The wife should have handled the situation another way. Her stupid window breaking rant let the vultures in. And folks say she has Tigers back... please the woman must be a looney.

Tiger elevated her status 1000 fold, because a baby sitting blonde don't = royalty. To me she is worst than the gold diggers who are riding their 15mins of fame.

Tiger is the star in this situation, he's the billionare... he's the talent. He should stand up and say "yeah, I screwed them all... so what!?"

With that kind of money a man doesn't have to answer to anyone as long as it's legal.

Spot on, also he portrayed an image of being "perfect" (and it didn't help him that he was truly a dick). Seriously I actually seen him when we went to see him during the master a few years ago and he literally showed his contempt for others and acted like his crap didn't stink. Remember he has been Golfing for a long time, and I believe that people knew about his sexual encounters for many years, but he was making money for him and them also so they gave the 100 million dollar a year man a pass. Now they aren't and they are dumping on him big time. And women are coming out and will continue to come out. Thats the double edged sword of image and publicity, if you make your money (which he did, they sponsors) from portraying an image of cool calm and dedication to your craft then they expect that (even though they know it isn't). But once this stuff started to come out (especially after his wife tried or actually kicked his ass he won't see nobody because she actually hit him a few times), it was blood in the water. And the image that your portrayed is an albatross around your neck.

If he was single this wouldn't have been a problem. If I was his wife, I would take him to the cleaners (and she probably will). The old saying, be careful how you treat people on the way up because you will meet them on the way down.

Time and time again we are distracted by the media and (mis)guided away from more pertinent matters.

But the very fact that even the ones who don't give a damn and try to avoid that kind of information input still receive it shows that it is working, for every second your thought process is on it, it's not on something else.

I used to wonder why the content of TMZ, I mean ATS is going in a downward spiral. But when a thread about Tiger Woods is a "hot topic", that just validates everything for me. Thank your for lowering the Bell Curve yet again.

I do blame the media some, but it is also us as a whole in fault.. The majority of people buy this kinda junk up and love it.

I am tire and sick of it, too, this only shows how our nation is so deep into dirty sexual desires that people wants to know the most intimate details of celebrities sexual lives.

I guess we may be a modern nation but sexually many are very much deprived.

Eh, we care about 2 blokes marrying as well, or kissing (innocent as it gets) on TV like Adam Lambert did at the music award show. The next day when showing the kissing clip, they actually had the nerve to blur out the male on male kiss, yet show the Brittney Spears and Madonna kissing clip censor free.

These thing don't make any sense, we could be so easily enlightened as a culture yet ignorance wins over.

Think about it, Bush won the elections because of anti-gay stances. Way to win an election. We are stupid as a country, we tolerate way too much of this BS, no one even looks at it now and says "hmm, was that right?".

Similarly we need to stand up and say enough of this Tiger Woods crap, there has to be something more important out there.

This sort of thing has been going on for years, and always will....someone once said there is a 'cult of celebrity' as if this were something new......just go back to the 1920's and all the scandals then involving film stars ( Fatty Arbuckle, Mary Astor, and on and on....).
We, all of us, love gossip....and as someone else on here said, we like to see the 'mighty fall'.........I'm just wondering when he had the time for all of this......and what on earth did he tell his wife about where he going all those times????????? surely she knows when there's a golf tournament he'd be at..........or did she not really care?

No matter how much you don't like it, morals matter.

Social messages matter.

Yes it was and I was very much aware of it, the quietly behind doors budget that congress have rammed up the tax payers butt, while increasing the unsustainable national debt at our children expenses and soon the national debt ceiling.

However; with that being said, there is a flip side here.

America is controlled by the SUPER religious ; media/pundits/politicians (I have friends that are christian; I'm not railing on christians)
But for the super-religious sex is dirty to them and Tiger sleeping with all these women is , in their minds, just sex, sex, and more sex.

Tiger woods is a fallen hero. there will always be grand media coverage of fallen heroes. You may think that is wrong, but I don't. Tiger created a false persona and drove it through the media. Once he was found it, it really was the responsibility of the media to show that the picture they helped crate was blatantly false. I think it is more a case of correcting a wrong, then rejoicing over Tiger wrongs. If Tiger only played golf and didn't make multi millions trying to lure us to buy products, then I might agree that it is none of our business. but he didn't. He used our eyeballs to make money every chance that he could. Now he pays us back.

Our youth and elderly being abused.
Our planet being descrated BIG TIME
3 to 6 billion trees (the lungs our Gaia) are cut down a year so if you do the math about 8 to 17 thousand are cut down a day.

So many real problems to address - Hello out there in tv land, who in the frig cares who tiger woods is bopping tonight?

I do care that such a worthless wuss is worth 500 Million.............the asylum is being run by the inmates.

Start concentrating on the real problems.
