The case is just forgotten, or maybe casually mentioned on a discussion forum. The skeptics and debunkers never came up with any explanation.

Did anyone go to the UN after the Belgium sighting and say "hey USA did you do this and would you knock it off?" Has anyone challenged the US on this or any other country, including China and say hey did you do this? If they say no then shouldn't we pose the question of so if you didn't do it...don't you think we better find out who did?

Actually nearly that: the Belgian government has official confirmation
from US and also from several other european countries that they did not send anything of their own over Belgium. More than that, several other governments were deeply interested in the reports, and most of them went public (the official ones, yes!).
Read this thread, and this one for more info.
A lot of stuff is available on the net. It is officially a UFO. And it is officially no plane or drone or balloon, according to most earth countries. So...? More proof needed?

I also thought they were satellites, but I never found any info on THREE satellites forming a PERFECT triangle moving WITHOUT modifying their distance and in such a "perfect" way....god....

monsoon,
One problem with that is that there have been sightings of those trianlges since the 60's. I doubt the U.S. had TR-3b's by then already...

This object could fly as slow as 30 mph, but it accelerated to incredible speeds. Witnesses were adamant that no plane belonging to any air force could have caught this object. Indeed, that night the Belgian Air Force sent two F-16s to do exactly that. The triangles were captured on several NATO radar stations; the jet pilots could also track the objects on radar, and even see them at times.
But the F-16s the top interceptors in the world were completely outclassed by the triangular craft. Not only could it accelerate at incredible speeds, not only could it stop on a dime, but it could change its altitude almost instantly. At one point, for example, radar installations and amazed witnesses observed the triangle to drop about 4,000 feet in one second. Thats nearly a mile.
