I am not claiming to be Jesus our brother, nor do I say I am not. Jesus is within us all, within everything and everything within as god when I speak of everything and in all. You feel it. Christians are taught that god is within all things and everything at once. The christed one, the christed energy, the flowing temple of the god head within all of creation. If I was to make it clear, as it allready is, im not going to walk up to you and wipe your own face, thats your job.

1. If the decision to make the universe was a profound and considered one which proceeded from God's (Your) nature, then one is prompted to ask about the source of this nature. In other words who designed the designer? making God not god/designer/creator at all..

2. If you are timeless and infinite ... why now? why that forum name? how can an infinite being who makes decisions infinitely come to a finite decision ? .. why this moment in time to post on ATS how could you distinguish one time from another?

3. If we are created in your image , you must be a very cruel being.. i mean you created this mess right? just to swoop in at the last minute and punish people for being created the way YOU designed them.

4. God (You) Must lie outside of time, if God is to be the designer and creator of time.

The difficulty of a timeless designer, however, is in making sense of the concept of design. what does it mean to design something 'timelessly'?
In human experience, a designer is a being who thinks through in advance the consequences of certain choices, and then selects one. But 'thinking' and 'in advance' are inescapably temporal descriptions. and remember you are an infinite being.

Even if some more abstract notion of 'timeless design' is accepted, a further difficulty arises with the specifics of the designers choice.

Could the designer have choosen a different universe, or chosen not to make a universe at all? .... if the answer is no, then God had no alternative but to create this universe and plays no role at all in the explanation - and so does not merit the title 'designer'.
Nature is reduced to a subset of the divine being rather than a creation of this being. in fact this scenario might as well do away with a designer altogether.
