In cases of Children I'd have to say it's not THEIR fault that their parents brought them here illegally... however this particular girl doesn't seem to have any sense of respect for the law.. no license, no insurance etc.. when she graduated, how did she expect to get a job if she couldn't even get a license? .. Buy someones identity?
If they grow up as Americans, speak English fluently, get an education and follow the law, I've no problem letting them stay and be productive members of society. This girl just doesn't seem to have a conscience.
America and it's people are disgusting, heartless, useless things that serve no purpose but to watch people burn for their mistakes.
And you even further slander the girl with the assumption that she would steel someone identity as if she was not a girl about to graduate with honors.
The girl is illegal, she has no ability to be concise. She was doing what she could to get to school and earn her degree.
Please you Americans have to do something about this, you have to build your wall and stop My people from going to your country
Like we didn't know that's what you Mexicans thought of us anyways. So disgusting in fact that this girl was allowed to live in our country uninhibited with free medical care, education, scholarships, free lunch foods, social programs.. god .. we really are heartless.
She's ILLEGAL! .. She has two options: Steal and identity. Or return to Mexico with the Degree America (those heartless bastards) gave her. You can't go to the immigration office and ask for citizenship, then slip in oh ya, I've been here illegally since I was 11.
I'm sorry? Mexicans lack the ability to act with a conscience? I don't like your country, probably as much as you don't like mine, but I don't believe you guys are morally void.. this girl acted against the law on purpose: She deserves her punishment.
Hey here's a tip for ya buddy: MAYBE .. Just maybe.. if your country wasn't such a god forsaken # hole, people wouldn't try at the risk of death to flee it. You have to wonder how bad a country is when her people cram 20 people into a van with no ventilation practically sitting on each other with no water on a drive through the desert that will leave half of them dead by the time they get out. They take that wonderful journey after spending their life savings to do it. Must be a real effing wonderful place. Perhaps you ought to watch your tongue next time you call your own peoples safe haven "evil" and "unholy" .. Your country is such a pos that people would rather die than remain there. No other country in the World experiences such an exodus, how embarrassing.

Just to clarify, I have no problem with living in a multi cultural society, matter of fact I love that about America. I have been around the south all of my life and have enjoyed the company of many a hispanic, some of my favorite childhood memories are of my best friends who came here (legally) from Mexico. I love people. But there has to be a line drawn. It is wrong that a person can come here illegally and break laws and take advantage of 'the system' to live off of, to benefit from, with no regard for this country's rules, and to top that off, call us unfair for trying to enforce those laws.
Just a week earlier, she'd been released from a deportation facility in Alabama after being stopped in March for a minor traffic violation
The sheriff's office said she gave a false address when stopped for that violation, a felony charge that her attorney denies
Born in Mexico but living in the United States since she was 11, she could not produce a driver's license, so she handed over as identification an expired passport from Mexico.
I guarantee you if I were stopped for driving without a license and no insurance people would not be looking to me and saying I was great and no problem for society, they would be calling the kettle black.
She was here knowingly illegally, she was driving knowingly illegally, held no insurance to cover her responsibilities in a crash, she is a criminal and should be held in that regard.

America in no way what so ever has done anything but roll out the red carpet for illegals, it practically BEGS them to come.
Americans have done nothing to get the government to enforce immigration laws.
So now a Girl who was about to graduate with honors is going to get deported. All the hard work she has done to get an education and be of use to America is down the drain. America and it's people are disgusting, heartless, useless things that serve no purpose but to watch people burn for their mistakes.
You guys don't even care that all the funds are now truly going to be a waist of time. You would rather see a person suffer and all that money and hard work get flushed down the drain than to see this girl succeed.

So in the 10 years she has been here she has taken advantage of the system to get into college, most likely as a minority she quickly sailed in and used every available financial assistance there is, she is about to graduate that college with honors.
