1. The NWO is not an organisation, but the name for the global powers after the fall of the USSR. It's paranoid nonsense to speak of them like you do.

2. You missed a third - communication, which is one of the very main purposes of HAARP. It's written all over the internet if you'd even care to look.

Unfortunately, as your opinion is not based on evidence, it's not worth a great deal. You have to show evidence, not just "woowoowowowowoo NWO eatin our babies!!! ELECTRODES IN MY FACE!" nonsense. IMHO you don't know what you are talking about.

1) did i say NWO was an organization? you are jumping to conclusions.

2) communication huh? I thought thats what satellites were for.

3) Here is my evidence.

www.youtube.com...

skip to 7:15

Is it 100% factual evidence, maybe, maybe not, but IMHO I find it odd that there is a discoloration in the air.

IMHO you need to do more research, oh and incase you didn't know HAARP Manipulates the Ionosphere....

1. No, you said "like the NWO like to do", implying (rather heavily) that they are an organisation, as the global powers after the fall of the USSR were not all acting in a conspiracy.

2. Satellites don't work with submarines. Christ - haven't you even read about HAARP, or just gone straight to the whack-job websites out there?

3. YouTube videos are not evidence. Please. Seriously. You are absolutely 100% insane if you think a YouTube video proves anything other than someone managed to make a video and upload it to YouTube without choking to death on their own tongue. And no, the content of that video at 7:15 is not evidence of ANYTHING other than a guy making some claims.

You fail at critical thinking. You clearly know next to nothing about HAARP, and yet are banging on like you're some sort of expert after watching some YouTube videos and going on ATS.

Some other guy here has got the same graph as you do + some more. He got actually more solid proof. And you are mistaking. The Haarp Weapon can do almost everything when it comes 2 weather. I got the list somewhere

The NWO group i was refering to was the Rockefellers, Rothschild, Warburgs etc. Take out a 1$ bill and look up the Latin on it.

They have meetings every few years called Bilderberg.

So what sites did you go to for your HAARP info? Were they mostly government sites -.-?

Yup, I fail at research and thinking openly, thats why I came to ATS

High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program.

HAARP program operates a world-class ionospheric research facility.

What does Ionospheric Manipulation do? I would think something Nasty if you super charge the Ionosphere...

Where is my evidence, well maybe I don't have any, except HAARP exists....

You think HAARP helps communicate with submarines, it likely can be done with the help of HAARP, but there are also other ways besides HAARP, but I am sure you knew that.

en.wikipedia.org...

en.wikipedia.org...

Theres a few more answers for you.

The Sun "super charges" the ionosphere millions of times more than HAARP can. Every day.

HAARP and submarine communications:
Did you read the links you provided?

There are ongoing experiments at HAARP studying the production and propagation of VLF and ELF radio waves in the ionosphere. The specific reason for these experiments is for applications in long distance communications, including submarines.

Why did you provide a link to undersea cables? That has nothing to do submarines

I Will look for the thread with more Info on HAARP for you, its around somewhere.

I posted a link up about cables in the ocean as a different means of communicating with submarines and continents, because another poster was talking about using HAARP for communicating with Submarines, which he provided no proof for his statement.

So i decided to post some info of other ways to communicate with Subs.

"As of 2003, submarine cables link all the world's continents" It is stated in the cable link.

If there was going to be a war against the U.S. which already is occuring, I would think HAARP might be destroyed and oops, no more submarine contact, but its a conversation really besides the point that the other poster brought up about comminicating with submarines.

"Submarine" means undersea. Undersea cables are not a very practical way to communicate with submarines (boats I mean). It could be done I suppose but not unless the sub happened to be near a cable.

HAARP is not used to communicate with submarines. It is used to research VLF and ULF radio which can be used to communicate with submarines. HAARP is a research facility.

Apparently you didn't read it very carefully. There is nothing in that link about submarines (boats).

So you think that only boats can use the cable and not subs?

I find that unlikely....

Go look into the previous post i posted about Nick Tesla and watch the youtube vid, its about mythbusters trying Nicks machine.

HAARP can do more things then the average person knows.

You didn't read it did you? You just looked at the pictures.
Boats do not use undersea cables to communicate. They lay the undersea cables.

Are you sure you want to reference Mythbusters #60?

Earthquake Machine: Nicola Tesla invented a device capable of generating earthquakes. busted

kwc.org...

HAARP can do less than conspiracy believers believe.

So you are saying they're an organisation. I know what 'E Pluribus Unum' means - that the many different peoples in the US are the same. Nothing about a NWO, which is not strange since it is from a poem written hundreds of years before the US, or your alleged NWO, existed. "Annuit cœptis" is referring to God approving of the US. "New Order of the Ages" refers to the birth of the US, and how it was (supposed to be) a new way of being a country, with freedom guaranteed for everyone (ha!)

The sources for HAARP are not just government, but the other research groups that work with HAARP and HAARP's data. The scientific world works differently to how you assume. The main HAARP site is from the University of Alaska, not the government.

"Submarine cables" has nothing to do with the vessels we call submarines. It simply means "beneath the sea", and describes where the cables are. Only a few submarines around the world can even attach to these cables, which they don't do to use them to communicate. Do you really know what you're talking about? Boats don't use those cables, either. True they lay the cables across the sea, nothing in the sea uses those cables for communication. Countries the cables connect use them instead. They're full of fibre optic cables sending internet packets around, usually.

The HAARP wiki article discusses what I've been talking about.

HAARP does a lot more than you know, apparently, but none of it evil or scary.

Wow you missed another piece of Latin Novus Ordo Seclorum.

You're a latin scholar as well as a communications expert?

Novus ordo seclorum does not properly translate into "new world order," which is an English phrase that, if converted to Latin, would not be novus ordo seclorum. Seclorum is a plural form (new worlds order?), and Thomson specifically said the motto refers to "the new American era" commencing in 1776.

Yes I see it was busted, what do you expect?

I see they used some small technical devices for the use of large scale example.

Small scale tech used for large scale example, wont have the same effects, but they will be similar.

HAARP on the other hand, is a bit larger scale.

Close enough to NWO right? or is it just a coincedence...

What else happened in 1776?

en.wikipedia.org...

You are dealing with Free Masons...I hope you know your history, because it has everything to do with technology..

No. It is not even close to "new world order". The translation is "new order of the ages". Nothing about "world". It is talking about the newly formed nation of the United States.

You really should read links when they are provided. Sometimes they have something to do with a discussion.
