UFOs & Water Case-Broadwater County Montana, 1940
At an isolated location miner Udo Wartena saw a large disc shaped object about 35 foot high and over 100 feet across hovering above a meadow. The object resembled two soup plates, one inverted over the other and stainless steel in appearance.
Wartena then saw a staircase unfold from the bottom of the craft. Out of it came a man who asked him if the ship could take some water. The man then invited Wartena inside the object.
Wartena accepted and met another man inside that told him they had come from a distant planet and were 609 years old.
They also claimed that they hadn't seen Wartena when they began their descent, since they usually avoided human contact. But they also said they had come "to gather information, leave instructions, or give help where needed."
They told Wartena that their ship was powered "by hydrogen extracted from water, that created its own gravitational field." When Wartena left the ship, it rose straight into the air and quickly disappeared.

UFOs & Water Case, Vico Italy, 07-25-1952
Vico, Italy.
A man who was fishing in the Serchio River saw a disk hovering for 10 min. From it hung a hose that plunged into the water. The object was 20 m in diameter, with five propellers in the rear and a dome with something like blades on top.
An orange glow could be seen through slits along the deck.
A man wearing a diving helmet looked at the witness through a window, and he received a kind of electric shock as a "green ray" hit him.
He looked up with difficulty, in time to see the object fly away toward the east.
Six days later, a stranger with a foreign accent contacted the witness and intimidated him.

UFOs & Water Case, Pardo River, Brazil, 11-04-1954
On November 4, 1954, Jose Alves of Pontal was fishing in the Pardo River near Pontal. The area was deserted, the night quiet with only a slight breeze blowing from the east.
Suddenly Alves spotted a strange craft in the sky, apparently heading toward him. He watched, transfixed, as it closed in with a wobbling motion and landed.
It was so near he could have touched it, he said. The object appearing as two washbowls placed together, looked to be about ten to fifteen feet in diameter. He was too frightened to run.
Three little men, clad in white clothing with close-fitting skull caps, emerged from a window-like opening in the side of the small craft. Their skin appeared to be quite dark.
Alves stood terror-stricken, watching the small creatures collect samples of grass, herbs and leaves of trees; one of them filled a shiny metal tube with river water.
Then, as suddenly as they had come, they jumped back into their machine, which took off vertically as swiftly and as silently as it had come. Residents of Pontal, who heard Alves's story when he came back to town, told the press that he was a quiet man who lived only for "his work and his family."
He had never heard of flying saucers and he was sure the little men were some kind of devils.

UFOs & Water Case, Bradenton, Florida, 12-13-1973
WITNESSES: Patrick Trush/John Dowdy/George Montgomery.
Patrick Thrush was driving north on 27th Street E when he saw what he thought was an airplane in trouble descending toward the Braden River. As he reached the intersection of 27th Street and Manatee Avenue the object had disappeared below the horizon.
Thrush turned west on Manatee Avenue and drove the short distance to the river. At the river he pulled his car off the road onto an embankment, as he started to turn the car around, the high beams from his car picked up a silvery reflecting object hovering 20 feet above the river. A tube extended from the object to the surface of the water. "I just sat there a second," Thrush stated, then he took his camera from the car and took two photographs, using a strobe. The camera was a Canon FT-QL with a 55mm lens.
As soon as the flash went off, the tube, which had been at an angle, straightened up and began retracting into the object. When the tube disappeared, the object headed toward the embankment where Trush was standing. He said he heard several loud clanks and a splash, indicating that something had dropped in the water.
The object moved toward the car and descended slightly, passing over the hood of the automobile, missing the car by about seven feet. Thrush heard something hit the car hood; the object changed direction and moved rapidly to the west, in a curved path.
When the object first began to move it was a pale bluish-green. As it picked up speed it changed to a reddish-orange and rapidly disappeared in the distance.

