Notice how, here, Judy claims credit for receiving an "alien signal" in a part of the spectrum where "no one was looking". Interesting that she's going to try to brazen it out here. Gotta admire that tenacity - hanging on in the face of being caught in a lie.

Even mentioned that it was allegedly a UV signal.

Notice also that she fails to mention the part about where it was picked up on a RADIO telescope, several, actually, all over the world, AT THE SURFACE! Which is, of course, a patent impossibility, even though it was her initial claim.

That, as a matter of fact, is what led to the exposure of this hoax as a LIE.

Notice also that she claims an "astrophysicist" discovered this alleged "signal" (a proveably FALSE statement), yet now she's not quite as eager to associate it with her name...

That's today's lesson in propaganda, boys and girls. What you DON'T mention is frequently every bit as important as what you DO mention!

BTW, is it just me, or does anyone else get the feeling that this video, and others like it which are sure to come, might be why MM was fishing so hard for names here?

Drunkenparrot gave us the heads up on one of her PsyOps campaigns at another forum... which makes him obviously one of "them" to Judy... which means, by extension, he HAS to be one of "us"!

The video has actual interstellar radio background noise playing in the, well, background, starts off talking about SETI and radio astronomy, then abruptly (and subtley) shifts to this alleged "Infrared and Ultraviolet" signal (but keeps the RADIO noise going to try to bridge the concepts), claims the signal was real, discovered by an unnamed "astrophysicist" ( unnamed because YouTubers who would want to know more about her credentials would find out the same thing WE did), then launches into an attack against ATS as a "disinformation outlet", and those mentioned above personally as "paid disinformation agents". If I had a nickel for every time I heard that allegation... anyhow, it then goes on to say that the signal must be "important" for sekrit squirrels to have to "discredit" it - you know, the standard sales pitch.

As with all things Wayne Herschel and Judy Faltskog, it's long on rhetoric, and embarrassingly short on any sort of evidence. Best of all, any search on any of those names will lead right back to this thread, so it's free advertising, when folks decide to find out what the fuss is about.

Also, as Bunken Drum so ably observed, it utterly fails to address WHY TPTB would go to all this fuss, expense, and publicity to HIDE an allegedly "damaging and important" signal - instead of a quick, zombie-style head shot.

I dunno... I don't think I'd buy a script from her, either. This wouldn't even rate "B" movie status.

Well how rude! It was only a few months ago that I, like Netties Hermit , was considered an 'agent' too. Maybe it's because I went into 'stealth mode' for a while.

There must be something not quite right with the legal summons that Judy's husband's agents were to personally serve on the various worldwide participants in this thread earlier this year. I'm guessing the legal papers like the agents are also special invisible ones.

Well, see, all of those CLAIMS have been made - and more - and yet, strangely, NO verification of those credentials has been forthcoming, neither from our investigations, nor (and this is FAR more telling) from Judy's camp. They have been afforded EVERY opportunity, have shown up here NUMEROUS times in all sorts of guises, and yet NEVER, NOT ONCE, presented ANY verification of ANY of the claims made.

They rant and rave, rail and whine, carry on something awful, and yet NEVER, NOT ONCE, provide anything at all by way of defense.

Judy claims a PhD from UC Berkeley. UC Berkeley says she never attended there.

Judy claims an association with NASA. NASA says they've never heard of her.

Judy claims to be an "astrophysicist", yet nowhere in that field is any of her work to be found.

Judy claims to be a "radio astronomer" (different avocation from astrophysicist), yet nowhere in THAT field is any mention of her to be found.

Judy claims to be a theoretical Cosmologist (different avocation from both radio astronomer and astrophysicist), yet has published NO work in that field, either.

Before anyone says "They're erasing all that off of the intertubes!", I'd like to point out that anyone working in any of those fields since 1993 would have left tracks in the PRINTED literature, of which copies can be found in ANY university library - and those copies have been PORED over looking for references! None were found.

Judy claims to have studied at a "prestigious German university", but wisely refuses to mention any name, so of course that one can't be checked out.

