There is no connection as there is no Illuminati.

You're welcome.

Thanks for your opinion, I tend to lean towards that conclusion because there is not any hard evidence, but I like to dwell on the 'what ifs' in life. Alot of musicians put it in to their music below is another video you guys might find interesting. Thanks! Remember one thing people, these musicians tend to have most influence on the populace, in the US at least.

I was being quite facetious of course, and a tad absolutist, I guess I'm a cynic these days after taking in far too much "conspiratainment."
But in all possible worlds there surely would be an Illuminati, at least one. Just not too sure about this one...

I think the real conspiracy is more around the repeatedly bizarre tendency of folks to link rappers and R&B artists to the Illuminati in the first place...

Do the Illuminists know that you have their sacred headwear in your possession? I'd watch out if I were you. Those dark reptilian shapeshifting global overlords don't take kindly to such revelations.

Oh. I forgot. David Icke.

I think you're safe.

I always see threads on the Hip Hop forums i visit about Jay-Z being connected to the Illuminati, nothing about Lil Wayne until now.
Do they get told what they can and can't say in their lyrics? Yes. Some artists have very little say in their albums.
Are those instructions from the Illuminati? I doubt it. Record companies know that the teens will lap up anything about drugs, guns and hoes.
I don't listen to this mainstream stuff anyway, it has no substance or meaning to it.
I suggest anyone interested listen to Jay Electronica, a breath of fresh air in the Hip Hop genre. No illuminati connections, but very enlighting, especially his tracks Exhibit A & Exhibit C. You will be surprised.

Lil Wayne? Illuminati? Are you serious?

I just can't see a smoked out quaalude-baby-voiced egomaniac like Lil Wayne being anywhere near Illuminati thought patterns. That's just me, y'all. Don't take it wrong.

There is "something" to this. I don't think saying that these guys are members of the Illuminati or some secret society but they ARE being used by them.

There are constant references to rather symbolic acts, passages and ideas. A lot of terminology and such from occult and esoteric beliefs. Their videos are filled to the brim with secret society symbolical concepts.

I think the real thing with all this is with Tupac though, and why he was actually killed. I've heard rather reasonable ideas that he may have fought against this control over popular music and he was killed for it. More so his alleged beef with Biggie, and how overplayed that is when it wasn't further from the truth considering they both played in concert together numerous occasions including very near their deaths. But I find it odd how overplayed their "hate" for one another was and their crews.

I would like everyone to take a deep breath. Stop for a moment, and just think. Feel the gears turning. Now that you are using your noggin;

One must realize that symbols are just that. Symbols. They are meaningless other than by your own subjective interpretation. That being said; there truly are only so many symbols in existence.

Everytime I see a pyramid am I to believe that the "Illuminati" is out to get me? So an old lady runs a dry cleaning shop; she incorporates a pyramid into the design because she likes the shape of the pyramid. Surely the shop is an "Illuminati" front right? Where's the Logic people?

The real conspiracy behind the "Illuminati" is that people are afraid of them. Soon enough we'll be scared of our shadows too? We can "see" them, but can't touch them. Just like, that's right, you guess it. The "Illuminati."

Well you have got to wonder about stuff like this. Twat stain Jay-z has at least pretended to be part of "illuminati" With so many mainstream artists being associated with the practice/group it is hard to ignore. On youtube there are many examples of such cases, one has to wonder (yes youtube is the absolute truth) ((I'm new so I'll clarify that I am joking)) However, if such a group was real what better place to pass your subliminal messages? I adore music, real music, and have not ventured to endure the popular part of it for since I left high school (2005, long after it began to suck) Just imagine how many people hear "run this town" a day... How much money is involved? It could be a marketing gimmick, it could be a devil worshiping anthem. Who cares. # sucks. Go listen to Kiln and Boards of Canada (BOC has had similar accusations made towards them) music is an industry and controversy sells. This one isn't black and white, but on a conspiracy site it should be highlighted in red.

I don't think this was all based on symbolism.

The illuminatti would never let someone as ignorant as lil' wayne to be a part of anything. He's a joke in so many aspects, do you really think the world government considers him as anything beneficial to them???

If the Illuminati is operating within the music industry, there is no need to "recruit" any of the rappers like Lil Wayne. From what I've gathered in reading about these societies, however, there seems to be a predominant theme of racial prejudice against blacks. I would think the mission, therefore, would to keep the black population uneducated and oppressed.

Since many black rappers have chosen to digress to an all-time low in vulgarity, promiscuity. and violence, along with the "embracing the ghetto" mentality within their music, the Illuminati need only stand back and allow the likes of Lil Wayne, Eminem, and others to feed this crap into young people and watch the seeds of ignorance be sown. I believe that's why these thugs have been allowed to rise to such prominence in the music industry. For many of them, it's certainly not because of their talent.

So, what I'm saying is, I agree. There is no need to "recruit" the likes of Lil Wayne. In all likelihood however, these artists are probably being used as tools of manipulation against the masses. Perhaps they are beginning to see this and are responding through their music.

Their best course of action is to rethink the messages they are feeding to the young people who consider them idols. They need to stop using "freedom of artistic expression" as an excuse to disseminate ignorance and promiscuity. Being in a position of celebrity status, you have to take responsibility for the messages you send, especially when your audience consists primarily of young people.

Any commercial artist is long beyond the 'freedom of expression' anyone from Country to Rap that is mainstream has little to no say in what the lyrics are. That being said they could be used as tools. After all do you know a bigger tool than lil wyane?

Your point? Seriously, how is that detrimental? It is the nature of things. The strong leading the weak. It exists in all species.

It becomes detrimental when the people are the top are primarily concerned with elevating their own status and feeding their selfish desires for material wealth and "social status" at the expense of all life on this planet.

If things were different, and mankind wasn't on a regressive path, then I probably wouldn't really be too concerned with those at the top of the pyramid.

Also, something worth contemplating is why these mainstream rappers, whose lyrical themes generally are confined to materialism, sex, etc. are referencing an obscure Bavarian secret society formed in the late 18th century.

Listen to 5 new country songs, then listen to 5 new rap songs.

Country is almost ALL positive. rap is not.

Could you please provide evidence to the music industry losing their ability to freedom of expression? Prove that these artists are simply tools? I think you may be right about some artists; but many still are just that, artists.

Well im only 16 but i have been doing a lot of studying about the illuminati issue and well it seems to play the biggest role on the music industry. Does anyone remember a few years ago about the commotion of snoop dogg selling his soul to the devil, well it's funny because the new song Malice in wonderland that would be snoop doggs alter ego and it's also funny how the artists that they say sold their soul or are apart of illuminati have different names. For instance Snoop Dogg: Malice. Jay Z: Hova. Beyonce: Sasha Fierce. Lil Wayne: Weezy. Eminem: Slim Shady. Mariah Carey: mimi. did that ever catch anyone's attention if so please respond.
