Ma'am, there were no earth shattering, life altering events. Save it. Just admit you were wrong and stop telling us about these dates and islamic doomsday scenarios.

Can someone please post predictions for an Israeli attack on Iran for the next 20 days so I don't have to worry for the rest of the year.

The week before Israel is attacked

The major factions of the Iranian government, the religiously fundamentalist Mullahs, the Revolutionary Guard, the various Councils, Mr A, the rogue money-grab Mullah contingency, are all pretty busy fighting for primacy right now.

The Russians just dumping their implicit backing is sending ripples. The destruction of the 'Evil Zionist Regime' and further steps in the worldwide Islamic Revolution will have to wait for a better day.

And again Iran looks like a giant chicken$hit in worldview.

i rather doubt that they could block or stop anything that has already happened ,he is here and has been for a long time ,he is not here for 1 faith but all faith`s it seems you all forgot that 1 little fact which is contained within all the holy scriptures in every religion and faith, 1 savior is for all people not 1 group .

Sorry not my savior do you even know what this nut believes?

Ahmadinejad is a Shia Muslim. Many of them believe that the Twelfth Imam, or Mahdi, the last in a line of saints descended from Ali, the founder of their sect, vanished down a well near Jamkaran, Iran, in A.D. 941. According to their beliefs, he went into a state of "occultation," like the sun being hidden behind the clouds; and, after a stormy period of apocalyptic wars, the clouds will part, and the "sun" (the Mahdi) will be revealed. They believe that when he is released from his imprisonment, the entire world will submit to Islam.

The world may smirk as they hear the president of Iran talking of the return of the Mahdi and think it is just a bunch of religious foolishness. But, he is dead serious. Not only does he believe it, but the tens of thousands of mullahs controlling ancient Persia believe it also. It is their mission from God.

But just who is this "Mahdi," this Hidden Imam? Some thought it was the Ayatollah Khomeini. In fact, when he returned to Iran in February 1979 following the overthrow of the Shah Mohamed Reza Pahlevi, the roads leading into Tehran were lined with nearly 2 million Shia Muslims screaming "al-Muntazar." The grand ayatollah was quick to deny that he was "al-Muntazar," one of the names given to the Hidden Imam. In other words, many thought Khomeini was the awakened Mahdi. Khomeini did, however, explain to his followers that he was the forerunner, the one who had come to open the way for the Hidden Imam to make his reappearance.

The Hidden Imam, upon his unveiling, will, according Iran's constitution, assume leadership in the Islamic republic. All will acquiesce to his authority in what is essentially an end-time paradigm based on what some call the Muslim messiah. Ahmadinejad's belief in this Hidden Imam is so compelling that he may well be persuaded to go to any lengths, including a nuclear attack on Israel and/or the United States, to precipitate an apocalyptic event, a means to an end.

Wait i want to rule Iran think i could convince him Ive been living in a well?

Dont you worry even the Nazi Germans were under the perception of invincibility (as per the books) no one could defeat them and the world powers would let them get away with the genocide, the world didn't let it happen then and the world is not going to let it happen now either. Israel knows it's end for them if they first attack Iran that's why all the begging with US and EU to start a war with Iran. But hopefully, EU and US is already seeing the Israeli charade as the latest EU report suggests and the UN GoldStone report.

Yep. That's the message Amadmaninjihad is sending. He says it won't be long until the throne is filled and there will be 2000 years of peace.... under Islam and everyone will be muslims and Allah will be pleased.

I believe he will advance this process as his duty to make it happen. There is an arabic phrase for this principle.

Your single track agenda to malign Israel prevents you from understanding complex world events. Goldstone report, fed by Gaza advisors, is an inconvenience from a corrupt beyond redemption UN - driven by the 50 nation Muslim bloc. Public perception is insignificant in international politics. Israel is a small non-resource based country of strategic importance. Israel is well integrated politically and economically with the West, almost all of Asia, and surprisingly the majority of the Arab League who may bitch in public but do active trading and exchange with them.

