Cool, now tell me how I will run my company and its 2000 buses on solar energy alone. Save me the millions of dollars I spend every month on diesel, please.
They will need financial resources and moral support.

If this is already developed and working, why do they need more money. Just demonstrate it to the Press right now and they will be showered with money! All they have to do is prove it and I'll send them all can. I'll have garage sales for them. They simply need to demonstrate a working device to the Press and have it Peer reviewed. The whole scientific community does not work for the government. The Press would be thrilled to break the story. This would be in all the headlines right now if it were real. I'll watch for the announcement on tonight's News.

I'm dyslexic and I'm sure there is a better phrase than "top secret scientist" - it is sort of a silly term. What about qualified scientific expert with top secret military clearance... COSMIC, whatnot.
That sort of pig english is not exactly playing the card for this scientist to be the bob dean of science really is it.
In 1990 Greer founded the Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence (CSETI) (not to be confused with SETI), and offers how-to training on initiating contact with extraterrestrial intelligence.[3] Greer also teaches the use of meditation techniques that he claims allow attendees to "remote view" locations and times (past and present), and develop "cosmic consciousness" and supernatural abilities such as precognition.[4]
In 1993, Greer founded the Disclosure Project, claiming evidence of extraterrestrial visits to Earth, and a wide-ranging conspiracy by governments in the United States and other nations to cover up evidence of these visits.[citation needed]Greer also claims that these groups suppress unspecified extraterrestrial technologies from the people of the world, including free energy (see free energy suppression).[5].One of the Disclosure Project's most famous presentations was at the National Press Club in 2001, where Greer and a number of individuals came forward with alleged evidence.[5]
Greer is also the founder of the Advanced Energy Research Organization (AERO) and The Orion Project.[6] Both seek funding for research into perpetual motion and other free energy devices.[7]
According to Greer he is a contactee who has coined the term "close encounter of the fifth kind" (a.k.a. CE5) to describe alleged human initiated contact with extraterrestrials.[8] CE5 encounters are "characterized by mutual, bilateral communication rather than unilateral contact."[9]
...I realised the whole thing to be a scam. 'OP', why can't you exercise greater discernment?
"We're dealing with someone who has a track record of thirty years of building these technologies; and being under contract with top secret programs; and has actually built things to the level of things dematerializing, teleporting, and space-time alteration. We're talking really advanced stuff." Greer says that in the military secret ops, such projects are referred to as WSFM which stands for "Weird Science and Freakin' Magic."

If they are qualified to do the testing and have no connection to Greer or any of his many enterprises. I would have to know the device worked and nothing could be hidden from those testing it. They would need to have the proper qualifications and not be an MD who thinks he is a UFO, Perpetual Motion expert who regularly converses with Aliens and earns his living from non-profits promoting unprovable things.
Are you familiar with Greer?
If the real deal comes along they would simply say we have the machine. It works and we can come hook it up to your house if you want to prove it. We will gladly let any expert test it right now. Yet this never happens.
Just prove it. I even have a Partner who's brother is a billionaire who I'm sure would be very interested in an investment like that.

what if a tech team from ATS could meet with Bedini and test out one of his systems? Run every test and take every measurement they can think of and verify that it's overunity?
www.overunity.com...
All Bedini motors work based on classical electronics principles and there is nothing special about them at all. A Bedini motor is just yet another variation on the Joule Thief concept. This stuff is really all about exploiting the fact that inductors can produce high voltage spikes and to many enthusiasts this is "sexy" and "exciting" and "mysterious."
Inductors can produce high voltage spikes and capacitors can produce high current spikes. They are in all ways mirror images of each other. However current spikes are not "sexy" because they don't have the high visibility of voltage spikes. So capacitors get the short end of the stick and inductors get all of the glamour.
[…]
spikes are "sexy." The "radiant energy" is just the "sexy spikes." It sounds mysterious, "radiant energy" like it must come "from the vacuum" or the "Dirac sea." You can make it even more mystifying by talking about "positive radiant energy" and "negative radiant energy." Another line from the enthusiasts is "we know it's there but we can't really measure it" and "we use a Bedini motor to tap into radiant energy to 'bring it to the other side' as conventional energy that we can measure."
All of that is b*llsh*t. All that you have to do is do the experiments. All that you have to do is make careful measurements of how much battery energy you are using and compare that to how much BEMF "radiant spike energy" you can measure. You will find that ALL of the energy in the "radiant spikes" comes from the battery and from nowhere else.
So a Bedini battery charger uses a discharging inductor to force energy into a dead battery.
