I think both sides would benefit under that announcement by the Israeli Navy. Seems fair, Rachel Corrie docks, delivers aid on land under the crew's watch and then they go home. Sounds ok, but is it ok to follow Israels commands?

Well if you are committed to personally handing cargo to Gaza, then is it ok to hand it over to their enemy? I wouldn't think so.

They certainly are doing a good job making Israel look bad by jumping in front of Israeli bullets and bull-dozers while having their people starve themselves to death. Away with you troll, this thread is about the Rachel Corrie.
Israelis tell aid ship it won't reach Gaza Navy asks boat from Ireland to change course Video Irish ship headed for Gaza June 4: Passengers aboard an Irish ship bound for Gaza say they won't divert to an Israeli port, but won't resist should Israeli soldiers board their ship. NBC's Tom Aspell reports. msnbc tv msnbc.com news services updated 11 minutes ago JERUSALEM - Israeli Defense Forces contacted a Gaza-bound aid ship Saturday and told the crew it won't be allowed to reach the Palestinian territory. Officials said they informed the crew that Gaza is under blockade and that the ship should change course. The MV Rachel Corrie was roughly 40 miles off the coast of Gaza at about 8 a.m. local time (1 a.m. ET) Saturday when officials asked the crew to identify themselves, Israeli officials told NBC news.
Rachel Corrie Equipment jammed
The IPSC has been contacted by the MV Rachel Corrie in the past few minutes. Jenny Graham reported that they had been followed by Israeli ships for about 2 hours, and that in the last few minutes 2 ships were approaching from the port side.
Ms Graham said that equipment on board had been jammed by the Israeli navy, and that they expected their satellite phone (number below) to be jammed soon as well. The line was bad, and we were unable to determine the exact location of the Rachel Corrie relative to their destination
