Uh, when you have a bunch of fascists operating your government, they can, have and will. There does need to be a revolution, uh, like 20 years ago.. The American people have allowed "Big Brother" to take over every facet of their life.

You cannot even go to the damn grocery store without your face being on camera. If that's not "Big Brother in action," I don't know what is.

I seem to have this hazy memory from high school history class that went something like this:

Amendment IV

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.


Maybe I was just dreaming or something. I mean air travel is a privilege and not a right. And it is not like tsa.gov is a federal government agency is it?

I think I must have daydreamed a lot back in high school because I seem to recall that things can not be manipulated to circumvent rights protected by the Constitution.


Amendment IX

The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

And the only bombers are Muslims.. We have to protect ourselves somewhat for such insanity, and guess what? Muslims don't have to ber checked, let them keep on blowing things up..

Muslims always blow anything to bits, airplanes, ships, houses, ambassees, only Muslims do so.. or at least they say Muslims do. Not a single Muslim protests against their "brothers" to stop such insanities..

We have to have some sort of security against this, and now Muslims dont have to go through this??????????

Looks like Muslims can do anything they like, anywhere, and all the rest of the world should adept to them muslims.. well, I dont..

Fancy giving this lot license to cross borders (for a religious privaledge), without being searched!!!
I cannot imagine why individuals would want to visit or reside within nations whom very constitutions are against their own religion.
There is plenty of room in Islamic countries...maybe they should stay and worship on familiar territory, that way they would not be so disgusted by how we choose to live.
Anyway, how are we not to be sure that the Burka doesn't hide a heap of explosives.

I'm not familiar with the author, & honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if what she says is true. But I don't know a single credible author, reporter, journalist, blogger, or researcher who expects to be taken seriously with zero sources, quotes, interviews or references.

If she sourced it properly, I'd follow through & spread the word. But as written, it goes in the "knee-jerk enflame the masses opinion piece" recycle bin for me.

Here's to hoping its either an over-reaction, or that she rewrites the article properly (or someone else does).

If they now exempt muslims they show you clearly for whom these things were installed and who was to be monitored from the beginning: YOU.

I did here a story throughout the week about 2 muslim women no being allowed to fly because they refused to be scanned.
just can upon these articles though......interesting subject but yeah, could be a troll fest......I think I have been trolled into it.....lets see if I can claw my way back to acceptance within the ATS community












Guess the thing is that we are told that the airport scanners are a result of the "Heathrow Underpants Bomber"? How on earth did he manage to get past security in the first palce....get more dogs!!

Something is fishy about this to the point I feel this is either not true or at least exaggerated.

I did some digging around on the web and most of the sources link back to a single article so I'm not sure.

I did find this from the official CAIR site:

But it only says CAIR is pulling for it- I haven't seen anything stating that Muslims are officially exempt if they favor a pat down.

Also:


FCNA appreciates the alternate provision of pat-down search (when needed) and therefore recommends to Muslims to avail this option over the nude body scanners.


I take it to mean anyone can request a pat down search instead?

Anyways, that's all I could find and am not really sure one way or the other. Hopefully some more info and clarification will come to light. It sounds suspicious but stranger things have happened.

Well from the time that the OP stated that the left were in cahoots with Islam I knew this was going to be a Xtian right rant but I read the article.

THe left actually beleives that religion is the opiate of the people. The left were actually against the supporting the Taliban back in the 80s simply because they were against the soviet union. One of the big reasons was the left has always been against fundamentalist religions, err actually all religions.

The left also opposed the Taliban becasue they were for women's rights and equality for all. The Taliban were firmly against girls being educated.
The left never had a great friend caled Osama bin Laden unles you feel that the CIA was ever a left wing organisation.

Sheesh the OP is actually a sick joke. Perhaps the writier is a communist seeking to discredit the right!

The story may be crap, but maybe not. here In Australia, muslims are campaigning for muslim only schools and they already have Special Interest free home loans because intrest is against their religion.
Who knows how far PC crap will go.

Well If you want to stray from the OP fine. Let us stray.

If you honestly believe that the banks are looking at interest-free banking because of PC well I will defend your right to do so but do not respect it. Did you read the aricle? You too should try for an interest free bank loan.

Moslem schools are a matter of reality here in the UK as part of the faith school system. It is a matter of equality. If the Xtians have faith schools then all other tax-paying denominations should be free to do so. That is equality... Again it is not PC.

The entire PC defence is wrong. PC started as a left-wing in-joke about modern manners. Frazier (Crane) is also comedy series about modern manners.

Personally I hate the idea of faith schools but respect their rights to do so.

Yes, there are loans called "interest-free" being given out, but there is no charity behind it. Any-one who believes banks will forgo their profits should plug up their orifices to stop the rest of their brains leaking out.

The bank buys the house, then sells it to the buyer, in instalments, at an appropriate mark-up. If the buyer can't keep paying, the bank owns the house.

Any bank doing this is delighted to do it for non-Muslims as well, as it works out almost exactly the same as giving a loan, except leaving the bank in a slightly better position and the customer in a slightly worse one.


Re schools, I wouldn't mind religious schools if I didn't have to subsidise them through taxes. The government spends more on extra funding for private schools than it does for the whole government school system.

If private schools were self supporting and all that money spent on government schools instead, it would be interesting to see what effect this improved education for the poorer classes would have on society.
I believe the wealthy want to protect their spoilt scions from the increased competition for tertiary places and jobs this would cause.

What else can I do? Kind of shoots the whole operation in the a** doesn't it? Monkey meet football, I think you two are going to make beautiful babies together!

So, these instrusive scanners are merely for the entertainment of the operators I guess. Kind of what us CS folks thought all along.

On another related topic:
I was watching Finding Nemo last night, and I noticed for the first time that when the fish are criticizing the divers because, "They think they own the whole ocean," and "they take whatever they want," and the fish postulated, "Probably Americans!"

How ridiculous is that? For one, in the movie, the diver is from Sydney. For another, the movie was made in America, so how self-hating is our Hollywood industry? For another another, what other country in the world is doing more to protect fisheries, and the environment, and the reefs, and the habitats? The French are known for being rude, the Japanese are known for whaling habits, the African continent has the pirates. Why would some Hollywood filmmaker feel it was important to impart to children that Americans are arrogant, non-caring, and abusive to weak little fish?

Sad Sad Ridiculous role models and leaders that we have here! The government wants to abuse its own citizens and avoid profiling, and yet it wants to exempt and protect the most likely suspects? Our film and music industry want to jab us every chance they get, and remind us that we are arrogant people hated amongst the world, even though the average American is none of these things. In fact the Government and Big Money corporations (including Hollywood) are the ones that have given us this image, and they are the very ones criticizing us for having it?!?!?!?!?

I am entirely disgusted now!
