This discussion, and all the crazy-talk about HAARP, is focussed on its heater. The radar dishes are of such little importance that they don't even figure into any ridiculous conspiracies (as radar installations are common around the world). Clearly, then, in a setting such as this, talking of either HAARP or EISCAT it is assumed, or even expected, that we are talking about the heaters at such installations, not some ancillary radar equipment used for other purposes.

And the heaters, as Phage and about a billion other people have pointed out, are transmitters only.

Aaah but you've put me on ignore for having to continually point out the errors in your reasoning, facts, assertions, and basic understanding of the laws of physics. My bad.

i must correct you.. not the calander but the pression cycle 25.800 years,, the maya's had only calculated the time.... and did a good job.... the cycle stands .. and history has proven the chances with the cycle.. full time half time and quarter time... big events then...

Yes, the cycle is very long. And no, the Mayans hadn't used it to predict anything. Don't be so ignorant of the facts. Seriously. It's depressing.

If anything bad happens to humanity in 2012 it'll be because of people believing this 2012 tripe.

And please, let's try to keep it back on topic. I got side-stepped by the 2012 rubbish that entered the thread.

Good thread, but like others have said there is no way at this point in time to pin point HAARP as the cause for anything... even though I personally think HAARP does have something to do with some/a lot of the things going on in the world today and in the past.

I wish we just had some solid evidence to show for once and for all, it will come though.

There can be no evidence, as the equipment at HAARP, and its abilities, are well understood by scientists the world over.

Replace "HAARP" with "a cheese sandwich", and you'll see how silly all these claims sound, as both are just as capable as each other of causing earthquakes and influencing other natural disasters.

the global warming witch is blamed for the climate chance is not only occuring to earth... all planetes and moons with a kind of atmosfeer in oure solar system are suffering the same the last years... the course of it must be in found in space ...i cant recall that there are a co2 polluting industries on mars ore venus ect......ore an haarp???!!!!!!!!

The mistake was not mine, it was yours.
You said specifically that the heater is a receiver. It is not.

It was a paper written by a team working at HARVARD and was released by NASA while working with the Eiscat heater which acts as a receiver for HAARP.

Well, they are there to highlight the fact that bad things happen, on a constant basis and those things have been happening for a bloody long time, without the need for radio antenna's

HAARP is the current interent conspiracy viral, in the same vein that Dancing Babies and Rickrolling appeared everywhere. Its being blamed for everything, because people want to blame something rather than accept that the world we live in actually does - from time to time - do its level best to try and kill off large numbers of us.

It is a testiment to mankinds survivability that we are all still here, but its also a testiment to our absoulte arrogance when people start suggesting that a man made creation developed in the past twenty years is responsible for all the ills of the world.

We all went with Jessie Ventura in spirit. Have you called him or watched his video?

I believe there is weather modification going on, but I think the changes in weather patterns is caused by some other changes or cycles that are happening within the solar system, mainly the sun. It's just my opinion, but I think these changes are a cycle, and have happened many times, which is why Atlantis in under the sea, and within the next couple of years so shall the next.

A quick search of "shooting at HAARP" turns up nothing. I get a ton of links to "HAARP shooting at UFO" and the rest of the hits refer to HAARP shooting microwaves into the ionosphere.

You mean mankind is out of control. Thank G-d for 2012 in which this is the cause of all the wild mother nature stuff and the madness of human beings going on. It is time once again for a complete obliteration and it will indeed happen.

CERN and some of the Montauk stuff they are attempting to change the timelines which we will not allow.

We are slowly intoducing it to you through your movies. We feel you should have a fighting chance. Many of you still sleep and cannot hear or see.

So, now it's not just HAARP that's controlling weather, but radios in general. I do however fail to see how this applies to every single natural disaster in history. Are you suggesting that the Romans were using radios and that caused the eruption of Pompeii.

Are you good at research?

I was pondering a question of how you could find fuel records of HAARP type installations and another thought popped into my head. This would be a job for someone who really knows how to dig up personal accounts of disasters. Most are aware of some of the biological reactions of creatures before earthquakes.
There are many accounts of dogs perking up and wining, cows mooing and horses running in nervous circles in their paddocks. I won't attempt to cover all the things people notice.
I am sure you get my drift. If enough of these type accounts could be pulled together it may reveal some clues as to whether an event could be man made. I would imagine the warning signs would be more abrupt in a HAARP scenario. If that technology is really used to cause earth quakes

Let's see eruption that destroyed Pompeii in 79 AD. Most likely caused by the crucifixion of Christ.

Hopefully it will still be on a ATS thread, It should be there but I don't know.
It's not important enough to search for. It does't not affect the operation of the facillity.
