Are the Red Arrows doing a show anywhere near you soon?

Looks like them to me but I'm not sure why they would be flying at night.

The only thing that slightly annoyed me is that the person recording the video kept saying "spacecraft".

it didn't annoy me but it made me laugh a little LOL

he certainly sounded convinced that it was a spacecraft ?

Not sure what your beef is?
Unidentified FLYING (would suggest 'space') OBJECT (would suggest 'craft')
UFO = Space Craft

Unless of course you want to add birds, insects and balloons into the UFO mixture because then, it wouldn't necessarily be 'crafts'.

But to me, space crafts do indeed fall under the category of UFOs. Again, what's the problem?

As far as this video.....it doesn't look to be one solid craft rather, 5 individual ones.

And who knows what the military (black OPs and otherwise) have in their possession? They hide their arsenal behind the cloak of 'secrecy' pretending it's for national security purposes but most of us, know better than that.

Hmmm... no. Actually "Ufo" would imply an "unidentified flying object" not necessarily a "spacecraft". Seeing a "ufo" doesn't at all imply we are seeing a "spacecraft".

k3rm1t.....

That thread's about the same object that is the subject my recent thread as per my video & link on P1. The guy who took the video has posted therein.

I was not aware of Isaac's thread.....I will have a look at that...thanks!

Kind regards

I'm not saying all the things up there at night aren't UFOs, but I've checked this video out frame by frame and it comes out to be the shape of geese again and again with every frame that the wings are spread out to be seen.
Please take note that if you're looking for a UFO, you're probably not going to see one unless it's a UFO hotspot.

Someone said it earlier. . Geese.

Another replied "it can't be geese. Geese don't emit light." I almost spit out my drink. .

The geese are being filmed by an infrared camera. Can anyone tell me how that works? Geese. . . emit. . . heat.

/sigh

Well.....

This is the problem with these YT videos.

We just can't see enough to determine if we are looking at "flapping" or "pixilation / compression" effects around the objects.

We probably won't be able to determine that unless we locate a better quality version of this video.

Is there any way to determine the speed in which its traveling? I think if that can be done then, we can stop debating 'geese verses machinery' finally.

Please take a look at this similar video. At first this looks like a slam-dunk case of migrating geese but.........watch! This is some crazy stuff!

One Moment.....

We don't know the distance so we can't estimate the speed.

I did see a member profer a mathematical model to estimat speed / height / size parameters by matching various objects with estimated parameters. The process seemed to have significant merit, but I've not seen that member do that in recent times.

Thanks for posting that interesting video.

As per the above suggestions from members, why couldn't the video be showing a group of jet aircraft? I don't think we can exclude that. I note the mention above of the F16's that were reported to be in that area around that time.

sure no problem glad you liked the video but,

why or how did you conclude that i wasn't open to the idea of the objects being jets since in my last post to berkeleygal , i thanked her for the info and i said ...

"that's worth considering as an explanation"

why are you twisting what has transpired into something it's not ?

whaaaat ?

hey buddy if you want to make a illogical leap of faith and conclude the objects in the video are from outerspace then go for it , you have every right to believe whatever you want but don't force your opinions on me and insinuate that i have some "beef" because i don't believe every unidentified object flying around is an Alien craft.

Semantics. Give it a rest. We have enough conflict going on in our world. Do we really need to dice up words on here? It's not like he said it was an alien craft flown by an Andromedan!

He said space-craft.
It's in 'space' and it looks to be a craft.

Sorry mate.....

Upon review I can see that I worded that awkwardly.

I was not meaning to imply that you weren't "open to the idea of the objects being jets"

You're the one stickin' the word 'outer' to 'space'.

Space is the distance from one point to another.
Like the space between your ears
(just kidding)

*sigh* ok, lets dice it up to whatever you come up with. "space" means that it's in whatever space you want it to be in.
Fine. Anyway, what we have here so far is an unidentified flying object. Assume they are from mars all you want. Lets just make sure we are thorough in making this assumption first.

I honestly don't understand why there's so much energy on the terminology, space craft. Really.

I never assume a 'space craft or UFOs' are alien. Never!!!! That's ridiculous.
Some people (to avoid an argument like this) have resigned themselves bt saying 'unknown aerial objects'.
Would that be better? More 'Earthy'?

Now I suggest you (maybe it wasn't you per se but another poster) stop sticking 'outer' to the word 'space'.

Did you see that video I attached earlier? It shows what absolutely undoubtedly looked like a flock of geese at first but then............it started breaking and pairing up. Amazing.
So let's not conclude anything just yet after all...........we get deceived daily just by watching the 6 o'clock news

Wouldn't that be "Thermal Imaging" devices that detect heat ?

I would say the last vid definitely shows geese/seagulls ! So if we use that as a yardstick we need to ask if those objects in the other vids are doing something different ie Flying too fast.

nice try but the word "space" has more than one definition and the guy in the video was most likely over excited from what he seen and was imo using the word space as in spaceship, the kind that goes into space.

the region beyond the earth's atmosphere or beyond the solar system

Like the space between your ears (just kidding)

either your late getting back to school or just a trouble maker ?

which is it ? (just kidding)

Hey there guys,

I've looked through all the posts in this thread ... and I'm sorry if I missed someone else pointing this out in amongst the bickering as to whether or not the object(s) in the video are birds / planes / alien 'spacecrafts' etc

But when you watch it/they go behind the clouds it/they appear to stay there (as in it/they don't appear to continue along the previous trajectory to become visible again beyond the cloud that masks it/them ... unless it's my eyes playing tricks you can see what appears to be the light/heat reflection through the cloudcover.

Does anyone else see this and if so what opinion do you have ?

Thanks in advance.

Woody

I wondered the same thing but the problem is he moves the camera to the left once he loses them... maybe the clouds just hid them normally and he didn't go in the right direction...

After looking at the video in full screen at 480 I think it's just birds... I don't think spacecrafts would have such an obvious pulsing/fluttering look to them.

People do seem to be filming some pretty weird stuff out there in infrared, so I hope OP continues his efforts.
