Gordon Brown: 'immigrants must honour British values'

I live in the UK and it makes me sick that immigrants do not respect our laws, our people or our systems.

My friends can't even get a job because of immigrants they come over nick our money and take it back to their countries, no wonder we have nothing, they rape people and cannot be traced, TBH we need armed police on the tracks in kent not security guards, shoot them and then see if they come running back.

What would happen if i went to their country and did that?, i would be dead.

Look at the islam extremists they come over moan about our religions our country but they can take our benefits and money....... they even get away with murder because it is so called racist!!

This is a big problem and needs to be sorted out, we need I.D cards to ween these weeds out of our systems.

This is England! and our heritage, they need to stop them getting in and put police on borders etc and stop them coming in whats more expensive? more police officers or paying them our benefits that we pay for by tax.

Each year we lose more and more Bonfire societies as more and more red tape and expense is put in the way of holding our traditional celebrations.

In response the Bonfire council approached UNESCO to gain some external protection for the Bonfire tradition, traditions being eaten away at by this Gov.

BUT since this Gov will not sign the convention we can not gain actual protection for our traditions, protections that other cultures enjoy.

The issue for me is that the WORDS that come from the mouths of those in power never match deeds...

So if our traditions are not worth preserving, what is the being British this gov speaks of?

obviously its so easy to spot illegal immigrants so why don't the police on the streets stop them and check for documents?.....wait they don't.

It is so easy to clear england of these leeches, they just don't want to.

even if they have no documents they are sent into prisons get everything and then get a £4k handout to take back to their own country!!..

why are we paying them to go home!!???

they'll just keep coming until the people of england has NOTHING!

Jeez, for such a pretty face thats some pretty draconian sh|t your advocating there. Never will I take an ID card. I also agree there is an immigration problem, but shooting people trying to find a better life for their families is not the answer.

Brilliant, should help keep those pesky protestors in their place too. You might think it's fine to use weapons like that on immigrants, just wait till their used against you.

The english are masters of microwaving people in there homes. The police go after people who do nothing to destroy them while scum walk the streets.

Get it, the police only make money from people commiting crimes not people who do nothing.

The police in england for no reason, will give people microwave weapons to use on there neighbours, just to wreck there lifes.

this is modern day britain, home of the two faced rubbish values, where the brits really are just killers and destroyers.

No one has answered me what does british values mean. For me actions speak louder than words, and british actions, of microwaving fami9lies in there homes show, they have no right to speak about human rights.

Up to now the post i've read from you have seemed to be insightful and i've enjoyed reading them.

However the stuff you just posted is the most bigoted load of nonsense i've ever read.

Such statements as they rape people and can't be traced? All illegal immigrants are rapists? Really?

They take our jobs? Really? That's rubbish! There are plenty of jobs out there for people if they want them. The problem is many people in this country can't be arsed doing those jobs and the immigrants therefore take them.

I remember watching a television program about Polish immigrants who would get up at all silly hours of the morning and go and pick vegetables on farms, for very little money, for the whole day. The presenter asked a group of young english lads (who were unemployed by the way) why they didn't do it? Well obviously they couldn't be bothered could they?

Andy I don't know what exactly British values are anymore.

But create a thread about it and i'll gladly take part.

Better still create a thread about these microwave weapons and your experiences and tell us the story. Otherwise, all you're doing is making yourself look like a crackpot.

I say the British must honour the immigrants values. How about that?

I personally wan't to see a none PC debate on the issues of immigration in the UK... People are still scared to voice their concerns for fear of being branded a racist...

However the truth of the matter is that it IS about race by its very definition.. What I see after 22 years of being here on and off is an immense change in the country that is not good by any standards.. In the area I live now, just up the road are places called Smethwick, Tipton and Handsworth are basically run down, Asian/African ghettos that no right minded white person would venture too... They resemble the countries of origin, and are nothing like the pristine areas they once was.... Is it racist to say that or just true?... Its true I'm afraid... Its the same with London... You will be hard pressed to find a native speaker in the capital sometimes... This is my experience however and not meant as a slight. There are also areas in the north like Bradford for instance which has become no go areas for white with signs that say "no whites allowed" on the park areas etc... I have seen that for myself in Tipton in a place called Victoria park...

This is obviously unacceptable... Another thing that does not get reported is the immigrant proportion of violent offenders and sexual offenders in prison... Even on religious grounds the statistics are alarming... For example the Muslim population for such crimes who are incarcerated percentage wise equates to 12% of the prison populace ( SOURCE ) and rising which should set alarm bells ringing considering they only make up 3% of the overall UK population... This is of course down to cultural differences and those are just the ones that are caught... How many are not??... The fact is that Islam is diametrically opposed to western values and tenets and will not integrate.. That is true too...
However... The success of India's Hindu and Sikh immigrants at integration is plain to see and we are much rewarded by their presence here...

However with the inclusion of eastern European migrants et al, the country is simply too small to take anymore on... The nations resources are done.. The NHS is beyond crises.. The housing situation also.. The country is broke... We need to stop immigration for the time being and return those who are illegally here, and who do not provide skills that we are short of forth with.... We need to put citizens first in terms of housing, jobs and education... And for those who wish to reside here then they must learn English, our history and respect our ways... And if they cant do that then we must be able to show them the door..

I agree with you there and a lot of what you said makes sense.

The problem, I feel is that many people want to have a none PC debate, as you said, but unfortunately such debates are hijacked by actual racists who use the issue of immigaration as an excuse to be racist or bigoted or to just use it as some mask of legitimacy.

By the way just to let you know, that isn't some kind of reference to you. I'm not trying to call you racist.

Also I'm shocked by the instance of signs saying "No Whites Allowed." I haven't come across anything like that. I would not stand for something like that. No matter which skin colour they are discriminating against.

loved reading you post.

it wasnt racist dribble, i was very factual.

just this week my partner reported a work collegue who called him an english (i wont repeat thte word he used).
the collegue was easternn european,, this is the best bit when my partner reported him my partner got called racist!!! for reporting it..

the government wonders why alot of people in england are joining groups like the bnp.
i would never join them myself because i do not agree with there policies and to me they are just a bunch of thugs.

and that programme was a one sidd piece of rubbish i live near where this programmewas filmed and i applyed for a job at one of these places but they would not hire me because i was not an immigrant.
this is happening alot around my area.
it does concern me that a party like the bnp would get in because not all immigrants are evil or bad, and are willing to intregate into another culture.

i even dont ,mind poeple keeping there cultural identity but they still should respect the heritage of the country that has given them a home.
this does work like the India's Hindu and Sikh, and the jamacian immigrants they kept there own cultural identy with out, forcing it on other english people.

unforutantly english people are being pushed out and are afraid to say anything in cae they are called racist, even though i hear racist comments about white people all the time.

also pretty much every country has a past where they have caused griefe and suffering toanother all in the name of conquest or religion but the desendants of the culture is not the one to be blamed.
i wouldnt demand an apology from a swedish person because there ancestors raped and pilaged our lands many years ago.
