Google "Restore America Plan" and see how many sites come up with the disclaimer: "This Site May Harm Your Computer." Is this an attempt by google and corporate government to scare people away from checking out those sites? Very strange. One hit with "This Site May Harm Your Computer" isn't suspicious, but 3 or 4 all on the first page of results?

Edit: I also noticed this a couple days ago but it seems like overnight, the number of sites that "may harm your computer" is growing rapidly. Seriously, can there really be that many people out there, who are first of all even aware of this, trying to spread viruses and malware to your computer through the restore america plan?

here. let me "google" that for you.

What would it take to get rid of google any way? Anyone got an idea that doesn't include money?

I advocate everyone starts using startpage.com

Start page is a private and secured search engine.

It can even proxy the search results for you.

I get onto Restore America Plan website fine, no problems. However, I understand your point. Googles list of sites is growing exponentially every week. Simple sites with absolutely no inappropriate content are black listed and sites with no virus activity are blocked constantly. Could it be google's corporate duty to corporate america to keep certain information away from the masses and keep the ignorant, ignorant.

I would like to also think We The People are as well. With the overwhelming number of people taking up arms, The government would be wise to tread lightly.

In 1776 the odds were pretty close as they are today.

I pray to God the the Restore America Plan works. Cause if not I see another April 19, 1775 in our future.

There is no crime if there is no victim!

I had in intresting thought...

How can anyone commit a crime against a Corperation such as the Federal Corperation Called the United States?

In order to have a crime there must be a victim right?

So can a Corperation be a victim?

victim

• noun 1 a person harmed, injured, or killed as a result of a crime or accident. 2 a person who is tricked or duped. 3 an animal or person killed as a religious sacrifice.

— PHRASES fall victim to be hurt, killed, or destroyed by.

— ORIGIN Latin victima

www.askoxford.com...

Intresting a Victim can only be a person...

Since all Goverments in Amerika are Corperations, The Government itself can not be a victim!

Here is a thought to ponder...

You are not allowed to exist without Government Approval...

ex. Birth Certifcate, Social Security Card, Drivers license, Voter Regerstration Card, Passport, TWIC Card ..... the list goes on!

In this video clip from a news agency, they had used an audio clip of Sam Kennedy saying 'we are coming for you'...

I'm not sure if that full message has been posted in these threads yet, but here it is from I believe a late January broadcast:

i have been resurching the civil morgage laws and found somthing interesting to people losing their homes

in civil court when a bank forcloses they are the secured interest not the deed holder if your property has been bundled into a morgage backed security the injered party is the deed holder not the bank

THIS MEANS CIVIL COURT FORCLOSURES ARE ILLIGAL UNLESS THE INJERED PARTY IS PRESENT IE THE COMPANY THAT HOLDS THE MBS
NOT THE BANK YOU SIGNED WITH

unless the dead can be produced THE ORIGINAL ONLY then civil court desitions upholding forclosure is unlawfull

this is the type of enforcement that will change under the rap and this why they say forclosure is a thing of the past as it is blatently unlawfull to find in favour of an injered party that is not present

ASK TO SEE YOUR ORIGINAL MORGAGE AGREEMENT AND ANY AMENDMENTS OR TRANSACTIONS THAT PERTAIN TO YOUR PROPERTY

YOUR NOT THE OWNER OF YOUR OWN PROPERTY YOU ARE A TENANT
OR HAVE AN INDEFINATE LEASE ALL CIVIL LAW

your paying the bank on money created out of thin air and therfore the bank takes no risk and losses nothing from them on their part makes the contract unlawfull and non binding

i am investigating tax law next back soon

Hi all. I have been lurking as a guest at ATS for a long time and I have been following this thread with particular interest. Although it is in general my philosophy to read much and to speak/write little, the importance of the subject matter at hand has compelled me to take the plunge, to register and to set my thoughts down here.

I first learned of this "Restore America Plan" about a week ago, as well as the plan to serve what amounts to an ultimatum to all fifty state governors. To be honest, at first I had thought that this was all an elaborate April Fool's Day hoax. Now it is April 3 and no one is laughing.

Let me state at the outset that I agree with many of the guiding principles of this movement. I have read miles of microfilm of State Department records and Congressional Committee hearings and what not, and have been aghast at some of the sheer criminality that I have seen there.

I think what we are all waiting to find out is, does the movement have any teeth, or is it all merely posturing? Now, I do not know the answer, but if the reader will oblige, I will set forth an analysis of what I have thus far seen.

Based upon what they have posted on their website, these people are not dummies. They appear to be literate, well-educated even. The events so far revealed indicate that someone has spent an awful lot of time on this; it appears to be more than some scheme dreamed up by drunken poker buddies over a weekend. Even so, they do not appear to be proficient at, nor even concerned with, public relations. More on this later.

So, assuming that all this is true, then the question must have come up during one of their numerous conference calls, what shall we do if the governors merely hand over our documents to the FBI and otherwise wholly ignore our orders and demands? After all, what other response from the establishment could be reasonably expected? The obviousness of this issue gives me hope that there might be more to this than is apparent at this time. My point is this: why go to all this trouble without first establishing some means of dealing with the very likely recalcitrant Establishment targets?

