardize she and her family by opening themselves up to # like this???

She's toast.

Oh? Why yes, I was planning on destroying public property tomorrow! Do I know anyone else who are planning on committing illegal acts of violence? Of course! Please, come into my house and I'll go get my address book.

Just watched the video on friends laptop...I have to say wow!! The lady completely floored the agents. The male agent face was slightly flushed when the women asked her question. Starred and flagged. Applause the brave lady!!

The FBI does that sort of thing to intimidate people, plain and simple.

They know that she will tell all of her humanitarian friends about the visit and this will project fear amongst their ranks.

And that is the crux of our governments power. Fear and nothing more.

By the way, the facts she gave were correct. The FBI can lie to you in order to interrogate. But it is against the law to lie to them. Nice huh?

How does this post have ANYTHING to do with fear?

I see nothing intimidating or threatening in this video at all?

I see two "FBI" agents , asking questions, and a woman being a complete bitch, antagonizing them...

How does this make her brave? It doesnt, it makes her an ignorant idiot who wants attention, and is more concerned with herself then PROBABLY even the issues she protests......she wants to play the victim, and she wants them to do something so that she can BECOME the victim.......

Plain........and simple.......ive stated all this before in the thread

Wow great video! That woman did what most people would never think of doing, and she did it perfectly!

I love how the FBI agents act like they're there for some 'noble cause' but in reality they were there to check up on a simple protester.

I mean seriously, are our tax dollars being spent on sending government agents out to houses all over the states to people who protest? It sure seems like that, and what a waste!

I am all for stopping terrorists and crimes before they happen; terrorist acts are horrible and any sort of crime where someone is hurt physically/emotionally is something that should be dealt with, I 100% agree with that. However, that is not why those agents showed up at that ladies house. She was no threat, and some of you may say "Well how do they know that?" Well I could turn around and say the same thing about ANYONE.

As the one agent said, protesting is one of the things that makes this country so good. We are free to speak our minds.

Kudos to her for pleading not to speak a word!

For christ's sake. I can't even watch that. Just a couple of minutes in and she is seriously getting on my nerves. They are there very simply to follow up a call they got - which they have to do. Yes the questions are stupid, but for # sake, just answer and get on with whatever you're doing

He asks if there is any intend to do damage or hurt anyone or whatever - yes, kind of a stupid question; though there are reasons for it. Even more stupid though is her answer - "So you think I, mother of five wonderful kids, am going to go and destroy property..." That's where I stopped it. What a #ing moronic answer. He did not imply that she was, he asked; being a mother is irrelevant; whether or not you think your children are 'wonderful' is irrelevant.

The rules she's putting up for dealing with them are good and helpful, but her conversation with them, as far as I saw, was just pathetic. They don't want to be there any more than she wants them to be there.

How the conversation should have gone was thusly:

"Hi, can I help you."

"FBI - we just wanted to make sure you weren't thinking of doing anything harmful after that protest you were at."

"No."

"Ok, bye then."

But no, she had to drag it out and turn it into - from what it seems from other posts - a political debate with them. Ridiculous.

I can imagine the thoughts of how ridiculous she seemed going through those FBI agents' heads. Still, at least she was polite - if needlessly sarcastic and mocking.

Fancy not conforming to her masters ... the cheek of the woman ... America and her freedoms are doomed!

And that's why she's TOAST. Because if you do have knowledge of violence being planned and do not report it... and something happens... you are an accessory to that crime. And now it's all on tape and posted on YouTube. Like I said... she's TOAST... and she has jeopardized her family in the process. JMO.

Is it just me, or did she seem like her goal was to upset them?
She constantly repeated their questions and kept reiterating the fact that she's a mom.... because it's totally unheard of for a mom to do illegal things/kill people.

Seriously, the guy gets a
from me for not getting severely annoyed at her for acting like a 12 year old trying to prove her parents wrong by providing only one, loosely based reason for why she is right and sounding like a broken record repeating everything he says five times. Then, to top it off, she tries to create an unnecessary heated political debate when all she had to do was answer, or refuse to answer ONE question.

She was just trying to "get a rise" out of him, from the very beginning until the very end, she seemed to try to antagonize them into saying or doing something, anything youtube worthy. Regardless of why they're there, cooperate, don't be a douche because you're bored, it only takes a moment to answer a damn question, or even to just plead the "first" as she EVENTUALLY did.
I don't like people like that....

Exactly! This woman was being a sarcastic "four letter word that starts with C and ends with T". The FBI agents were extremely polite and were only doing their job, and carried out their task in a responsible, gentle manner. She was purposely trying to piss them off by repeating herself.

These agents were not violent with her, breaking down her door and claiming it's their job to do so (which I would have a major problem with), rather they were cordial and just following up a lead. They weren't even uniformed in standard dress attire. They didn't oppose her use of a video camera, and the man even agreed with her right to protest peacefully saying it's what makes this country great.

If anyone was nuts here, it was this protester. I happen to disagree with the protest, but that has nothing to do with my opinion on this situation at all. The woman should know, however, that these people she is fighting for would no sooner cut her head off than they would pray to Allah.

...the guy playing the fbi dude either didnt study his script very well or his lines were poorly written intentionally to give the perception that he's an idiot and the woman with the camera is a super-calm genius who has all the answers and is totally in control of the whole situation... fake, fake, fake...

knock knock

"Hi we're from the FBI and we are here to tell you that we are watching you! Your political beliefs and opinions are offensive to the government and are in direct contradiction to official US foreign policy.

We want to remind you that by law if we decide you are a "terrorist" you can be "detained" without charges indefinitely. Also, be warned that we can and will use "enhanced interrogation" methods to extract any information we deem valuable.

In the meantime we will try and ruin your life if possible. Any questions? Okee Dokee you have a nice day!"
