I just wanted to add a video I came across on another thread that talked about how aliens may be using human beings as food, and how they may be taking hormones, or adrenaline that our brains produce as a sort of drug.

Awful idea. I can understand why you would fear it.

Probably because it's what human beings do to animals.

This is why I always feel a little bit guilty when I eat meat.

Meat is murder. Tasty, tasty murder...

LOL I have read the OP's thoughts and come to the conclusion that he has played the game Prey and got the idea from it. if you haven't then you need to go play it. It even has Art Bell in it. It is a good game that is for sure.

I flagged your post, I can see your point here. I know beyond any doubt that humans are being "upgraded," as they call it, manipulating our DNA at a genetic level. I completely agree that your theory is valid, and I will add that the Grays have been said to call us,
"containers." To them, our spirit is very important, while our carbon based bodies are not.
I have also read on several different theories of Reptilians and how they feed.

I believe the Grays are a dying race, and they are trying to survive by lifting genetic material from us humans, and from cattle too. They are a bio-mechanical being created by the Reptilians, i think, to do their work, such as supervise the mining operations, and the transport of the ore to Nibiru. When the Annunnaki left, they left the grays here. Since that time, they have tried in vain to get the craft we know as the Moon started again, and have abducted thousands, maybe more for their genetic experiments. As a service to others person, I cannot say destroy them all. I say we help them, or at least offer to.

Maybe the grays are the watchers or the Igigi mentioned by the Anunnaki. The Anunnaki might of taken the original DNA samples with them when they left and made the grays to suffer for their wrong doings. I don't have a clue but interesting stuff.

yeah,

Look into the dark side of ufo cases. i believe its human proteins they desire ,not meat as such but the complex products produced from our brains when we are scared.
remember this .
huffty puffty ring stone round if you lose your hat it will never be found.. from the series about prof quatermass.
many ufo crashes have reported arms and legs found and a total messy cabin not clean and pristine like on the syfy. but gruesome ripped apart human remains blood spaterred around the saucer interior, with horrid greys lieing dead but know one knows if the crash did this or it was done before crash to humans . i read this some place it happened in usa .

I could swear I have heard that report of the alien crash as well !! arms and leg's all over the place, like a butcher shop.

Put it this way, ... they KNOW, ... that we know, that they exist.

why not just land ?? what could they be hiding ??

Do you have any proof whatsoever of these catastrphic events that supposedly kills of most of the human race? Or did you mean events like the plague and such? Anyhow, fascinating (and utterly disturbing) idea. I just have to ask, do you believe that this is what will happen in 2012 or do you think this is something that potentially could happen all the time?

And yes, I'm asking this from a purely hypothetical standpoint since I find it far-fetched to say the least=)

Hey, dont worry kid, ... everythings gonna be ok.

There is no 2012, nothing is going to happen. But that brings up a cool hypothesis, what if the Mayan calender predicted the next "harvest" so to speak ??

... anyway. By studying our DNA variations, ... scientists have concluded that the human race has been on the brink of extinction a few times already. I'm sure there are studies out there, I'm just to lazy to find em for you.

But like I said, don't worry, .... there is no 2012, and this is just a theory, .... and your just lunch

Don't worry kid? Haha, how utterly ignorant of you to think that you are older than me. Perhaps would be good to put some of your assertions to test, just to prove how wise you are?

The proof/study you might have caught a glimpse of is most likelly Sitchins. And no, they didn't predict any sort of harvest, they predicted a reset of their second biggest calender. But perhaps you are one of those that fear the end is near every time the Gregorian calender approaches 31 december?

By the way, I think you would be safe in case of a harvest. Species tend to dislike food that has a cromosone too much

LoL, ... I never said I had proof, or read any study. This is just an obscure hypothesis I thought would be entertaining. And I never said I feared 2012 or any other apocalypse, just the opposite in fact.

Don't be offended because I said " kid" ... it is just a saying. I use it to refer to anyone.

