That lady had every right to film those agents and was absolutely correct in keeping them outside.

I think the most plausable explanation as to how her name and address was found although an undercover agent is quite possible might have to do with her online activity and wire tapping. SInce prostests are usually organized perhaps the organizers got tapped and all that info leaked out and the FBI just took there investigation from there. just a thought take er easy.

No, you were trying to muddy the waters of my point with crybaby tactics that only made you look like a spoiled kid who got his emotions hurt.

What you are attempting to do here is employ Ad Hominem by trying to establish that I was disrespectful to you by not kissing your posterior and thereby play the "your a rude brute" card who can not enter into a valid debate ploy.

I have had no experience with the FBI, but once I had to call the police because my home was broken into, they didn't act like pansies, and I was the victim.

Its pretty safe to so say that securely stated my opinions in a manner that was not only clear and concise , but sound as well.

Kissing my posterior has NOTHING to do it with it, it has to do with your RUDE behavior, and obviously im not the only one who has taken notice of it.

Once again, being cordial to two FBI agents, doesnt make mean you are taking it in the rear end from the government.......

It means you have a fair handle on how to treat people, and some social graces........

This lady was well within her rights to film those agents and not let them into her house.

She did not equate how questions referring to hurting people had anything to do with a peaceful protest. I agree with her. I would have filmed them too. I would have had no problems invoking my rights as she did too.

Answer no questions. Ask them to leave immediately. Report the incident (like she did, but also local paper, local tv etc). If you know you are innocent of any wrongdoing, even minimal cooperation sets the precedent and normalizes this sort of government intimidation. and yes its intimidation, she wasn't visited in connection with her nursing or her parenthood, or any of her other activities, we can assume, with a pretty good % of being correct, that her protesting Israel caused this reaction; as such it goes against the 1st amendment, in spirit, if not in legal actuality.

It is not intimidation. If you saw a neighbor was building a bomb, would you not report it and want the FBI to investigate it? Who knows what was said about this woman to draw attention to her. Maybe she was a loudmouth fool at the protest and someone felt she was going too far. Maybe she was trying to force her beliefs on others and intimidate THEM.

There are two sides to every story.

Wow. Happened in Austin, a little too close to home for me. Back when I lived there 7 yrs ago I attended war protests, and the police were filming the protesters. That was back in my alex jones listening days,and it didn't sit so well with me... so i really do not doubt it was from the protests, they can say it was a tip, could have been, but they do not have to tell you the truth.

Her right to film them was NEVER in question, how are you missing this?

I will state.........once again........the discussion was about 2 things

1. The authenticity of the film
2. Her general spiteful behavior and rude behavior towards the two agents, which instead of looking like a crusader, made her look like an ignorant twit, and more importantly exposed her need (as is the case with many people who follow this agenda) of being a "Victim".

Simple strategy, if you ARENT a victim, provoke until you ARE.
OR Make yourself out to be a victim, in order to further your cause.....

People who TRULY want to help other people do not act in this manner, their protests dont involve this sort of drama, for one simple reason......

Its not the attention that they seek, its to effect change........

This woman, just wants attention...........

Actually we can't assume anything. We have no idea about context.
The supposed agent said that they receive a tip and had some questions, obviously in relation to the tip.

How do we know the agents (if they were agents) weren't there investigating a real tip???? We don't. We really know nothing about this video.