"Spacecomm Systems" turns out to have no offices in Germany, they are a domestic US operation that sells satellite data links... nothing to do with radio telescopes, astronomy, or NASA...

I'm noticing a pattern here...

Judy claims to have written an autobiography titled "The Aenstrian Revelations", yet the book itself claims to have been written, as an autobiography, by James van Greunen.

Judy claims to have received an alien signal via UV light on a radio telescope, an impossibility, and one that no actual radio astronomer would have ever claimed, KNOWING it to be impossible.

For all of her whining and squirming, she has NEVER, NOT ONCE, provided any evidence to back ANY of these claims.

I'm just not seeing a leg to stand on here in this claimed legal action she's threatening. I wish she'd get on with it, so we could get all of this into still MORE court records for posterity! I'm starting to wonder if perhaps WE could begin court proceedings, in order to get all this into court records, and force her to PROVE her assertions that we are "paid US government disinformation agents", or else pay the damages due for slander and defamation... I'm pretty sure she'd have to sell off at least 3 of those 4 radio telescopes she claims to own in order to pay those damages...

Technically, they're both chartered to ONLY operate outside of America, sort of.

The NSA has two major functions, signals intelligence and signal integrity. The first involves interception of communications and analysis of content. That is supposed to happen only outside of the US, with a plethora of weird and sometimes ambiguously conflicting rules that govern it, frosted over with a bias towards resolving the ambiguities one way or another depending on who's the director at the time. Some directors swing more towards privacy, some are more J. Edgar in style. You can actually grab the traffic from within the US if it's got one "dirty foot" i.e. the other end is an acceptable foreign target by law and that's where you get a lot of the current hooraw over tapping AT&T feeds. They can and do at times monitor domestic traffic if there is a PDD or EO that overrides the limits set by USSIDs.

The other function is crypto, keeping our traffic out of the hands of other guys, and that operates in the US as well as out. If you're an equipment producer who has an NSA crypto design module in their equipment, you'll be dealing with those guys.

CIA isn't supposed to operate inside the US, but like the USSIDS that govern the NSA, they can operate in certain ways here, but the FBI is supposed to do most of the heavy lifting in the US proper.

At any rate, wasn't she going to sic both of these on us back around page 40 or so? Why is she worried about them now? I thought they were her lapdogs.

As far as being paid, sponsored or controlled, does it count if you're occasionally an equipment vendor to one or both? I would assume that would hit "paid" and if you're doing the rare bit of NRE for them, it would possibly encompass "sponsored" and "controlled" to some vague extent. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to be InQTel.

The ATS post eating monster has bitten me more than once.

Thank you and I blushed when reading that.

The one thing that seems to get lost among all this -is I want it to be true.
I want to be wrong and that there was an intelligent message sent across the
void, I want it to eat my humble pie and know that even as I chow down on that
bitter crust, there is other life forms out there.

I'll even smile at the knowing that is was a small-framed girl... (disregarding her
dubious past)... with a NASA baseball cap -freshly bought from the VLA gift shop,
that found the signal and I'll grin like a Cheshire cat to know that our existence
as we know it -will change forever.

There well may be dark forces out there that work to thwart Dr. Judy Faltskog's revelation
and those same sinister agents may well insult and berate Wayne Herschel's theories,
but if there was only a website where these two people could go and show what they've
discovered, somewhere they could display their findings and know that the no matter
what, the evidence displayed would stand up to any rigouros testing.

If it was myself, I would locate a website that dealt with such phenomena, possibly
contact the site management and then cast this world-changing news out along with
the evidence for all to peruse.


But that hasn't happened, we're asked to believe something without proof, we're asked
to put faith in a person who has behaved questionably in the past and we're asked not
to demand proof from an author who shouts' dis-info agent' everytime we question his
theories.

So when I stack the shelves with canned products during the day and sometimes in the
early hours... (we open at 6.00am)... I ponder James/Judy's cry of faith and Wayne's
sage-like offerings and I always find myself asking the same the question...

Prove it.
