Thank you for this, an interesting read. I may try the sleeper position at some point, the main trouble I have it my tinitus though which is why I've never been able to get the hang of meditating. Any suggestions?

A warning from above or an experience????

During today I was watching a program on The History channel and the modern subject of prophecies about WW2. I did not pay much attention until the revealing feeling of a recall happened during a specific part of the program. The directing narrators voice was talking about the coming of a comet, also a great war that will kill more in one day then any other war combined. Both parts of the program produced a memory recall to me as if sensing something bad is about to happen. Yet the bone chilling effect of the two recalls happening during the parts mentioned of a great war and the coming of a great beast (The Comet). Raised me a question of thought is this a warning from above??? or just another clairvoyant experience ????. I do not know what to think mostly because when such things happen to me. The memory that was recalled comes true so the questions are.

Really is this gonna happen???

Will it be stopped in time???


I am sure it won't and I know that this will not happen. I believe my self that we are able to stop this and also that the outside forces can stop this too. So I ask of you to manifest a better future and a future where everything is perfect down to every fine detail.

Sorry for such a grim yet of some what dark experience but the fact and sequence that it happened in chilled me to the bone. So I got a bit alarmed and wished to share this with the fellow members of ATS.

Love and Light to you always know that it is up to us of what will happen, thus we must manifest the proper future and not the grim destruction that was predicted years ago. So it is up to us the children of the Universe to get our crayons out and draw the best freaking picture that the planet also all the people truly deserve.

Thank you Scribe for such a wonderfully structured guide and I will be trying to do the Dragon sitting position. I mostly do lotus and sleepers because of my muscular dystrophy it is much easier for me to be in those positions. I am looking forward for the dragon one to see if I get the same results.

Also ETs visit people when they think you are ready to be exposed to them. At first you will most likely get feelings of monitoring and some visits but you will not see them for a bit. It is up to them to know when you are truly ready and not up to you. Meditate and train with energy so far I guess you are on the right track by the sound of it.

Interesting concept shadow ... but not one I happen to agree with personally.

If your hypothesis is correct how do you explain all the people they have visited / contacted / abducted who were not 'ready to be exposed to them' ???

Shadow I am the most placid person I know (really I am) but right now I just want to slap you silly (I'm sorry but I do). I had to read your post above twice just to make sure I'd read it correctly.

The 'tips' you give ... fine ... ok ... not a problem ... but then you go on to say that you'll put in a good word ... a personal request if you will ... for the Nordics to pop in and see this guy just to say 'hi' (as you do) ... if they're not too busy with other stuff of course !

Can you see how ridiculous this sounds ?

Can you understand why other posters are always asking you to prove your claims ?

Do you seriously expect to make a sweeping claim like that and not be picked up on it ... or asked to provide something of substance to authenticate that you actually have that kind of sway over the Nordics or indeed any other alien race that just happens to be buzzing around our lil'old planet ?

Come on Shadow even you cannot be that naive.

If you want people to take you seriously ... and be in a position to pass on your words of wisdom then you seriously have to step back and take a long hard look at the things you say ... and the way you say them.

Only those who have no concept of definition between the worlds of reality and fantasy will take on board the things you say ... and that would be a great shame.

The reason I am coming across so harshly is because I like you ... your naivety has endearing qualities ... but I think you need to study the subjects that you talk about a little more ... view the topics from different angles so that you have an overview that can provide perspective ... by only sticking to your own view of your own experiences you are limiting yourself.

i believe your family have had a bad past from maybe summoning ghost's and evil spirits, you have to make your faith in god strong in order to get rid of these spirits that are annoying you. dont worry though there are two types of spirits, good and evil just like humans. dont worry if these spirits dont hurt you then they are good or they are even there to protect you.

real experience.
everyday my dad wakes up at night hearing some people cooking in our homes, he goes 2 check and sees floating dishes and plates in the chicken.

Sorry if I did not structure it right what I was meaning to say is that. I do have contact with Nordics at times and maybe I can ask them. A maybe visit I did not guarantee it or put any liability into it. Just meant it in a maybe way that they could maybe visit him. Also that maybe I could ask them if they maybe could pop in. Never said like I am their over lord or something and they do anything I say.

Again sorry if it came off that way but I was meaning as a maybe visit. I was not meaning to make it sound like they will definitely visit.

Not really my grandmother was actually a spiritual person very close to god as she use to say. She saw angels and aliens all the time also she never had bad spirits around her at all. Also to point out sorry but no I am not possessed by a demon or something. Still thank you for the worry and a welcome to the thread.