What has evidently eluded them is the need for a connection to the public at large. Now, their information states that they would prefer to operate in a low-key, behind the scenes manner. From a certain perspective, that is understandable. In my experience, there are many zombies out there, whose understanding of the world around them derives solely from Fox News, CNN, etc. Any significant deviation from the status quo would be greeted with scorn and hostility by a large segment of the population, if only because some guy wearing a jacket and tie on TV says so. In order to keep the possibility of civil unrest to a minimum, The Guardians prefer to operate quietly.

But there are a number of problems inherent with this approach. First, the scale of the proposed changes demand that the public at large be involved and informed. All we have been given thus far is a broad sketch devoid of specific details. As an example, one of their proposals is to stop mortgage foreclosures. Bravo. Certain to have broad popular appeal. But what does this mean, exactly? Are we to hang the lenders out to dry? What would be the impact on interest rates and the availability of credit? Not to mention the global economy? Are we to do away with the concept of purchases of real estate (or anything else) on credit? Or maybe the theory of interest? At the risk of being labeled a seething lunatic, I have often felt that many of society's ill can be traced to the assumption that money has a time value; however, I am enough of a realist to know that this will likely not change soon. The point here is that I would like to know the details before the plan is implemented, not after.

I am rapidly running out of room in this post. More of my incoherent psychobabble to follow.

To the blessed listeners of TAKE NO PRISONERS worldwide,

Well, I guess we got their attention this time.

As you probably know, The Restore America Plan has made the mainstream media including the lead story on the Fox News Network's 6 o clock news (Special Report with Bret Baier), CNN MSN, NBC and ABC. Reporters around the country are angling for information, and the worst they can say is: The FBI and Department of Homeland Security are not aware of any immediate or credible threats of violence as part of this group's plan. Big story there. The FBI has been in the field most courteously around the country and we have opened many new channels of communication. I made a surprise drop-in visit yesterday to a local FBI interview of a grand juror and had the pleasure of sharing information from the horse's mouth, so to speak, and furthering our lines of communication. All in a day's work for those of us who are committed to freeing our children before the world degrades into economic and political Armageddon.

I have a big surprise for our listeners tomorrow night (Sunday, April 3) on TAKE NO PRISONERS (8 PM ET, Republic Broadcasting Network). It's not something I can just summarize here, but I can promise an immensely enjoyable and satisfying experience especially for members of the Guardians of the Free Republics, our enormous global audience, and the many new listeners we expect to be tuning in across the country. I invite everyone to join me.

I will also have the pleasure of sharing some of the more substantive elements of my interview of the FBI agent and State officer yesterday. I consider every opportunity to commune with an attorney, judge, prosecutor, law enforcement or bureaucrat a blessing from the Lord.

And finally, I will share some of the truth of the world around us of which new listeners may not be aware. For instance, I will have the pleasure of showing you the actual source of the 700B "bailout" funds.

TAKE NO PRISONERS can be heard on FM and shortwave stations around the world, and on the internet via Shoutcast or directly through the network website at:

republicbroadcasting.org...

every Sunday night on the unique voice of freedom, the Republic Broadcasting Network at 8 PM ET, 7 PM CT, 6 PM MT and 5 PM PT. Hope to see you then.

Thank you for reading and would you kindly consider CIRCULATING THIS EMAIL FAR AND WIDE?

Peace and Grace to all,

Sam Kennedy

Yeah, I see where you are coming from and I don't have any answers about the economy. But I was thinking about this earlier and I know a few people who have recently had their houses foreclosed upon by lenders. I know this was all done legally and by the books, but in my book this is financial rape. These people have had the fruit of their labors ripped away from them at the worst time of their life. Why can't the mortgage companies buy out the principal people have put into their houses? These mortgage companies have been getting away with this kind of practice for years and now if a bunch of people want to reverse the tables I'm not going to stand in their way.

ETA: There are references to credit in the Declaration and in the orders given to the governors.

