You better read the thread. I don't believe in indigos.

People want to feel special. Let them. It's pretty irrelevant.

And live in delusion ? Great.

Furthermore, it is relevant when they begin to act like a bunch of spoiled kids patronizing others. IMHO

I don't really care about the patronizing others parts.. I just feel bad for the kids. Make a kid believe this stuff and you're effectively ruining his social life and retarding his development. Even if it's true.

It's like telling a kid he's special because he's a genius. Sign him up for GT classes but don't tell him that he's special. It'll just lead to him getting made fun of and disconnected from his peers.

True that. I believe they may feel so detached from the world that they believe they can only be with their peers.

The more and more I spend time on these forums, the more I think I am in a coma in some mental institution.

I was very much Pro-Neg Age... Oh yea... Had the the moldavite pendant, the meditation essentials, the chakra charts. You name it I had it, even the patience and mind to sit there and create an illusion. I really convinced myself my life was better, the positivity was only drawing in more positivity "Or it seemed that way" I really thought I was becoming closer to God. That's until some things in my personal life really knocked me back "What God does this to you" is how I was left feeling, after that it seemed to be one bad thing after another.

One day I snapped and destroyed everything I had built up over the years to do with "New age and Religion" Yes I enjoyed ripping up the bible and enjoyed hitting my Moldavian pendant with an hammer & smashing it into a billion pieces, when this happened I made a connection to something that was just like me. That connection was to something most would be scared of because they have been conditioned that way, they had been conditions to fear. I made a connection to the Devil and that connection grows every day, please don't think I am some psychopath with the intentions of Hitler because I am not. I care for everyone on this planet like they are my brothers and sisters, if you think the Devil is evil "Then what's God"

The devil really isn't all that evil, in fact if anything "God is the devil" and the "Devil is God" but don't think I believe in imaginary dudes "one sat in hell and one in heaven" I am much more of a realist than that. If you want to know... Both are Far Superior beings who created humanity "One Male, One Female" I will let you work out who took the apple

Well, anyone who actually believes that the world is 6000 years old, and that Eve was created from the rib of Adam should get their heads checked or a serious education in physics and evolution.

It reminds me of a friend of mine who told me that "Sharks hunt for humans for food". Makes me wanna bang my head against the wall.

Yeah it's confusing sometimes. The key is balance. Not negating our inner animal drives, but at the same time striving for growth.

I really don't judge people by what/who they worship, but by they intentions and most important, by their actions.

Devil, God, we never know for sure. Sometimes God seems like a pissed old dude, and sometimes the Devil looks like a funny guy.

I haven't made a choice yet, maybe one day if I'll have read all the books and met all the people. And even that day, it would still be Faith, a choice, my choice.

People who complain about bullying and don't do anything about fall into number 2. That aspect of their personality carries into everything in life. It's a victim mentality.

Totally agree with this statement.

I was also bullied at school. I was a smart kid and socially naive and this was taken advantage of. I was also fat and short and arrogant.

My experiences made me stronger and also taught me a lot of social lessons, so when I left High School and went to a college where very few people knew me, I saw it as a chance to re-invent myself, which I did with great results. I exercised obsessively and lost all the weight and gained a lot of muscle. I grew my hair (as was the fashion for us grungers in the 90's
), started socialising and gained many friends. A bit too much to be honest. I spent the first 2 years of my Uni life in the pub

I've often said that most people, especially men need a good kicking every now and again to put them in their place and stop them getting cocky. I've had a few in my time. Some deserved, others less so.

I believe the world is 4.7+ Billion years old and that Human civilizations date back as far as 2 Million years of that. I also believe there were more advanced civilizations before us, and some no so advanced, it changes every 3600 in my opinion.

Funny. I never get into fights, except for this one dude who tried to rob me (and didn't succeed) and with a friend who is a paranoid cokehead and a lunatic.

Oh I certainly don't worship anyone other that us, even if I saw Jesus healing the sick I wouldn't worship him/her or whatever species Jesus was... Instead I would ask why there were sick in the first place....

The only thing I do worship is the land I walk on and the people I walk the land with, we are the real Gods, however we like the Devil have been shut in the dark by a false God and peoples beliefs and worship towards that God.

Exactly, So is that an act of Evil.... I think not...

If the Devil came and took all the Evil out the world, Would that make him a God?

The New Age movement, Indigos or whatever have the belief that deep down everyone is Great everyone is God and that they do not fear them, and that they can help them. Seems the only people they fear are ones who go against their beliefs about God, Religion or their Spiritual Beliefs..

Yeah, I know you're not a Christian fundie.

I think the Bill Hicks joke about the Christian fundamentalists is so hilarious.. those believes SO absurd that I want to cry and laugh at the same time. How can anyone actually believe that BS?

It's pure insanity and there are millions of people like that. Help.

EDIT: Dude, I don't believe in the Devil (or Jesus in that sense). It's just western dualism. They are archetypes. I think there is "evil" in everyone, and that in most cases it's caused by ignorance and that i it can be overcomed.

Off topic I know, But I believe Bill Hicks was truly Enlightened. Anyone searching for Enlightenment should watch Bill Hicks, Bill has inspired many of my beliefs and my realist attitude towards life.

Hehe, I know a lot of people who thinks he's some kind of savior and listen to everything he recorded

He's very angry 'tho and sometimes comes off as a bitter guy, but he's right and funny as hell.

EDIT: Wait.. 2 million years? On what you base this? I believe that our we don't really know and understand everything about the ancient cultures, and that our believes about them are very biased. But 2 million years.. no way.

The delicate human ego pushes people to create reasons that they are special. It is almost too much for some people to realize that they are just 1 of 8 billion.

Nice thread. I have wanted to put this up so many times. The indigo thing makes this forum look like a bunch of idiots. It makes us all look bad.

now...can you get rid of the werewolf/vampire threads?

I believe in the Devil but the Devil is not some Red Dude with horns who lived in a pit of fire, I do believe in God but God but God is not some almighty creator who looks down from the heavens.

They are both creators of humanity, they are both Alien Races who came to Earth to create life here in the images of themselves, one woman, one man, or one mother one father....

However it ended like most relationships here on Earth.

Edit: That's the man getting walked all over, look at the fork in the man's hands "Look familiar?"

Don't get me wrong, I try not to get into fights and have only ever had a few. Unfortunately, I live in quite a rough area, so fights can tend to find you.

You win some, you lose some. It's the ones you lose that put you in your place though.

That is Kali. He/she represents death. It's not Satan, because Hindus don't view death as some kind of "evil". Hindus don't believe in the devil.
