Seriously, do they really need to spend the money on this when existing GPS technology can do the same thing?

If this uses your GPS then there's no issue because you can hack your GPS software to give a wrong speed

I cannot imagine that this would pass muster constitutionally. It is an unreasonable search. They might as well as put cameras on every corner. "Ver are zee papers!!!"

If this happens in Texas, i will join the growing list of activists against US governmental dismantling liberty in our nation.