.... by the way, it's spelled "chromosome". lol

I'm sorry that I snapped, it's just that I've been stuck in a discussion about Nibiru for close to a week and now I tend to think that everyone is caught up in that crap. So again, sorry...

Did you read "The Sparrow"?

Sounds exactly like the story line in this book.

Maybe that is why if they exist they don't make themselves know to us and they don't communicate with us.

It is a bit hard to eat something that you can talk to.

I bet this is why the obseity rate is climbing...they are fattening us up getting ready for the harvest.

And if you are skinny, don't think you are getting out of it...I bet they will eat you first as an appetizer...like small chicken wings.

And they are probably going to cook us like we cook lobster....alive...into a boiling pot of water.

Thanks IB...now I'm hungry.

No, I havent read that yet, ....

I'm not sure where I got the inspiration, ... maybe a little from "War Of The Worlds".

The fact that we've been close to extinction a few times.

... and wondering why they havent disclosed themselves yet.

OutKastSearcher: I agree, this kind of talk always makes my stomach growl. God, ... I wish we werent so delicious.

I think you are right on track right up tp the point of transporting the meat. That is where cost prohibitive puts its heavy foot down. It would be like buying an entire McDonald's for a single cheeseburger. I think it would be more cost effective to bring their disembodied population here. You don't really think humans built the pyramids and burial mounds do you?

But since we know nothing about their transportation technology's, we can't speculate on how much it would cost them, if anything.

if they have super large ships with hyperdrive, or multi- dimensional travel, they could get here and home faster than it takes u to hit the local mcdonalds, ... if they set up teleporters, there would be no need for ships at all. and since their prolly using either fusion or fision reactors, these methods would be super cost effective, ... they've prolly already gotten to zero point energy, so it may even cost them nothing.

The comment about the farmer planting the food then looking at it over the fence got me thinking... Any GOOD farmer doesn't just look over the fence, he is in there with the plants checking them for bugs, discoloration, or anything else undesireable.

Maybe that's the reason for the mutilations (checking for) and abductions (removal of contaminants) where procedures to the abducted are claimed? Then once the alteration is made the abductee is released back into population to mate and spread the "update"?

But that sure as hell seem's a slow way to do it.

I dont think they would allow there livestock to create weapons, or a livestock which would resist being eaten.

Yeah, I spent a whole night thinking along these lines...Bistro Earth.
But then I thought you would engineer the cattle-or us in this instance- to be able to tend themselves, food and shelter and health, but how could you stop them from building weapons and things that go boom. It would be kinda hard to get bacon if all pigs had handguns.
Unless our weapons are totally useless agianst them. Hmmm. Nah, you would want to control what they eat and what chemicals they're exposed to, humans eat to much crap, I think we'd taste pretty nasty.
Plus the fact that we use all of the natural resources found on this planet that it seems a bit useless and wasteful to go through all that just to get a human hamburger. So I dropped that line of thinking but it's nice to know other people think like me!

1) i think that whole theory is unlikely

2) just think through your logic, if they can harvest us, why cant they just clone or create their own meat with technology.

3) also its unlikely an advanced species would be reptilian as reptilian is a primitive form of life.

4) i am more worried about the true (people) in power then aliens.
maybe aliens are here and influencing us but i also think they are probably working with humanity, the elite, if thats the case.

[edit on 1-5-2010 by togetherwestand]

1) We al think a lot, does not necessarily mean the truth

2) I actually think another way, harvesting humans that spent their own resources to grow themselves up is more economical than wasting my own resources in my superior technology, as far as I known even high technology uses up resources. Surprisingly the more hight tech the more natural resources are needed.

3) Assumption :O , may be or may not me

4) That is very likely and logical actually, always better to go and try to influence those in position of power if you are up to do successful infiltrations

Start researching how many people go missing each year.

And I'm talking about the ones that totally vanish.

Funny, of all the subject that I have researched, trying to pin down how many humans, many are children, that go missing every year is one of the hardest to nail down.

They're not going to come in ships and mass invade. They are here, they've been here for thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of years.
