thought I would bite the bullet just as fellow member 'Ahabstar' did last week and submit my entry for this weeks competition.

I spent an hour this afternoon with lots of help from my 3yr old daughter!

A properly constructed metallic foil hat acts as a Faraday cage.

And with all the cell phone, TV, radio, microwave radiation all over,
