little off topic since discusion derailed on shapes of "ufo's"

i find it fascination that no one can find connection betwen diffirent shapes of these objects.

So here it goes (its just a theory)
If object manipulates gravity wouldnt it distort the true form of an object?

maybe all ufos are cigarshaped or maybe they all soucer like thing is we have no clue what propels them and if thats gravity manipulation then what we see/photograph may be distorted/not representing what it really is.

as for whole incident s&f from me . Thanx

Wow! It's amazing. The look almost human as if guided and moved by intelligence.

The UFO's above the South Americans in the street also look cool too.

Of course we all want pictures, video, zoom ins and the whole 9.

If they really saw an actual REAL UFO they surely were mesmerized by it!!!!

Well this is rather frustrating. Searching the web, I can't find squat on this. Anyone have any other avenues for updates? You would think a mass sighting with accompanying physical data would have continuous updates. This sighting was almost a week ago. This imo, is as important as Phoenix, Indiana, or any other mass sighting with a large craft.

I really don't want this slipping into obscurity.

It is amazing how in this day and age, with every phone having a camera, how little, good quality footage is actually shot. Surely someone could get a clear, up close, in focus shot of something? Hopefully soon anyway!

not only does not every phone have a camera, but we are talking about a really, really low-income area; one with probably no cell towers, and 4 year old tech. Where are the cameras in that area... oh thats right, phones there dont have them.

This isnt rocket science people. Not everyone in the world has the same access to tech. Ecocentrism is a huge problem.

Has anyone considered the possibility that aliens might have a purpose in appearing in various countries around the world? That they just might be trying to find a way to bypass the Americans and contact humanity without being locked up at Area 51 and have to deal with the CIA?

Read.The. Thread.And.Learn.

It's not some poor rural area needing the Three Amigos to come save it. It's a bustling city with an International airport and night time ice-cream vendors. Both your post and mine, up until this point, have contributed nothing to this thread.

Not and second or third line and worthwhile contribution.

Again, does it matter how advanced they are? I find it ridiculous that this even gets brought up as reasoning as to how something could be a hoax. As if over a hundred people from across the city were all on the hoax together. The lack of pictures means nothing. I'd hazard a guess that the majority of people in the city are not UFO buffs, and see no reason to keep a camera locked and loaded, ready to snap videos at 1 a.m. of UFOs. Camera phones are horrible at night, even if cell phones are popular there.

For the Phoenix Lights (yes, there were cell phones in common use in the "olden days" of this sighting), we got what.. 2 videos? And there was a population of 1.5 million in Phoenix (at the time of the sighthing). So, if those two videos were not taken, would you have assumed it never happened? Because it's impossible for half of the cities population to not be out with video equipment at a moments notice?

I'm holding out for eyewitness testimony, and more info on the power outage and the burned out row of lights. I'll take credible eyewitness testimony from scores of witnesses, over a blurry dark photo taken by a cruddy cellphone any day.

Considering how fast and easily people enjoy dismissing any photo or video, I don't know why it's so important to have them. Unless of course, it's the crutch for which debunkers enjoy debunking all sightings.

I've asked to Patricio if he wanted to join ATS, but he kindly declined because he's extremely busy (he runs also their blog ( Link ) and he's very busy at work). He has shared two important details:
the first one is that cellphones stopped working together with power, phones and water: but since the black-out occurred AFTER the sighting according to all the witnesses, this basically would leave unaltered the chances that something was caught on camera. He also pointed out that the sighting lasted for some long time. Given the circumstances, there are still chances to get some picture, but of course the more time will pass, the less chances there will be to get some, and it would really be a pity
Let's cross our fingers, wait and see: i'm daily checking El Tribuno and their websites

Pretty cool;

I wonder why they just keep hovering in huge fleets like that and not just land.....

I've found an interesting article about an interview with a witness by Mercedes Casas, from CEFORA (Argentinean Republic Committee for UFO Phenomena Studies)
The account of the witness is very interesting, as you will see

Rough translation, so i apologize in advance in case of mistakes

The investigative expertise of Mercedes Casas, is achieving its first results: she managed to meet up, through a contact of Metàn, with a witness, here the story:
The man was that night fishing in the dam toghether with a friend, when suddenly appeared a "thing" gigantic cigar-shaped, which they calculate would have between 200 and 300 meters long. It produced a sound like "many machines working" (textual): the object approached the wall of the dam, close to two turbines, which were not working. At that time the power went off across the area where they were (the lights of the dock and the wall), plus cell phones stopped working and all torches' batteries that they had (which always have the fishermen) went suddenly exhausted.
The fishermen were on the shore, ( "half way" he said, half the distance from the wall), had a clear view toward the wall, At that moment the object landed on top of the turbines while firing multi - colored lights, and while it was "sitting" it produced a noise that sounded more or less like "mmmmmmmmmm" and the turbines began operating, while that object was emitting rays of light: the object gave the impression that it was loading energy. It's at that time that occurred the black-out, and the lights and phones stopped working. Then the object left a very great speed.
After of that, everything was absolutely silent.
After what happened, the fishermen returned to the village El Tunal (which is about 10 km from the dam), and was a great stir among the villagers because they had all seen the object.
The object apparently came from the east (remember we talked about that would come from Chile?)
I've also been told by a frind of mine from Metán (who talked to district chief of Edesa), that the turbines of the dam were out of service for years.

www.visionovni.com.ar...

Of course, a video documenting such a scene would have been amazing to say the very least
.
Well, the account is better than nothing, though

strange... because according to google maps its just one giant piece of farmland. Bustling places are Pittsburg, Paris, Milan even, but definitely not this place. 7500 saw it. Maybe 40% even own a regular camera. That leaves 3000. Only a few above 20% would have the piece of mind to grab it aka 600 and who knows how many of them got anything other than black/ bright flare sky or are still having that film developed.

So point taken but you're still not able to prove to me that any pictures were even taken much less everyone is a metropolitan with access to tech.

so what your saying is phones and cameras stopped working? Seems like someone was wrong about the pictures. Thanks for the translation. Looks like the light show might have been some form of energy transfer over a region of highly potent stuff buried deap in the earth

very strange activity :0 to say the least. i am happy to see some of the witnesses are starting to be interviewed and hopefully we will see some more reports in the future. thanks again and good work

Not to try and douse this with petrol or anything but surely turbines; that great source of powering a nation, would have security cameras(film and digital), back-up generators, guards and other infrastructure in place to protect itself and verify any down-time.

If this is the real deal then many nations (not least the US) would want to know exactly what went on and would have folk out there just now investigating. Perhaps ask anyone familiar with the place to keep an eye out for anyone not local. And perhaps ask the amateur detectives amongst us who might try visiting to wear an ATS T-shirt, pink carnation or something that stands out enough to save enquiry (cue those who think TPTB will do the same).
