This is no more than an exageration, and the ulitimate goal is to sell a car. Advertisement meant for those who are very 'green' conscious.

They have to wear bright colors, so you can see them when the sun goes down.

I mean think about it, do you really expect them to wear lights that blink?

Gimme a break!

You know that commercial was a joke right? It was not a "view of the future"...

With all due respect not everything is a conspiracy. Sometimes things truly are as they seem...

This is one of those times.

This isn't a joke. San Francisco and Georgia already dish out heavy fines ($100-500) for not recycling or composting:

This is usual ATS. Ignore the posts that contain viable information such as *gasp* proof.

Deny....

Deny.........

Deny........... wait for it.

DENY TRUTH! That's the slogan here right? I mean... seems that way lately.

I thought the commercial was uber creepy and not a joke in any way. Any portrayal of people being taken out of their cars or homes and put in handcuffs because of the agenda of a government organization is truly frightful.

Pathetic commercial.

I'm surprised this was shot down so quickly, especially with all the talk of indoctrination and desensatization that goes on all the time around here.

Call me paranoid, tell me I'm looking into things to much. I simply thought hey if there is an example of sublimals then here's one.

There was a bunch of them, but this one struck out at me the most.
Like some other users mentioned; The Who performance, the multitude of "man" commercials...given it is the superbowl. There were a lot of underlying things behind almost all the commercials, that really had nothing to do with football.

And before you vultures on here pick me apart asking for proof, im saying all of the above is just my own opinion.

*shrugs*

And I bet the Eco Police won't be whipping it on the segways that looked oh so fun to ride either.

It WAS the way to go. However, now the greenies decry the plastic bags as well and are pushing reusable bags.

Although in the commercial the guy is given a choice between paper or plastic. You usually don't have a choice of paper bags anymore. Now it's plastic or reusable bags. So, the writer goofed on that one.

but come on...if we believe everything we saw on T.V., we would all be crazy
Things like GIANT BUGS ATTACK or anything else

LOL! I knew someone would do a thread on this too....and figured someone would do a thread on The Who and their saucer shaped stage and how The Who is preparing us for disclosure

As far as the commercial goes, I thought it was funny...nothing more...nothing less.

Although I do agree that the Earth could do w/o all the contaminants that were being clowned on in the commercial..."green police"...ahem, not such a bad idea, so long as they start with the corporations that are producing the "contaminants" and not the patrons that are stuck using the stuff.

It already started 100 Watt Lightbulbs are illegal in the UK

Well kind of... the full ban will be employed in (you guessed it) 2012. I really like the old light bulbs, the white light makes the room look like a hospital or something.

I think this is a very smart AD, because most of the people nowadays is being infected by this green movement, so I think it will help them sell a lot ...

Looked like a car commercial to me

A rather nice car at that.

What's the MSRP? Any good financing deals or owners out there?