Anyway you do have a good point there and it does make me wonder. I do know though at times when abductions happen they are usually for medical check ups. So there is not much there yes at times the abductees awake in the middle or at the beginning of the procedure. But I am not quiet sure what happens I would presume a lack of a sedative to put people to sleep. Just kidding it had something to do with the energy spike off even if the person is not aware to energy.

Mornin' Phoenix,

To be honest I do not suffer from Tinnitus, nor do I personally know anyone who does — you being the exception now — so I do not have a ready-made suggestion for dealing with the ring of Tinnitus during meditation.

My advice would be to work on getting the emotional state developed for meditation first. Once you've emotionally reached one-pointedness, maybe it will be easier for you to channel your thoughts and to kind of "step beside" the Tinnitus.

It's hard to explain. When I try to meditate I sometimes have to deal with the almost constant noise of traffic — living between two major roads — and I've "developed" the ability to recognize the noise, but also kind of ignore it, making it smaller in my mind's ear.

Aside from that, I can only really recommend patience and extended practice time and effort. Exerting your Will to try and subjugate the Tinnitus might be the only other option.

Best of luck to you, and sorry I don't have a straight-forward solution to the Tinnitus problem.

Ok, the comet thing is what I was sent warning about from our friend. Including a detailed list of what to do, to chose flatland, without faultlines or volcanoes at a good elevation inland, and dig roughly 5 feet underground ie. your roof, with filtered air. That coloring page, we cannot change the outlines too much, but we can color the scenes up our way, but when we meditate and hold light over the planet, in groups as well, we can bring in the miracles and change we need. Alex Collier's recent video talked about it now being time to really focus on the new world we wish, does it need money, or fossil fuels? And he spoke of disclosure coming out of the east, Japan.

There are disasters that would simply take out a large part of the world, and possibly most life on earth, a large comet hitting is one of them.

I was told that the Chakra points of the earth, the leylines, we all need to meditate and send healing to the core of the earth. (I dont even know if we would have to be there phsyically, or if we can do so with intent). I believe intent would work as well, also they all feed into each other so only several should be needed. Should be able to heal and restore earth and create a merkabba as big as the planet to shield her. Currently leylines and power points are being abused horribly, while they pour negative energy down them.

ShadowNinja, you've watched animes, read mangas. Well, the amount of things "disclosed" in them is rather significant. For example one of the ones we liked, very good art, very good music, in fact I like Monoral, and ordered their DVD due to this, is Ergo Proxy.

But something strongly is coming to me regarding it all. Even the idea of "disclosure". Don't you see it, as a way of a casting a wish. That this negative group are tyring to vye for and win over humanities consciousness, and expectations of what lies ahead.

Even in visions we can be influenced by the expectations and wishes of both worldly and off worldly interests. And this universe is a duality.

have you considered for a moment that the "End of the World" is actually astro-theological, and not a physical occurrence? That the "end of the world" is really a symbolic "ending of an age" so to speak. Consider this for a moment:

There is a process known as the Precession of the Equinoxes, related to the constellations and their placement on the horizon during the sunrise of the Spring Equinox approximately every 2150 years.

This placement traces the sun, through the zodiac, in reverse (hence precession, not procession). Every 2150 years the sun rises in a new constellation. Signaling the end of the age of the old constellation. For example:

• 4300 BCE until 2150 BCE was the Age of Taurus the Bull. During this age we have the rise of the Bull-Kings throughout Mesopotamia and into ancient Greece. During this age horned Gods rise to power, kingship is ordained with the slaughter of a Bull, and steales and artwork is abound displaying games played with the Bull.

• All of a sudden, as 2150 BCE comes nearer a new age dawns, the Age of Aries, the Ram. Suddenly ancient civilizations cast off their worship of the Bull-gods.

- In Babylon, Gilgamesh slays the Bull of Heaven to spite the reign of cruel and loveless gods.

- Moses descends Mt. Sinai and finds the Jews reveling in honor of a Bull-calf, which he destroys, and then forces his people to kill themselves until they have cleansed their spirits of this past-age of the Bull.

From 2150 BCE to 1 CE, this is the Age of Aries. The "end of the world" has occurred and new civilizations and cultures have risen.

• Now, from 1 CE (the approximate birth of Christ) until 2150 CE it will be the Age of Pisces, the two Fish. Do I even need to point out the plethora of Fish iconography associated with Christ and Christianity?

- With the rise of Roman Christian ideals Jews, pagans, and surviving civilizations of the Old Age were force-converted, and slaughtered. Another symbolic "end of the world" relating to the end of the Age of Aries.

- scripture itself is rife with Jesus utilizing 2 Fish to perform miracles, and quotes where He discusses the "End of the World" occurring when his followers walk into town and follow a man bearing a pitcher of water. Meaning Aquarius, the next age.

