Again, you don't understand. It doesn't always come down to a case of 'unlikeable laws.' What that means, is when congress does pass laws, they have to be in line with the constitution.

But back to the 'unlikeable laws.' Actually, also by the constitution, we have EVERY RIGHT to speak out. Freedom of speech, freedom of protest, the right to redress grievances, etc.

That's your personal choice. Over here we have the freedom of choice to protect those who do wish to speak out. And this 'plan to restore the constitution' is a peaceful protest- not a civil war.

So if anyone wants to sit on their butt and keep taking it- that is a choice, too. But not everyone takes that route.

This is not a plan to "restore the constitution"...The constitution is well and alive under this bill..this is just another rhetorical tactic from people that simply cannot stand someone like Obama in office...

I'm still looking for what exactly violates the constitution.

Other than opposing viewpoints coming to reality through democratic processes.

I don't recall them wanting to restore any thing. I fully remember them slapping American flags on their cars and yelling we want Bin Laden?
I hold each and every one of you who have voted in the past to present responsible for this country now. Your the reason we have arrived at this state. There has been but 2 political parties who have been running this side show back room dealing government and you all have voted for one or the other. I hope your doing this to get rid of BOTH of these wrongs from our government system. I shame any of you who are "taking back America" because your poloitical views are no long in the power seat. I hope it's because you see that these political parties have done this to this country and it needs to be changed because it just isn't working any more. I really hope thats the case. Because let it be known now. The real people who see the problem with the government will not make the mistake of outting one party to entrench another. When we rise up it will be a clean start from the ground up.

Federal authorities decided to arrest members of the Hutaree militia upon learning they were planning an exercise in mid-April that might have included violence, Arena and prosecutors said.

There goes ATF and the rest of the feds painting the militia groups as wack jobs again. Most of the feds allegations of what their plans were sound like hyped up bologna to make them out to be evil seditious madmen, murdering women and children. I don't know about you guys, but I find this statement especially bothersome:

"I think the concern is which groups cross the line," the FBI's Arena said. "Obviously there's First Amendment protected speech. In this country, you can say and just about think anything you want. The concern are those groups that are actually looking down the path to take action."

Goes to show that they really don't care about us ATS people all that much as long as we are content to type out our problems with the government. As long as we don't claim that we are going to do anything about those problems, then they won't have a problem with us.

The "teeth" is the Uniform Commercial Code, and the original Constitution of the United States. Practically every Congressman, Senator and even Governor hold a title of Nobility, they are Attorneys at Law, and must pass the BAR.

The International Bar Association was alive and well in America.

That thing called "Freedom" would soon come to its own end. So said King George.

The Bar was England’s own British Accreditation Registry, its members were considered to be nobles - being above the common person, and all lawyers or attorneys had to belong to it, and they were under the will of the King, and the Bank of England.
This missing 13th Amendment suppressed and even stopped the forming or continued existence of any Bar association for over four decades, from 1822 to 1867, and evidence of its existence has been found in over 10 different states and territories throughout the United States.

How did a lawfully ratified Amendment to the Constitution of the United States simply disappear, vanish, without so much as a nod of disturbance or at least some curiosity from the American people? And an Amendment that deliberately targeted attorneys who were members of the Bar association, to prevent Bar members from holding any public office - thereby preventing attorneys from passing legislation that would most assuredly serve the greedy and nefarious interests of not only the Bar association itself, but also the King of England, right along with the other royal heads of Europe? So that WE might not be conquered from within as opposed to without?

The courts only recognize TWO classes of people in the United States today -

Do you see this? They are all lawyers, and lawyers are prohibited from holding Public Office. So, they all have to go, everyone that holds a license to practice law will have to either resign, or stand trial, and we do not wish any blood at all here, don't we? Anyone with half a brain can see what this crowd really wants, it's to reinstate legalized slave trading. That is why these people want to replace the 13th Amendment with their "original 13th Amendment"

See, these people think that there was this mystical 13th Amendment which would outlaw people who use the title ESQ. in their name, and strip them of their citizenship.

So, by taking out the current 13th Amendment, they would once again legalize slavery in the United States, then they add their own 13th Amendment which would cause all lawyers to be stripped of their citizenship, thus they would have a whole new batch of people they could make into slaves.

Gee, I wonder who they would want to do this to?

The date of the rally is disturbing. April 19 has been a very violent date in American history.

April 19 was the date of the bombing of the federal building in Oklahoma City by militia member Timothy McVeigh.

April 19 was the date of the assault and burning of the Branch Davidian compound in Waco, Texas.

April 19 was the date of notorious shoot-out at Ruby Ridge.

And there have been many other violent incidents on this date in the U.S. and abroad.

Tell me again, now. If this is to be a non-violent protest why pick April 19?