No one in the world wants a war with Iran. Wars, invasions, colonization are no longer profitable or desirable. No one wants the current leaders in Iran to have nuclear weapons. An highly volatile unpredictable regime with possible suicidal tendencies. A rogue state.

The Russians just kicked out another leg from the Iranian chair. They've gone as far as they are willing. Destabilization of the region helped boost oil prices for them, 2004-8. Selling outdated dsyfunctional military equipment and technology was good for their economy. But the very last thing Russia wants is a nuclear capable theocracy with delusions of grandeur right on their border. Russia’s entire history has been based on buffering themselves from threatening neighbours.

Iran by the way is no Germany. Germany was a first world country. Intellectually, educationally, culturally, technologically, commercially, at the top of the pile. Iran is still a backwards country currently benefiting from oil revenues. Much of the old money, brains, know how, entrepreneurship have fled. The Mullah regime has not benefited most of the 75 Million in ran - only the nouveu riche Mullahs and Revolutionary Guard and their cronies.

The hope of everyone is that they will implode economically or a spontaneous revolution will occur. Current direct conflict in Yemen between Iran and Saudi Arabia hints at the possibility the Arab League and Israel may collude on putting the current Iranian regime out of action with minimal Western input.

Interesting times.

Yeah its called Jihad, and last i checked it hasnt been doing so well under the
"peaceful" area lol.

I dunno how anyone can think in any religion that a total conversion of the complete population of the world, would go off with out a hitch, without a single burp of uprising or resistance.......i mean, the crusades went so well right lol

Does not compute

You should learn to read better. No particular criticism of the Palestinians who have been unfortunate pawns of Arab League political maneuvering - now Iran.

Never heard of a Muslim race. Just know 25% of the world adherents to the religion. Criticism of bad leaders and regimes is not criticism of people.

This is about power politics and abuses not liking or disliking people.

Learn the difference.

Yeah but it's their duty to give it a go so they will try. I encourage them to speed it up because I'm getting tired of all this sword rattling bs. Let's get the party started.

Not in the script, a new phase is uncoiling. Drought, Famine and Pestilence. Not Biblical - for real. Chronic water shortage, loss of arable land to feed swelling population, increased prices for imported food staples, disease spread through diminished fresh water and hygiene.

Already happening in the Sudan, Somalia, Ethiopia, Yemen. Will spread outward to Egypt and North Africa.

Competition for the basics of life will take precedence over traditional tribal conflicts. We'll find out how humane and charitable the Arab League and Iran really are. Darfur was a test case.

There are a few things free thinking individuals can do to brace our descendants from the coming tide.

Raise free-thinking children. Teach them to value the wonders of science and prostrate themselves in front of the universe, not a preacher, rabbi, or imam.

Well, "free thinkers" aren't really free then are they? Currently the leadership of such free thinkers as you define them in your quote are over in Copenhagan prostrating themselves to a false god called The Universe comlete with zealous dogma based on "science". As sounds like they seek to honor their god through mass depopulation and behavior and mind control. Hmmm?

But Bono will save the day and Dan Ackroid will be part of We Are The World Deux and the hungry will be fed, no?
Are you suggesting that the sanctions for Iran will spark this or cloud seeding? And black Africans will be prized once again since the race will be small? And will this process need some sort of accelerator... like that nuke thing?

I would be interested to know how much aid went to Darfur thusfar. Most charities don't even know the cause, they just pump money into something they deem good will. Feeding the World with benefits only prolongs the real problems.

What about Rwanda a few years back. I thought that was an experiment (initiation) too. Guess the jungle round up works better than the direct assault? Clear the woods, herd the animals, let them die an early death is more humane than going door to door with machettes?

I had a friend who flew Gadaffi to Kenya to hunt, years ago. Pilot friend working in Saudi. Gadaffi and his crew hunted with machine guns. Maybe that was an experiment too. And now he claims the throne of Africa. hmmmmm.
