There is no crime if there is no victim!
I had in intresting thought...
How can anyone commit a crime against a Corperation such as the Federal Corperation Called the United States?
In order to have a crime there must be a victim right?
So can a Corperation be a victim?
victim
• noun 1 a person harmed, injured, or killed as a result of a crime or accident. 2 a person who is tricked or duped. 3 an animal or person killed as a religious sacrifice.
— PHRASES fall victim to be hurt, killed, or destroyed by.
— ORIGIN Latin victima

Intresting a Victim can only be a person...
Since all Goverments in Amerika are Corperations, The Government itself can not be a victim!

But there are a number of problems inherent with this approach. First, the scale of the proposed changes demand that the public at large be involved and informed. All we have been given thus far is a broad sketch devoid of specific details. As an example, one of their proposals is to stop mortgage foreclosures. Bravo. Certain to have broad popular appeal. But what does this mean, exactly? Are we to hang the lenders out to dry? What would be the impact on interest rates and the availability of credit? Not to mention the global economy? Are we to do away with the concept of purchases of real estate (or anything else) on credit? Or maybe the theory of interest? At the risk of being labeled a seething lunatic, I have often felt that many of society's ill can be traced to the assumption that money has a time value; however, I am enough of a realist to know that this will likely not change soon. The point here is that I would like to know the details before the plan is implemented, not after.

they do not appear to be proficient at, nor even concerned with, public relations. More on this later.
So, assuming that all this is true, then the question must have come up during one of their numerous conference calls, what shall we do if the governors merely hand over our documents to the FBI and otherwise wholly ignore our orders and demands? After all, what other response from the establishment could be reasonably expected?

I agree with you, and what's more, all of the people screaming for transparency in the government, where are they now?
Why is secrecy for something you *want* to see happen ok, but not when it come to taxes or healthcare?
The secrecy and obfuscation are wildy odd, IMO.
On the other hand, you have a wide open, well known about movement with cc2009 that is doing almost the exact same thing, advertising it, and inviting people to come.
Support for this is not only needed, it is important, but not blind support, that's just plain crazy, IMO.
