Bonuses were not up to Obama. That was a decision that those companies legally had & they made it themselves.

This is exactly what Bush or McCain would have done. Obama has been nothing but a continuation of neo-con policy.

I know it's not going to be the most popular idea in this bastion of Libertarian insanity, but President Obama should just stick to his guns and keep doing what he is doing. It would be nice if he could accomplish the majority of his campaign promises as well. If he wants to be the second coming of FDR, that's excellent, and I want to see if he can live up to it. I believe FDR was the greatest president the United States has ever had, and he is the kind of man who could get today's world back on track.

Nothing. If he were to do absolutely nothing I would think of him as a good president. No wars, no airport scanners, no new taxes...just do nothing. Go on vacation for four years and play golf.

That is a no-brainer....since Obama is the absolute worst...anyone would have been better.

Obama is definately better for Republican opportunities in the future though....starting with the 2010 elections!

I may not agree with his policies most of the time,

But in my heart, even though I am angry with him at times, I feel love for Obama, the human.

It is a horrible job, why people want to be leaders, I don't know, but I can feel love for a person.

I am imperfect, we live in a imperfect world,

Number one on my list would most likely be abortion, but having compassion for the person making such a decision is important,

All he has to do is keep on keeping on.

I have a feeling, that by the time the fat lady sings, Obama will have more supporters than anyone expects.

But that's me, and the 2 or 3 people here that know me, know what that means.

If I had a wish, it would be that Americans judge Obama by his actions and not their fears.

It's only been a year, I may wind up being an Obama detractor, but he will have to do something real, not imagined.

He really could have brought the races together I think and when he was elected I felt good and was filled with hope. But he really has not done this and in my humble opinion has done the exact opposite. I will make a short list of things if he changed I would be 100% in his corner.


1-repeal the patriot act

2--no more gun control

3--stop blaming others

4--tell the truth no matter how bad it is

5--bring the races together instead of driving wedges between them

6--no more presidential decrees

7--get rid of the czars

8--treat the police and the CIA and all the rest with respect they have earned it

9--FIX THIS ECONOMY

10--don't bankrupt the country

I am a simple and the things I want are simple if he could do even half of what I listed I would support him like I did when he was elected. I almost feel burned because I truly did believe in him but I also feel redemption is possible I actually do like him just not what he is doing