UFOs & Water Case, La Caleta, near Boca Chica, Dominican Republic, 06-24-1977
(Distrito Nacional)
While returning to Santo Domingo at about one in the morning, Senor A.S. Cruz saw a light over the sea, which descended to water level, and a tube came out of the bottom and took up water. The witness stopped to watch the unusual spectacle. The UFO stopped its auction action and headed toward him.
As it approached, the witness saw two beings in the windows who seemed to be looking at him.
Sr. Cruz tried to drive away, but his car would not start. Then he noticed the presence of another identical UFO.
Behind the two objects was "a pair of thick black tubes or cylinders that were joined together." Suddenly, and in complete silence, the UFOs were sucked up by the tubes, which immediately started moving, and then disappeared before the witness's eyes.
At this time Sr. Cruz's extremities were "asleep."

UFOs & Water Case, Palmas, Tocantis, Brazil, 03-22-2001
Vinicius Da Silva and Marta Rosenthal were returning home from a day of fishing in the River Tocantis when they felt a bump in one of the tires. Thinking he had a flat, Vinicius stopped the vehicle and went to check.
He could not find anything wrong with the tire but suddenly heard Marta screaming and saw her pointing to the right side of the road. There, only a few meters away, hovering over the water was a metallic object with small windows along its edge.
Standing outside the object on a ledge was a humanoid figure of about 1.30 meters in height.
The figure was holding something resembling a hose and was apparently sucking water from the river and into the craft. After about two minutes the humanoid pulled up the hose from the river and re-entered the object. The craft then became very bright and shot away horizontally into the sky.

Salina, Venezuela, 08-08-1967
Four days later, on the 8th, Evangelic Pastor Estanislao Lugo Contreras of Salina, Venezuela, was at the shore shortly after dark when he saw an object which he described as disc-shaped and giving off a very bright orange glow. The disc rose out of the sea at about 500 meters (1650 feet) from shore, hovered for a few seconds, then, as in the Yepes incident; rose obliquely into the sky, disappearing within seconds. Unlike Yepes, Pastor Contreras heard what he described as a "buzzing" sound.
When he first noticed the phenomenon, Contreras was attracted by the fact that the sea started to "wrinkle up" or "stir up" in a vast round area. The color of the water in that particular area--Salina is six miles north of the resort city of Arrecifes--is much darker than elsewhere nearby, so the change was easily noticeable. A few moments after the stirring up was noticed, the water began to turn a lighter hue, then a light-blue shade which was very intense. The area continued to grow lighter, then turned whitish, then yellowish, and lastly a brilliant orange shade. Contreras then noticed the sound of the object, which he described as "intense and deafening"; he also felt a tingling sensation in his feet. At this point the huge "pancake"-shaped object emerged from the sea, hovered, and left toward Maiquetía in a slanting ascending pattern.

Almost 80 miles to the east is the fishing harbor and resort of Łeba, located on the open sea with several coastal lakes nearby. On a Sunday, September 24, 1961, Czaslaw Kawecki, a 28 year old textile technician, was enjoying the last evening hours of his summer vacation.
Then, suddenly, he was almost startled out of his wits. Later, he told Szachnowski:
"A sudden noise of rushing waters made me turn toward the sea again. And right in front of me, about 1000 feet from the shore, the surface was rising in one spot. It looked like a round hill--pushed up from beneath. Then, splashes of water gushed from the top and, like fountain jets, fell around the 'hole' in the waves. From this opening in the water emerged an object which at first I thought to be an elongated triangle.... "
Kawecki admitted mixed feelings of excitement and uneasiness at this point, but he resolved to hold his ground and watch further developments.
"The object rose a few yards," Kawecki continued, "and hovered above this same spot, but there was now a whirlpool of water rushing inward with a loud sucking and gurgling noise. The object itself was black and silent.
"Suddenly there appeared a belt of steady white light segmented by a number of convex dark streaks. This light made glowing reflections on the lower rim of the object. It also lighted considerably the upper rim and all the rest.
Now it became apparent that 'the thing' had the shape of a huge inverted funnel with two rims, separated by a belt of segmented light. About halfway up the upper part was a thin strip of something whiter than the rest on a rather dark body. The slits end of this 'funnel' had a rounded top from which protruded a stump, thinning upward and bent in the middle on one side.
"The stillness of the object lasted about a minute, then there appeared the glow of a second light under the object. It was also a white one, but much stronger and sharper than that emitted by the segmented belt. Almost immediately the 'funnel' tilted slowly northwards--revealing the bottom. After remaining in this position for about half a minute without changing, it glided about 50 yards eastward, stopped, but soon glided back and stopped again. All this time the bottom of the object was visible to me."

