Netties Hermit, Always doing class "A" research and a class act to boot still, I see. I'm way behind you guys and trying to get caught up with everything that has been missed the past few months. Googled Judy last night and read some of the lies and distortion she was spewing out there recently. All I can say is "Wow". ATS and all of you guys and gals have really hit a nerve with this creature. I laughed,shuddered,cringed, and sat in disbelief at "its" claims and the lengths it went to cry wolf and unfairness from the typing fingers of a known thief and liar that is well documented and not just from you guys but from other respected professionals and organizations. Soon I will go dark again for awhile but while I'm here for the moment I would like to add a little discomfort to NASA Judy's legacy, so with that said, good to see all of you again and its off to dig once again into this creature's motive and madness. ( Sigh, I've missed this!)

Probably so. I believe s/he's once again piggybacking on the work of others to make her own profit, whatever that might be, and trying to meld it into the narrative of her running hoax - make it her own, if you will. It's an interesting case in that during the effort to appropriate the hoax, s/he has added her own twist into the case by spinning the Antarctica yarn, and claiming "ownership" of the video thereby.

I see where she has taken down the video from the OrbitalObserver platform, and them re-uploaded it, along with the "crash site" video from what appears to be the same source. I have to wonder WHEN she uploaded the original video to that YouTube channel. Because of that, I'm uncertain as to whether the original release was down to Ivan0135 or OrbitalObserver. The date I mentioned in my previous post, 6 May 2011, is the upload date for when she re-uploaded it. I have to wonder if the original upload may not have been in the 2 May viral wave of uploadings, or if it was 1 May or earlier. Confirmation of that will show who really owns it - Ivan0135 or OrbitalObserver/James/Judy. Right now, I'm leaning towards Ivan, since his upload date of 1 May is consistent with evidence internal to the video.

I'm still open to having Judy prove me wrong, however.

Edit to add: Judy has apparently added the name "Ivan the Tormenting Norwegian" to her OrbitalObserver YouTube channel. Trying, perhaps, to misappropriate his name as well as his work now?

Whoa-ho, just watched that video and it made me smile and thanks I needed that. Too bad the comments were disabled as I was going to post my legal name and call her out to "sue me". I don't care anymore there is nothing legal she can or will do (not with the documents we have) and I don't hide from a challenge. At least I don't change genders to continue in illegal activities because I don't do illegal activities. Like Sgt Friday's motto from the old Dragnet TV show " Just the facts maam". My spelling and punctuation has a lot to be desired but Judy's makes mine look rather intelligent (and her a NASA scientist and rich privite owner of Tesla technology). Come on Judy, Google Earth wants a look at your Radio Telescopes. Where on the planet are they? Why does NASA, Ames and Cal-Berk. all deny every hearing of you or your research? you're wasting your time mate, i've already been through that, she/he (under a different id) threatened to sue me so i got her (supposed) lawyers details and attempted to contact them to get the ball rolling, needless to say it was a total waste of time as i got no reply from these lawyers that so desperately wanted to sue me even though i gave them my details.... as shown somewhere in this thread.

i'm guessing they read my email and thought wtf are you going on about and who is this judy faltskog character ! lol

Yeah your probably right Monkey. Its just that I'm tired of her threats and it would be probably fruitless and expensive to boot. But if she ever wants to go that route then its on. Wayne also after what happened to my email accounts during the time I was off-line. Push comes to shove and I'll look into filing complaints and going after publishers, websites, assets, and have someone look into the impersonation of federal employee's, just to get the ball rolling. Germany might want to take a look at someone's legal status in country, etc. etc. All I'm saying to Miss Judy is put up or shut up. There is so much more its impossible to list. Its a lot to mull over to see if its worth the time,effort and cost and if its even feasible to do so. I'll quietly seek advice from a professional and think it over.

If you have Google Earth, cut and paste these coordinates into the search bar:

N 28 45.7245 , W 017 53.4007

Those will take you DIRECTLY to the telescopes shown in the "EFFET Telescope" videos on OrbitalObserver's YouTube channel. Specifically, that is the coordinate for the northern-most dish.

Funny, though, the people who run those telescopes have never even heard of Judy, and have the temerity to claim they are actually called the MAGIC telescopes, and with some indignation!

If the cut and past of those coordinates don't work, I can e-mail you a KMZ file for Google Earth that I know WILL work!

See? You really CAN see telescopes of the size she claims in Google Earth!

Thank you nenothtu for the info. Took a look at the coordinates and read up on the German Magic telescopes. Not what NASA Judy would have you to believe.She never quits.

I stand corrected the Magic telescopes are Located on a mountain top on the Canary island of La Palma. They are partially manned by German teams and can be viewed at the following. wwwmagic.mppmu.mpg.de... No mention of Miss Judy in that large list of names on the site. Hmmm, imagine that.

If you look at photos of the MAGIC telescopes, and compare them to the video that Judy claimed was heer "EFFET" telescopes, you can see that they are exactly the same objects. Even the surrounding landscape is precisely the same. She just tried to pull one over on us, and as usual had to steal someone's else's work to try to make the scam fly.
