UFO Fleet ? - Oakland Ca. 05-28-10

new video showing what appears to be a fleet of objects in a V formation flying overhead of the cameraman. even though i suspect the person is near an Airport, i don't think what he got on camera in the beginning of the video is a plane or one solid object because you can still see the stars through the formation as it moves along. what can they be ?









the light source above the objects is visible through the fleet of objects so it's unlikely to be a Airplane.

Great vid! The only thing that slightly annoyed me is that the person recording the video kept saying "spacecraft". Why not just use the term "UFO"? It's not identified, but it doesn't have to be a "spacecraft" lol.

Anyway...Thanks easynow, you always bring good things to the table. It's not birds for sure.. I think it's swamp gas, personally. j/k.

Most likely a squadron of F-16's.

They were in the Bay Area for Memorial Day and did a flyover at 3 different venues in and around Oakland.

oh.. hmm forgot about that. they would make noise unless they were just coasting? lol and way high up

all I know is
I never see anything and I have a huge picture window looking at a great expanse of sky here.. dambit

altho I did see a huge fireball here last year, noone else saw or reported it.

Not birds, because they don't waver in shape or reflectivity as they go along.

I'll go with fighter jets in formation as well. The stubby wing/fuselage shape is distinctive enough to make out. Put them up over 10,000 ft. and at economy cruise throttle, and you're not going to hear them distinctively enough from the other aircraft being mentioned at the end of the vid. (Which is audible thoughtout the recording.) The reason why fighter jets are loud at airshows or in combat is that they're going low and at military throttle settings. Under more normal flying conditions, you're likely not going to notice them unless you're looking for them.

thanks berkeleygal for that info, i wasn't aware of the Air show since i am about 2000 miles away !

that's worth considering as an explanation but so far all the articles i see on google search mention just two f-16's and i'm guessing that would be something they did in the daytime ?

if the guy is near an Airport like i think, wouldn't F-16's flying that close to an Airport have their strobe lights going ? and would we be able to hear the jets in the video ? i dunno, maybe somebody that knows more about it can comment.

Thanks for posting that interesting video.

As per the above suggestions from members, why couldn't the video be showing a group of jet aircraft? I don't think we can exclude that. I note the mention above of the F16's that were reported to be in that area around that time.

It would be interesting if we could obtain the commentary of some sort of expert aircraft observer who is oriented to such night-vision videos.

For the sake of comparison.....

I have inserted that night-vision video of the delta-shaped craft that we have discussed previously. I think this one is quite different because to me, it has more of the appearance of a single object.

I just looked at that again & I see what you mean.

However, I think that "flapping effect" could also be attributed to pixilation / compression effects around the objects.

It's very hard to tell with this YT video.

The objects in Easynow's video move around relative to each other.

Yeah pretty good video!

It isn't that often that regular fighter planes fly in formation so close at night either, plus even high up they would be fairly loud I would think.. maybe not so loud at mid throttle though... the lights didn't appear to be correct for FAA regulations either....
seems like night vision camera operators always see what they are filming a lot better than what we see in the recordings unfortunately also...makes it a lot harder to tell..