An electronics engineer was fishing when he heard a shrill, whirring sound and saw a round object, with a rotating light on top, land on the shore.
The sound gradually stopped, an opening became visible, and two dwarfs with oversized heads came out with a hose and pumped water from the river.
Later they appeared to play like children. Their bodies glowed with lights of changing colors.

Heinrich Ivanovich was driving his motorcycle along the Kama River near a wooded area. On the side of the road he noticed a man who suddenly raised his hand as if saluting.
Ivanovich slowed his motorbike and approached the stranger. As he approached he noticed a strange disc-shaped object on the ground close to the stranger. The stranger wore a grayish-metallic overall with thick-soled boots.
The man did not wear a hat and had a short haircut. On his left hand he held a hose-like implement, which was apparently extracting water from the Kama River.
At the end of the encounter the stranger asked Ivanovich to stay back from the object and to just observe it take off. The object had a semi-transparent green colored globular dome on top..

It lends credibility to the existence of ufos and their witnesses if their behavior is more than just a light floating around in the sky or a flash of light or disk streaking through the sky for no reason.

Earl Rose (a biologist) and Gay Orr (superintendent of schools) were on duty at the GOC post about 5:45 p.m. Attracted by a multi-motor sound on their amplifying pickup system, the two men scanned the sky with binoculars. A brilliant object at low altitude was visible maneuvering erratically to the southwest. As it moved, the UFO changed color from white to bluish-white to green and red.For about twenty minutes, Rose and Orr watched the gyrating object as it moved forward, up and down. At one point, the UFO hovered over Center Lake for about 10 minutes. Its maneuvers were totally unlike an aircraft, and it moved against the wind.

PUERTO RICO SAUCER TAKES ON WATER.
VIEGUES - Amidst the mysteries of a U.S. Naval base in Puerto Rico are strange reports of UFO and alien activity. Puerto Rican Ufologist Jorge Martin interviewed Angel Encarnacion, a Vieques fisherman, who said that "One night, while fishing out at sea south of the Navy's shooting range, and east of Vieques, we saw in the distance a really big and shining light. Getting closer, we saw that it a huge round saucer object with lots of lights turning on and off all around the ship." "On the bottom middle there was a really big green light, aimed at the ocean's surface," said Encarnacion. "It wasn't more than 100 feet above the ocean. What shocked me most was seeing the object absorb water from the ocean. You could actually see a big volume of water rising and entering the object. You could not see any fish or anything else in the water going up." Throughout the operation, he said, there was no sound. He and his crew saw strange activity on another night, "a shiny green light rose from the bottom of the ocean," and suddenly disappeared as they heard "the sound of water falling into the ocean nearby," but with no object in sight. They heard--but did not see- something rising in the night sky.

A rare UFO-water case, which was brought to public knowledge by the Houston Post, involved a 1987 sighting in the town of Josserand.
Frank Nichols, a farmer known for his good character, heard a "whirring" sound, similar to some of his farm machinery. He immediately went outside to find out what was happening. He was shocked to see an large, unknown object landed in his cornfield. The flying vessel was decorated with brilliant colored lights.
Having heard the stories of the flying ships in local newspapers, he immediately knew that one of these ships was visiting his farm. Two beings soon emerged, holding buckets. They asked Nichols for water. He obliged them. In all, he saw 6-8 crewmen, who invited him to aboard their ship.
Relating the details of his visit inside the ship, he told newspaper reporters that the components of the vessel were far advanced from anything he had seen before

The two men wore silvery outfits, had light skin and dark hair, with very attractive features, and looked very similar to each other. The witness brought them a bottle of Seltzer water and asked them if they spoke English. They did not reply and then walked towards a nearby huge dazzling hovering object. The witness panicked and went to notify the police, but both the object and the men had departed when he returned with the authorities.
