Sometimes i dont think people understand how capitalism works. IF you've got too many employees and your business is going through a slump, if you can fire a few to save costs then do it. When an economic slump hits businesses try and hibernate, they try and save money and costs and try not to risk thier money out on any big new ventures. They try to keep their business running throughout the tough times as best and profitable as they can (because a business is all about profit), and when the economy starts to rise again and their confidence in the economy picks up, they may venture out of hibernation and start spending much more again. They do these measures to survive another day and have thier business survive in the long run.

Day to day capitalism (the marketplace) is different from a capitalistic economy that is dependent on war. It seems that you have a very idealistic interpretation of what you BELIEVE that capitalism is.

War should be the last option used to handle a dispute and should not be utilized as a method for profit. The main purpose of war has historically been to either EXPAND AN EMPIRE, or to right an injustice perpetrated by one nation against another which ultimately brings balance and stability to a region. So, what this boils down to is the pretense that you believe America is operating under. If you're under the impression that we are in Iraq and Afghanistan because of the "injustice" of 911, then profit should be the last thing that you're worried about and the idea of capitalism becomes null and void. However, If you're quite aware that America is EXPANDING THEIR EMPIRE and you're not under the illusion that this is about terrorism, then you should question the modes and the methods currently being utilized against America's own citizens to perpetuate the capitalistic monetary system that has broken millions of tax paying citizens.

Either way, you should be aware of this...No matter what pretense America is operating under, our current economy is being sustained by communist currency in which the American taxpayer is fully indebted. And, this has been going on long before Obama was in office.

So, as you cry foul against the American soldier who speaks his mind against our methods of warfare to sustain your idealistic version of capitalism and democracy, just remember who's money is making it all possible, and remember who ultimately has to pay off that debt because it certainly isn't our politicians.

I hardly see this statement as being constructive or conducive to an intelligent debate. The person who made that statement that you are so vehemently against definitely made a generalization that ultimately looked foolish. However, yours didn't do anything to illuminate your position and probably did more harm than good in the delivery of your argument.

Contrary to what you may believe, THERE ARE SOLDIERS WHO WANT TO KILL. THERE ARE SOLDIERS WHO WANT NOTHING OTHER THAN WAR AND ARMED CONFLICT. I know a few soldiers who have this mentality, but, that's just it...THE FEW IS NOT REPRESENTATIVE OF THE WHOLE.

Hopefully videos like this will cause one to critically think about our motives, methods, and reasoning for something as destructive as war. I would like to think that there is something known as "The Moral Majority," but if this were the case, would you be attacking another ATS'er who simply disagrees with your assessment of reality? War seems to be fought in many different fronts whether physical or verbal, and as long as we (Americans) stay divided on the minuscule details, then we'll never have a chance of putting our politicians through the proper checks and balances that they need.

So, one has to ask this...Who is more stupid, "The guys who are fooled by the propaganda and actually sign up to fight a potentially fictitious war, or the guys who remained civilians because they knew that the war was a farce from the beginning?"

Now granted, there are civilians who straight up know nothing and would not have signed up for the military no matter what the circumstance was. Then there are the civilians who have educated themselves about the nature of American foreign policy so that they wouldn't become unwitting pawns in someone else's sick game of chess.

I'm not sure of the numbers that adequately represent each group, but I do know this, I am a highly aware citizen that could have never have been fooled into the madness that I see so many servicemen sign up for. I look before I leap...I wish more people in the service would do the same.

Your not nutty you just seem to be admitting defeat to yourself before anything has even started we are not discussing fighting and killing to make this happen, all fights will be legally taken on. Fighting for blood to take things back is always the last option on anyone's list i think you have failed to get the point.

I believe the point is to wake as many people up as possible, the more the merrier with that the mass number can overrun and throw them out of the political system for good and take the government back and destroy the Fed.

I think you are making sense.

What can any of us really do about it? We are all just waking up to it, we are like virgins trying to out sex seasoned pornstars, kindergardeners trying take over a college professors course... how many ways do I have to put it... were stuck. Pull harder and make things worse.

The wild card in all this is Mother Nature. She will impose changes that will change a lot of things. Maybe there is some secret energy conversion system that can replace Oil. But to run the Game the way it is done today requires a hell of a lot of this stuff, and it is running out. That gas tank called oil reservoir/field is like a beer in a can. Once you drink it it is Gone.

So as an example in the case of the Maya, eventually you overplay your cards and the house wins. In this case and as always it is Mother Nature that wins.

All i see is a couple more people tucking their tails and hiding in the corner to the TPTB just like they want everyone to do sit by and watch it happen. When you act it gets noticed, when it gets noticed your probably going to influence others to become participants and act also, you see the grapevine effect?

Nothing becomes accomplished by turning your head and hiding or by not having the will or strength to do something about it.

Oil who cares i hope it runs out soon so the rich can't get richer off it, we will find other means of power, hell we already have other means of power but the big oil guys have a tight grip on it for now.

I would not go so far as to say that our government is 'doing it'. I dont see our government as the enemy I see con artists inside the government posing as politicians as the enemy. There are good people in the government you know.

So what is your objective really? Just to wake a bunch of people up? So then your going to have a bunch of sheep, who is going to be the new herder? I tell you what, if I was the power of the power I would have a disinfo guy rounding them up and misdirecting them so they can run in circles chasing their tails.

Like I said they are the best educated, they have unlimited funds, they dont have to work all day like most people so they get to sit around and think tank with each other and come up with elaborate and brilliant schemes to wretch upon humanity.

Theres nothing amazing about this guy,just another "John Kerry" who signed on with an agenda.

The sad thing is in some respect he is right about alot but he is all over the board,war,forclosure,jobs,big corp,he just sounds like another America hatter.

Your view here is poorly represented and to be honest, I have no idea where you are coming from. There isn't anyone out there who wants to kill Americans because of the way we live. That is simply an outrageous assertion that was sold by our politicians during a time when we still believed that Iraq had "weapons of mass destruction." That's been proven to be a boldfaced lie and the Bush Administration already admitted it. You need to let go because statements like that perpetuate the cycle of ignorance. And, if you still actually believe it, go sign up for the military that has been screwing its veterans for the past millennium. Here's another question for ya...what if a country came in, occupied our space and was sucking our natural resources dry and then used the word terrorist against us with the expressed purpose of keeping us subjugated? And guess who was the biggest threat to homeland security??? Veterans returning home. That's right.
