Though I didn't know him personally, I still feel closeness to Mr. Crawford. He was an integral part of ATS from the little I knew of him. I
attribute this to the family style association of the Staff and the Members of ATS. I consider each and every one family.
There are times when we don’t always agree, but when the time comes to unite, I have witnessed that we stand strong regardless of our differences.
From SO’s tribute to Mr. Crawford I think he wouldn’t have it any other way. Mr. Crawford sir, may you rest in peace and I will do my best to
carry on and mirror your legacy and influence on ATS as best I can and as long as I am able.
John "William One Sac" Crawford has passed away...
May God show mercy on his soul and may he have peace and relief as his legacy lives on here and elsewhere, as he walks along, invisibly, able to
witness everything in the world as he awaits rebirth and another star is placed in the heavens to be a guiding light in yet another extension of Life.
The mystery is that we donot really die, we move on. That's my honest faith.
I have only been a member 8 months, so I don't know anyone that well yet. But if everyone here loved him that much, he must have been a truly
impressive person and will be terribly missed. I am going to make sure to read his threads so that I can get an idea of his personality and life.
John has been an inspiration, even before valiant battle with cancer. And when he was hit the hardest I've ever seen with that evil disease, his
heroism was beyond epic... but then, knowing John, it made perfect sense.
This day's deep sorrow is only alleviated by having known him personally, and becoming a better person for it.
The angels are weeping, because now there is someone that outshines them in their midst.
