IF YOUR MAKING THE STUFF UP IT STILL DOES NOT SPELL OUT A SUCCESSFUL CONCLUSION FOR THE LAW MUST BE CHALLENGED, OBAMA HAS NEVER & NO ONE IN THE RIGHT STATE OF MIND HAS THE GUTS TO CHALLENGE THE MEANING OF THE LAW. THE QUESTION IS NOT WHETHER HAWAII WAS A FULLY RECOGNIZED STATE OR WHETHER SOME OF ITS CITIZENS WERE WITHOUT LEGAL REPRESENTATION OR REGISTRATION. OBAMA'S MOTHER DID NOT CERTIFY THE COPY, OBAMA DID AND LONG AFTER THE ALLOWABLE TIME SO HE IS STILL A CITIZEN OF KENYA AND A LOYAL BRITISH SUBJECT BECAUSE OF HIS FATHER BEING A MILITARY MAN IN THE BRITISH MILITARY, OBAMA CERTIFIED THE NAME CHANGE LONG AFTER THIS QUESTION OF KENYAN CITIZENSHIP MAKING HIM THE ONE THAT HAS TO CHALLENGE THE LEGALITY NOT THE U.S. GOVERNMENT. OBAMA HAS THEREFORE COMMITTED A FRAUD BY REPRESENTING HIMSELF AS A LIVE BIRTH WHICH IS SIGNIFICANT OF A U.S. BORN INDIVIDUAL BECAUSE ALL HE IS SAYING IS THAT HE CAN CHANGE HIS CITIZENSHIP CERTIFICATION BECAUSE HIS MOTHER IS A U.S. CITIZEN AND SHE IS DEAD. ALL THE HAWAIIAN REGISTRAR'S OFFICE IS SAYING IS THEY ISSUED A LIVE BIRTH CERTIFICATE BASED ON WHAT OBAMA TOLD THEM TO DO, BASED ON TESTIMONY OF A FORMER EMPLOYEE THERE IS NOT A LEGAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE ON FILE FOR BARACK OBAMA IN HAWAII AND NEVER HAS BEEN NOR ISSUED BY THE STATE OF HAWAII. THE HONOLULU COMMUNITY COLLEGE STATED THAT AT THE TIME THIS WAS OCCURRING THAT THE LAW OF HAWAII DID NOT REQUIRE A UNIVERSITY STUDENT TO HAVE TO BE A RESIDENT FOR TWO YEARS PRIOR TO REGISTRATION AT THE HONOLULU COMMUNITY COLLEGE OR OTHER UNIVERSITY AND HIS MOTHER NOR HIS FATHER HAD BEEN RESIDENTS WITH THE GRANDMOTHER OF OBAMA FOR TWO YEARS OR MORE PRIOR TO THEIR REGISTRATION. SO WHAT LAW IS BEING UPHELD HERE THE CURRENT LAW OR THE LAW OF THE PAST? ONE YEAR RESIDENCE PRIOR TO THE BIRTH OF THE CHILD, "NOT USING A GRANDPARENT ADDRESS", WHICH IS WHAT THEY HAD TO DO CAUSE THEY HAD NO LEGAL ADDRESS. YOUR BAT.

So the people that have a real Birth Certificate which is representing them as a Real Live Birth within The State of Hawaii are OK but for those whom are not carrying a Live Birth Certificate or who's parents are missing from the Doctor's Birth Certification because it was written by a Nurse or Nurse's Aide then they have to admit they re not True Real Live Birth's within The State of Hawaii, else: The State of Hawaii is legally offering the world a opportunity to commit FRAUD by generating Live Birth Certificates that are actually not certifying that the individual was actually born within The State of Hawaii at all. According to the meaning which the U.S. Code and U.S. Constitution reflects as being a Live Birth, is there any ruling that Hawaii is within their legal right to define any birth as a Live Birth which they feel with 100% certainty within The State of Hawaii or does it not matter what they meant by their own interpretation of "LIVE BIRTH" for all whom were just born almost within The State of Hawaii without proof of having been born?

A certified copy of a birth certificate has a registrar's raised, embossed, impressed or multicolored seal, registrar’s signature, and the date the certificate was filed with the registrar's office, which must be within 1 year of the person’s date of birth.

So where is the next birth certificate proof that inevitably turns into a hoax after a few days that we going to pounce on as pure evidence?

I know they say that “Insanity is doing the same thing, over and over again, but expecting different results", but gosh darn it...the next birth certificate proof must be the winner!