The international gold market is a tungsten-powered Ponzi Scheme

Ted Butler, Bill Murphy, Adrian Douglas and Andrew Maguire are unpacking a pan-global precious metals scandal that could make the CMKM Diamonds $3.87 trillion phantom shares lawsuit against the US Securities and Exchange Commission look like yesterday's small change. For many years, people assumed that the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA), the world's largest gold market, was a simple bullion market. Cash for gold. However, it is emerging that there is very little actual gold within the LBMA system. There is no physical, deiverable gold corresponding to the vast claimed gold deposits held at the main LBMA banks. This means that there are thousands of major clients, Asian and Middle Eastern governments and sovereign wealth funds among them, who think, on the basis of their LBMA-supplied documentation, that they own hundreds of billions of dollars of gold bullion. Such clients own no such thing. They are being charged storage fees on fantasy bullion. What they own is unsecured gold loans to the banks returning a compound negative interest rate. There is nothing new about this sort of élite deception. In 2007, the US bank Morgan Stanley paid several million dollars to settle claims that it had charged 22,000 clients for storage fees on silver bullion that didn't exist. Currently, much of the United States' gold reserves are listed as being Mint-Held Gold in Deep Storage. Dealers have always assumed that this means finished gold bars stored in deep underground vaults beneath places such as Fort Knox, Denver and West Point. The indications are emerging, however, that the term "Deep Storage Gold" is a euphemism for "yet to be mined gold". The precious metal doesn't exist in deliverable form; it is merely a paperwork forecast about future gold mining potentialities. In the UK there are problems too. Not all the gold held by the Bank of England is fit for delivery. The gold stored in the BoE vaults began to be accumulated in the early nineteenth century. It takes the form of gold bars, ingots and coins. Current methods of assessing quality have indicated flaws in the purity. Many of the gold bars contain cracks and fissures. The coins contain appreciable quantities of base metals. And much of the British gold lacks up-to-date assay certificates.

Thanks, Mr. Kennedy. I look forward to seeing more details.

To finish what I had started, the other PR problem that I am seeing is that, in view of a lack of accessible response by the movement, it is being sorely slandered by the Establishment-controlled media. This was to be expected, I think. I was somewhat taken aback that the moderator of the talkshoe recording posted above seemed surprised by this. After all, wasn't this to be expected? Anti-government. Domestic extremists. Might incite others to violence. Spurious association with the Hutaree group.

The moderator made a good point: what would one say? Any statement would be taken out of context and portrayed in the most negative possible light.

The trick, I think, is to make the truth known via other outlets.

why is it that every man woman and child has $40,000 debt from the govenment but none of that money went to you or me or to pay our morgages if that money was given to the people who are in affect on the hook for it we would spend it, pay down debts, continue to pay our morgage so the feds give it to the bank so they can lend to who?
THE FED this circle of credit gets us more and more into debt
GUESS WHO OWNS THE FED RES?
the major banks that got the bail out are all part owners LOL

NOW HOW MUCH TAX GOES TO PAYING THE INTEREST ON ALL THIS?

if you could wave a wand and stop the circle of fed>banks>tresury>fed
and declear all debts between the inter owned parties, the money involved goes into your pockets and stimulates the real economny not the bank fed tresury circle and all the tax money not going ofshore stays in the economy and beifits the people

when the fed counter feits your currency you owe interest to use there money lets say 5% well thats an instant 5% per year increase in GDP BECAUSE YOUR PAYING IT TO THE CENTERAL BANK TO SHIP OFFSHORE

tax law states that you cannot tax a soverign citizen of The United States of America for labour

howd they get round that one?
by making you a fictional entity FIRST NAME LAST NAME and contracting your labour to THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA CORPERATION

IE YOUR NOT SOVERIGN BECAUSE THEY ARE TAXING A FICTIONAL YOU

this money should benifit you not the banks
when you take into account the size of this scheme and all the interest and taxes combined it comes to about 18% of GDP PER YEAR

lets start with $100.00 1year $118.00
2year $139.24
3year $164.30
4year $193.87
5year $228.77
6year $269.95
7year $318.54

SO IN LESS THAN 7 YEARS THE GDP HAS INCREASED THREE FOLD

if you continue paying as is $100.00 becomes
1year $82.00
2year $67.24
3year $55.00
4year $45.21

SO IN LESS THAN 4 YEARS YOU HAVE HALF WHAT YOU STARTED WITH
AND A 1/4 WITH WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE WITHOUT THE FED BANKS ECT

THEY ARE TRYING TO OVER BURDON YOU WITH DEBT BECAUSE IT CREATES A SPIRAL DOWNWARD

THE OTHER WAY SPIRALS UPWARD THIS IS HOW YOU COULD AFFORD ANYTHING YOU NEED IN 7 YEARS OF GROWTH WITHOUT TAXES AND INTEREST ON DEBT

sorry bout the caps but is important that the maths is understood

this is an example of how economics can work in your favour
these figars are an example only to point out how easy it really is to do

This was exactly the point I was trying to make a few pages back. If the media paints the movement as fringe or extremists, and the public opinion is dismissive (or otherwise negative), no one is going to care when the Feds arrest or otherwise derail the intended process, however legal and lawful it may be. For instance, the FBI asked that the governors not open these packets and instead forward the documents to them.

My point is simply this. If you don't have the public on your side, no one is going to care that you didn't get treated fairly or lawfully by the Feds. Am I alone here with this concern?

I agree with you, and what's more, all of the people screaming for transparency in the government, where are they now?

Why is secrecy for something you *want* to see happen ok, but not when it come to taxes or healthcare?

The secrecy and obfuscation are wildy odd, IMO.

On the other hand, you have a wide open, well known about movement with cc2009 that is doing almost the exact same thing, advertising it, and inviting people to come.

Support for this is not only needed, it is important, but not blind support, that's just plain crazy, IMO.

This plan was conceived by a strong leader who used the same tools of misinformation to achieve victory, while operating behind the scenes.

We have our contemporary George Washington.
