Yeah, I am pretty sure at this point that the tea party and other people interested in the constitution are being set up... as if the people in charge haven't been setting the stage for this the whole time, just look at previous news coverage doctored to make them look like nutters... like someone else mentioned... the date in this thread and the "Satanist blood sacrifice" thread are chillingly coincidental.

This is a Martial Law Round-Up

according to the Continental Congress 2009 Agenda

A concerted effort was made to set-up the entire patriot/constitutionalist/militia movement into formally making terroristic threats which would have (and still holds some) potential to trigger the justification of declaring martial law and the round-up of all patriots as terrorists.


The Scheme:


Robert Schulz , through his We The People Foundation, whether voluntarily or under duress, organized a Continental Congress 2009 consisting of 105 duly elected citizen delegates representing 48 of the several states. The Congress was held in St. Charles, IL from Nov. 11-22.


Manipulated by a pre-planned agenda, the delegates formed sub-committees to draft “reports” which would become part of a finished document entitled, “The Articles of Association” (since changed to “The Articles of Freedom”). The pre-determined format of these reports was to include instructions to the Congress, the State Legislatures, and the People.


Instructions to the Congress included the formation of an unelected/appointed “Advisory Council” to which all legislation was to be submitted for Council approval before enactment. Such statements within these initial reports did not immediately raise “red flags”.


Subsequently the final document of the “Articles of Association” would include (under a section entitled “Instructions for Civic Action”) a call for the mobilization of millions of American citizens pledging to simultaneously carry out across America such acts as: to stop traffic on highways, bridges (George Washington Bridge, NY, etc.), tunnels; to close Congress, State Houses, IRS offices, TV stations, etc. This was not readily realized by the delegates who were swamped with initial reports, then found themselves voting on reports they were not afforded the opportunity to read due to “lack of toner in the copy machines”.


One delegate made it a point to read a written copy of each of the reports and the initial proposed “The Articles of Association”. In reading all of the fine print, he realized that the entire agenda boiled down to a manipulation of the delegates into making a demand on Congress to submit to an unelected authoritative body under threat of “serious public inconvenience”. (See Black’s Law Dictionary “terroristic threat”) This is very similar to the communist tactic of making a demand for power under threat of national labor strikes.


This final document package from Continental Congress 2009 would serve as a means to marginalize and demonize the entire patriot/constitutionalist/militia movement in the eyes of the American people. It would give a perceived justification of rounding up millions who signed the pledge.


The delegate stopped the proceedings by calling for a “Point of Information”, requesting a legal definition of the term “terroristic threat” and consideration of that definition in relation to the Continental Congress delegates being charged with the felony offense of “conspiring to commit terroristic threats”. He was immediately ruled out of order by the President of CC2009, Michael Badnarik. The Sgt of Arms was instantly called to escort the delegate from the podium. As he was being escorted out, another delegate (who had been trying to bring out information about the 14th Amendment) stepped up to the microphone and began reading the requested definition from Black’s Law Dictionary. That delegate was also immediately ruled out of order and the microphone grabbed away.

Sorry, your argument is IRRELEVANT and spurious. Why do you have to point out something that is a common sense thing? If someone would have filed a case on behalf of a slave and it went in front of a jury, the issue of slavery may have ended long before the civil war. Why do you think that never happened? Maybe because people in power are inherently evil? Or inherently elitists?

Slavery was a legal practice in the US until the emancipation proclamation and the 13th amendment was ratified into law.

Now the organizers of this protest want to replace the 13th Amendment with a fictional one that would make it legal to strip someone of their citizenship? I wonder why they would want to do that? Could it be because Obama is a Lawyer?

I thought the US Constitution forbade standing armies. Can anyone clarify that for me?

to understand this and to make it simple would take up this whole site. But i will try. There is no secession here. Any State that secedes from the Union will be in fact be giving up its holderin due course status to the aforementioned contracts that they have entered into with the other 50 states. this is very important! There by giving up their constitutional rights for secured liberties as a state or the people in or on that state. we dont have a contract with the government,only a contract between states.The government exists by virtue of contract between the states, which is the Constitution,Declaration of independence, and bill of rights. they are the peoples contracts with the states in other words, and the government was made by virtue of these contracts. we the Jurists along with the Elders must meet with State Representitives and guide them thru the process. It must be noted here, that though the common law fixture is simple the installation is more difficult. As our fore fathers figured that some day we would have to do this. While April 19th could manifest some significant incident, please bear in mind that there are 13 days for those that create and use blood sacrifices, so in that regard, pay attention to the start date, but do not forget that for a 13 day period, anything could happen that ends on May 1st. These 13 days belong to the Satanist and to those in the Illuminate that use these days to pay tribute to Satan or Lucifer or both.

As a side note and as an example of how April 19 could be filled with something so benign that it actually does much much more. Back on April 19, 1994 the Rodney King beating trial in Simi Valley, CA gave America a "Not Guilty" verdict and afterwords, fear, trauma, violence, death and wanton racial killings kept the world glued to the TV watching all the fires, looting and racial divisiveness that ensued when the not guilty verdict was read that released the LA Police that beat Rodney King on national television and acted as if was just another black man getting beat down by the LA Police.

Anything could happen, but while it will begin on April 19, it could last until May 1st and the point I wanted to make is that it is not just a single day that we must watch. It is a 13 day period from April 19 through May 1st. Something could happen during the whole 13 day period but I can expect that April 19th will be marked with something that shows us all that the date was not wasted by those that use such dates to shed innocent blood and pay homage to their dark lord Satan or Lucifer or both.

Actually, i just set back & laugh.

Republicans weren't up in arms over constitutional violations by republicans, but they get all patriotic and sensational when it's by a democrat.

Personally, i don't like either, but i can't do anything about it. And i sure as hell am not going to join the moronic masses band wagon.

Anyone remember in January 2009 Obama issued an edict decreeing all 43 era policies suspended and halted pending a review? This is a Presidential mandate that decrees The Constitution Of The United States Of America as effectively restored back to the 1992 version. 43's revision was known as the 2001 and 2006 revision, the 2009 reauthourization reiinstated the 1992 version effectively decreeing the 2001 and 2006 versions to be null and void.

Know what power the WH and the President can yield before you try and say our Constitution needs to be restored as all it takes is a Presidential edict and it's reinstated and reactivated.

No fillibuster proof majority needed, no 2 years in debates, no need for comprimises, no need to waste more of the taxpayers money.
