Spectacular Phenomena In The Sky. What Is It?

Im actually shocked by how many people refuse to accept what little verified evidence we have on this.

Give me one piece of evidence that is as strong as the intercepted warning of a rocket launch at the exact time and then we have a discussion , until then we have 17 pages of people listing their "wishes" of what they'd like it to be with absolutely no evidence.

People who dont think it's a rocket need to stop asking for evidence of a rocket launch ( please see red circle photo showing tell tale rocket launch and intercepted launch info) and start providing something of substance themselves.

There must be 50000 scientists and engineers out there who understand rockets, metreology and weapons testing inside out and not one of them has said this could be anything else....

ahhh I forgot they're all under the controll of a shadowy organisation seeking to hide the truth about our ability to create wormholes from the LHC to facilitate stargates for ET...

I'm thinking that someone saw the movie "The Final Countdown" too many times. Somebody call the US Navy and ask if the USS Nimitz is missing.

Jeez, you go to bed for 8 hours and miss out on all the fun.

Im glad it turned out to be a rocket launch which I said back on page three, thanks to the guys at atmospheric optics. Certainly an unbelievable image, good to see its been debunked.

... We've been able to physically manipulate the ionosphere and magnetosphere for some time now. I'm sure they can make some pretty patterns in the sky without the help of a rocket.

I dont think your getting our side, the photo of the rocket tail, and the presence of a launch answer 2 out of hundreds of questions that this thing created.
Such as what created the spiral?
Why the "zone" or bubble? What elemental reaction is occuring to do that?
these are just a few of the questions. Even if we get completely away from anyother theory other than rocket; the rocket is THE REASON this happened it doesnt explain WHAT we are looking at.

I'm surprised no-one's been warned to close windows or stay indoors if they live underneath or downwind from that stuff. The sky looks kinda oily in the last of the photos. God knows what's in it.

Isnt it funny how 99% of the poeple on here dont trust anyone higher than their pay grade, yet as soon as they hear someone with a title say "we test fired a rocket" they will believe it to be the gospel of god.
Im sorry but Okums Razors suggest the simpliest theory is usually the correct one, but this doesnt sound like the simpliest explanation:

A russian rocket with a newly invented propolsion system failed, spun out of control and failed in a perfectly shaped spiral (read chaos theory) that lasted for multiple minutes, then reacted with something in the earths atmosphere so as to create a bubble, and no rocket was located or confirmed to have been fired?

Doesnt seem like the simpliest IMHO, seems like the most logical perhaps in our understandiong of the universe but simplest?

I'll admit that it is easier and more realistic to assume that this was definitely a Russian Rocket test, rather than a test of some top secret something or another. Yeah, I am guilty of jumping the horse, I will admit. However, I will not accept this story as being a rocket test until the Russians confirm it. When they do confirm it I will have a 20% confidence that they are telling the truth, however, until further tests are done and the pieces of said rocket are gathered I can not settle for the simplest explanation in good conscious. I can honestly tell you that no posts on this website will sway me either way. I will wait for all evidence to be gathered before I make my conclusion. Until then I am not buying any half assed explanation that includes Rocket Tests, UFOs, Hyperspace technology, or Atmospheric phenomena.

I reserve the right to wait for a detailed report and explanation before I accept the "official" or "unofficial" stories.

Probably some really nasty stuff.. Nitrogen oxides and the like. I feel bad for everyone who has to live around there.

Then again - who knows what kind of funky chemicals we're exposed to when we happen to be "down wind."

Can someone tell me which UK news channels have mentioned this? I see no mention on BBC News website. Unless they're gonna slot it in at the end of programmes where they put all their joke stories, like UFO sightings.

That is probably the most convincing similarities with rockets and this, if it wouldn't be made privately by someone unknown with a very vague description. Still, if it's backed up by real footage, I'll accept that it might be a rocket. Can't refute evidence, right?
