It's a funny picture anyway...

My investigation with bringing the image into Photoshop;
Bad quality image= easy to shop in somthing
No shadow besides the subject
Eyes brightened, picture possibly darkened
Subject looks most likely Photoshopped in
Running angle of the running wolf/dog probably wouldn't look like that if it was real to the image or situation, as it would have had to come through the bushes(possible though)...
ir running away, as the legs look wierd(head/snout and eyes added in)
Doesn't explain it as werewolf, looks like it could be just a domestic dog or possible wolf but less likely than a dog.
Here's my creation of two more 'wolves'(flipped horizontally to add variety) added in to show how easy it could be be to do because of image quality;


Could be their dog running back to them. The woman and person behind the camara are facing in the direction probably calling the dog, otherwise they wouldn't be soo calm for a picture.

I love the picture, but it seems a fake to me. Apparently, this animal is running and i find it hard to believe the family doesn't notice it closing in on them. I sure would run like hell!
Also, it looks a bit too evil to me. But is nice though!
