Yes, but it doesn't look like it changes the illumination or the shadows on the Moon itself, so it's more likely something not near the Moon.

lots of luminosity's have been seen on the Moon so i can't rule out that possibility either.
No, but I will try to find.

I remember one transcript where people on a space shuttle were trying to speak to Ground Control (aka Houston) and then this UFO appeared and then someone's voiced conveyed something that wasn't said by either of the astronauts aboard, like it came from an extraterrestrial.
[EDITED]
I am hoping someone here might know what I am talking about.

Not me. Anybody else?
"At approximately 6-30 a.m. on 17th March 1990, a radio ham from Baltimore, Donald Ratsch, was listening to transmissions from Discovery when he heard the following:"Houston, this is Discovery, we have a problem. We have a fire". Shortly after Ratsch claims he heard "Houston this is Discovery, we still have the Alien spacecraft under observance".A former mission specialist with NASA , Bob Oeschler conducted an intense investigation into these events and concluded that the message had in fact been broadcast from the vicinity of Fort Meade in Maryland, an area where the US National Security Agency had it's base. The NSA has long been interested in UFOs and Oeschler was of the opinion that the transmission was a deliberately set-up hoax for some intelligence purpose."
Edit: I have found it, it's AS12-52-7757.
I didn't, but that page said what the area was, so I looked for photos of that area on the LPI site and on the Apollo Mission Lunar Photography Index Maps also available there.

how did you know it was from Apollo 12 ?
To be clear, what I meant is that the reflection is inside the CSM, from a light source behind the camera, and although the Moon becomes brighter with it (obviously), that would be the same as changing the brightness on the photo, it does not change the shadows as a light (either direct or reflected) shinning on the Moon's surface would.

It is amazing how the light reflecting off the CSM is actually brightening areas of the lunar surface.