The world will "end" again, in about 150 years when we leave the Age of Pisces and enter the Age of Aquarius. Not a literal explosion blowing the entire planet up (IE: your comet) but simple human consciousness shifting.



The real end of the world happens every 25,765 years, because that is when the Great Year occurs, restarting the cycles of existence. Life evolves, changes, grows, and becomes something new. Of course, this is MY postulation, so believe what you will about the 25,765 year thing. But the rest is simple science and observation of history, mythology, and religious literature documented for thousands of years by humanity.

I think its all about hijacking consciousness, and that this is a consciousness driven holographic school, that alas due to law of consequence to action and a kind of karma that we need to see beyond (ho'onoponopono, cleansing, letting go, seeing all as brothers no matter what mask we're wearing), many have become trapped instead of progressing. For those who love power in this universe have turned it into their game of dark versus light, which has never been.

Consciousness, they cast their wishes and use our hijacked, controlled minds to attempt to manifest their goals. I think they make use of ancient knowledge of astrology, numerology, magick, leylines, and they're all like mesmers, this aside from the ET connections which also add to this, for the universe is a duality school and there is a persistant group of those who love power. In todays world its the tools of media, the hz and NLP of their programming/television/news/media/music industry. Phantamasgoria type magick (if I have even spelled that right). Every institution is used, from schools to religions and all language programmed, ie. in school we learn spell ing, and curs ive. And the matrix is Ma's Tricks.



Scriptures themselves, coded and magick. Where they written on papyrus or stone, well they were found buried beneath stone. Magic spells cast in the elements, the ones buried beneath stone are more long lasting?

A lot of the time yes, I keep a vague note of things that happen, have done since the beginning of last year. My other half always chuckles at me when I say "Well I only remember a bit of my dream .." before preceeding to go into great length and detail about it

I experience the standard 5 senses, feel pain and see everything in crystal clear colour, always have done. I can also read things clearly most of the time in dreams, which apparantly isn't that common a thing? Quite often I switch from 1st to 3rd person views. Sometimes I'm like a fly on the wall observing others and such. Forward motion?

Below is an example of recent dreams from 2 days ago:

Dream 1: A building, like a multistory car park mixed with a block of flats/apartments. I'm walking up stairs at the left edge of the building, grey concrete ones, I know this is the fourth set of stairs I've walked up when I come to the top there is a flat open bit that I can see through a doorway shaped hole in the concrete wall.

The whole time I've been feeling utterly depressed. Through the gap I see a man standing about 20 or so meters away. Now, I know this man, he's sometimes popped up in my dreams for over a year now, he doesn't always look the same but I *know* it's him, he feels like a friend. Anyway, I go to continue walking to the next set of stairs, trying to ignore he's there, still feeling depressed.

I get a couple of steps when I hear him call me by my real life nickname, I stop midstep, still looking straight ahead. For a moment I ponder what to do, he calls me 3 more times by my nickname in a "come on, don't be silly, things will be ok" type tone. I turn back, go through the gap and head over to him. He points a device at the ground, I then notice that there's a grill/hatchway there and he's frozen it all around the edges, almost to make it brittle to be able to break it and go through.

At that point I'm woken by my other half getting out of bed. I turn over and go back to sleep.

Dream 2: The man is there again but we're underground and there's a warning siren going off. I'm holding a USB stick and a mobile phone. From what I could gather, the USB was emitting a frequency to the phone and I had to confirm a number by inputting it into the phone to stop something, I think possibly an explosion or something like that. Anyway, I could see the screen on the phone and I kept having to delete the numbers as I kept making mistakes due to spasms in my right hand making me press the wrong one.

I am then woken up by one of our cats purring loudly in my ear I think Dream 2 is possibly a continuation of Dream 1 but I'm not sure. I quite often continue the same dream after waking up

There are a lot of psychological applications with dreams. Standard dreams are actually extremely prosaic, and placid. Most people dream in full primary colors, without sound.

It is extremely rare to hear any type of noise, or speech; something your recent dream exhibited.

Rarer still, is the ability to read writing coherently in your dreams. Which you also can do according to your most recent dream.

There are all kinds of other interpretations and symbolic things related to dreams. A friend I used to work with has started keeping a Dream Journal at my request.

A student of mine occasionally does it for recording any Divine Contact he has.

I too keep a Dream Log. So, I get a lot of information about the varying types of dreams. They've become a hobby of mine.



The recurring character in your dream is also something that doesn't happen much if said character is not a real-life acquaintance.

• I myself have 3 or 4 "characters" (a spectre of death, a burnt lizard-man) that return sporadically during nightmares.

• My old co-worker has a white car — I believe it's a Honda Civic — that makes multiple appearances in every dream.

• My student used to have a female "archetype" who would show up in most of the buildings he entered in his dreams.
