So this is not Venus then, I didn't think Venus was in STEREO A's field of view.

Could this be a Comet or another Planet?

Thanks for link, was having trouble finding that image.

Well its just maybe.

Well looking at the location of STEREO A and comparing it to the Image from STEREO A, it doesn't tie up.. It's almost if not completely behind The Sun, and judging the distance from The Sun Venus would be tiny. It would not be interacting with The Sun the way it was, if this was Nemesis/Planet X it would be Ironic the Mayans got the wrong date too.

So would you rather continue on in ignorance?

It's Venus.

Honestly, for every unknown sighting they say its Nubiru...

Chadwickus....

can you show some documentation that says Venus is currently going behind the sun...because from what I have studied, Venus did this at the end of Jan and since then has been out and away from the Sun....course it is never far....but I am not seeing that Venus has gone behind the sun recently.

Im using Stellarium and think its pretty reliable. I know you have posted still shots before...could you show this?

It could be Venus and STEREO is showing the wrong location for it's satellite, but my question still stands... Why the Interaction between Venus and The Sun. It's never done this before, they almost look like they are connecting.

It could be mere coincidence, Venus in the wrong place, wrong time...

It could also show that 'mabey' there is more we just dont understand, like the theory of a electrical universe....each sphere interacts in ways we usually dont see....like a cord would connect every sphere, sun, ect...hard for me to explain.

Thanks for the image...but what I am saying is that Venus went behind the Sun at the end of January....even though it is close to the sun, as always...it should not of disappeared behind the sun as of the last couple of months.

Still trying to understand why that was mentioned. If Im not understanding something...someone help me pls

The only interaction I see is the blooming effects from both Venus and the sun, giving the appearance of them joining.

More info about blooming HERE.

Credit to peacejet for the link.

Yea I have seen and understand the blooming effect, reason I posted this is because it looks much different. Look through the sequence of images from STEREO here

I think something else is causing the interaction between The Sun and Venus, that's if it is indeed Venus. At the moment I believe it is, but soon I will be unsure especially if the Interaction strengthens.

A reasonable explanation would be a small CME erupting in the Direction Venus is showing on the STEREO A Image, making it look like the two are starting to join.

Load up this page:

stereo-ssc.nascom.nasa.gov...

It should show the STEREO Orbit Tool, where you can input whatever date you want and it will simulate the locations of the STEREO satellites and also show where the planets are.

If it doesn't go direct to that page, there should be a link to the STEREO Orbit Tool.

Mabey I misunderstood you in a past post. I thought you said Venus was disappearing behind the sun, as if this has just happened in the last few days or even the last week.

I understand where Venus is....but do not find any thing showing it was behind the Sun within the last couple of months....well since the end of Jan. beginning of Feb. to be exact. Since around Valentines day, Venus has not been behind the Sun.....so I was wondering why you wrote that.

Venus was behind the Sun from the end of Jan and beginning of Feb....and emerged returning as a night time star (planet). It wont conjunct with the Sun again till like October.

Im not trying to nit pick....but if I am confused about Venus not being behind the Sun within the last few days, I just need someone to show me that it was behind the Sun (disappeared behind the Sun is what you had said)...but mabey you were not meaning that it did this as recently as it sounded in your post. Mabey you were just referring to the fact that a couple months ago it was behind the sun?

It sounded like you were talking about the image for May 3rd when you said Venus was disappearing behind the sun?

So is no one going to talk about all those other spots in the 5:24 picture from page 1?

How strange is that? And Chadwickus, you video link does not link to the video, just an image of where is stereo.

You say, stereo shows venus is now behind the sun, but the still images from stereo A show otherwise.

And the where is stereo image, does seem to show that Venus is behind the sun, so what is in these still images from stereo a from today?

It could be Venus and STEREO is showing the wrong location for it's satellite,

The stereo locator does not show the sun to scale. More accurately scaled representations of the view from STEREO A's location show Venus is right where it should be:
farm4.static.flickr.com...

but my question still stands... Why the Interaction between Venus and The Sun. It's never done this before, they almost look like they are connecting.

It's an illusion; that coronal "spike" has been there for days now; it was there before Venus reached that point in the image:
stereo-ssc.nascom.nasa.gov...
Venus simply moved behind that part of the sun's corona, giving the illusion in a 2d image of "interaction" when there is none.

I mst apologise, for not being clear.

I now see that when Chadwicks said that Venus was disappearing behind the Sun, this was according to the view from the Satellites position....and I am thinking from Earths position.

Took me min to re read and see...

Still this is interesting and not sure if we really have all the answers here. Off to look and compare the two satellites view points now....

Dont let them bring you down, they are now trying to act like Phage or nasa
I believe it wasnt Venus.

It seems for ever mention of planet x or nibiru they dont wont hear it.
sounds like a conspiracy.

Why do you believe it's not Venus when that's exactly where Venus should appear in the STEREO images and how is that a conspiracy?

I never said Venus was behind the sun.

I said Venus is starting to go behind the sun.

It took me a while to see what you were talking about, but WTF that's just amazing. I know this is just a simulation but the coincidence is just amazing.

I've just set it as my desktop background, thanks.
