Here is another link I use, in fact its where I start from, I made the SNZO station my home page so every time I open my browser I can see what has been happening.
Live Seismic Server

If I have time I compare with the Live Quakes Mashup page to see what wiggle was where.
Often there is a wiggle thats on the seismos but isn't on the list, I have seen a few over the last few months, one of them it took USGS 3 weeks to locate and list it, it was on the Pacific -Antarctic Ridge, I think the others might have been the same, but none of the Networks listed them.

Shouldn't we be seeing something in PAPUA NEW GUINEA? Been four hours with nothing since 6.2. five hours earlier they had a 4.9.

I may be wrong but I believe that is just the one event.

Take a look at this plot TEIG.IU.10.BHZ.2010.108

I have noticed that RSOE manage to do this frequently.

EMSC have it as single event as well.

Summary:
Magnitude mb 5.2
Region GUATEMALA

Date time 2010-04-18 at 13:31:03.2 UTC
Location 14.62 N ; 91.94 W
Depth 100 km
Distances 48 km SE Tapachula (pop 197,961 ; local time 08:31 2010-04-18)
12 km SW Coatepeque (pop 45,654 ; local time 07:31 2010-04-18

Note that it is reported as 5.2 Mb by EMSC, whereas USGS report it as 5.6 Mw

NST=233, Nph=233, Dmin=745.9 km, Rmss=0.92 sec, Gp= 79°,
M-type=teleseismic moment magnitude (Mw), Version=7

Paraphrased (slightly) from Wikipedia

Mw = Moment of magnitude, whereas Richter later developed a magnitude scales based on surface waves, surface wave magnitude MS, and another based on body waves, body wave magnitude mb.[3] MS and mb can still saturate when the earthquake is big enough.

These older magnitude scales have been superseded by the implementation of methods for estimating the seismic moment, creating the moment magnitude scale, although the former are still widely used because they can be calculated quickly.