Try the angle that Obama Hates The British which is the responsiveness he gives to British Petroleum (BP) Oil Spill. NOAA tries to get approval ratings to increase cause the oil is heading away from the Eastern Coastline they describe as their Seaboard Here, entitled National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration: Slim Chance Oil Will Reach Eastern Seaboard. I am Charles, I left a reply Monday, July, 05, 2010 6:27 AM cause I know the chemicals in the oil will always be present in the ocean in abundance, much much more than if there had not been a fire at the BP Oil Rig and a spill that is continuing at the oil well one mile below surface. What NOAA fails to realize it is not their job, NOAA don't even have the earthquake data if the liquid gas deposits in pockets within the earth crust were to implode to define to American's how much endangered they would be just living on the Gulf Coastline much less working there. Some Exec for BP claimed someone claimed there is Natural Gas there and then tried to bluff off the claim of compressed liquid gas being in pockets in the earth crust so to avoid confrontation with the press and to cause widespread panic amongst citizens that are working for BP and that live along the coastline.

Honestly lee, there wasn't a Birth Certificate at some point in time, let's find that time. Go back to the time when the three musketeers roamed New York City together, Obama masquerading as a Black Panther, then meeting up with a co-heart activist named William Ayers whom did not recognize that one day he might become a professor, Obama a Senator, and Tim Geithner a U.S. Treasurer but the plot would begin to thicken as they discussed the future. The first decision would be to get Obama away from the Black Panthers, he might not have liked that idea but just one job to get their trust would be sufficient enough and to grasp what else could happen like going into business with another individual Ayers had in mind would begin to cause a flow of money to occur from off the streets, perhaps beginning from a few gangsters and maybe some mafia but to be safe they had to deal with folks that would eventually die before the really big showtime started hitting the big top and they all three would be famous. Geithner had a way with manipulating the New Yorker crowd since his management degree in apartment offerings got Obama a set arrangement. Remember also this was before Obama met his wife in Chicago and got hitched up. The plot would begin to thicken deeply more and more cash flowing for Ayers and his Chicago Realtor named Tony Rezko but the bigger of his employable occupations was for Reverend Jeremiah Wright whom set his dream from a pizza parlor building site to become a Trinity United Church of Christ (TUCC) as employed by Chicago Realtor, Tony Rezko, but that legal representation of Chicagoan's fell through as could have been predicted. Did sales of the DVD content with Rev. Wright speeches ever get stopped after a new Reverend took over? Strange thing too, another Pizza franchise turned up at Rod Blagojevich's Trial over his use of the Illinois Governors Office, but this Pizza franchise was nothing close to becoming a Church of Christ just a place owned by a U.S. Census Taker, Joseph Aramanda, that had to testify about Tony Rezko, he claimed Tony Rezko pulled him into the middle of several, complicated money transfers. He said the money came from political insiders who made profits off of administration deals. Sounds like good ole' Joseph Aramanda was thought to be also in the employ of Tony Rezko I guess and those dealings would be something like Ayers & Obama were handling.
Sometime Obama had a college to attend and a meeting with his to be wife, but the monetary trail that Tony Rezko proposed Obama succeed in must first occur, and it did so how did Obama formally walk out, simple using Rezko as what he had made himself to be a Realtor so he purchased his Chicagoan home from Rezko and a adjacent property via his wife as another add-on. Pretty clever coming up from a NYC Terror Activist, but he had a good teacher they say that much of Professor William Ayers.
Adultrated Fraud is the charge that would be appropriate, are you missing the point? Home Runs are nor made by people whom have not went to bat sitting in the dugout their entire life. There is more to this can of beans than a label on its round part.
About the "immediately thrust onto the organizers of the flotilla" why don't you tell Reuters that you did not appreciate their miss categorization of the incident through their photo cropping which got the United Nations so screwed up & angry at Israel. Already one Kenyan Official has stood up to say Obama Was Born In Kenya and then the Hawaiian Employee stood up to tell his story about the boss that wanted the Birth Certificate and there was not one. Now you want another reason to doubt Obama which relates to another Birth Certificate, try his use of several different Social Security Numbers in his name will that work out cause in America one can only have one Social Security Number and that is the law?

Looks like you finally figured out a way to not lose this argument. Take 5 paragraphs of text, jam it all together in one huge unreadable block, capitalize and repeat half of it and make sure most of it is worthless legal mumbo jumbo attached to statements like "I will testify in court I never see no berth certificiatifaticiatcattetat!" from a guy who NEVER WOULD HAVE seen any birth certificate.

I guess the birthers finally stopped losing this argument. Congratulations, I cannot wait till 2012 so you can tell me how good victory on getting no more responses to your birther nonsense feels.
