I just wish that we had a little bit better intellegance information one April night in 1986. How were we supposed to know that it was the camel's turn to be on top.

Furthermore, Gadhafi was correct, "WHOEVER SAID THAT THE UNITED NATIONS SHOULD HAVE TO MEET IN NYC?"

America just became irrelavent!

The U.N. was created by David Rockefeller's daddy and grand-daddy, to further their corrupt system of banking, and enslaving of the people of the earth, through their banking puppets.. the multinational corporations; whose lobbyists have controlled the American Congress for over a century, completely. It is this very same banking system that has just screwed the American people out of trillions of dollars, by transferring the debts of the foolish international bankers and their corporations to the ignorant American slave.

Unfortunately, it is beginning to sound like obama and some of his supporters also think having obama be "president for life" would also be a good thing. Sounds like obama could also count on foreign support (military?) to make that happen.

No one gets to be president for life here in the U.S.

No...but they sure do sit in the Senate seats forever!! Can't believe we still have senate and congressional leaders that have been in office since the 60's!! Unbelieveable, and then we wonder why we are getting behind??

Ghaddafi, is to be honest, quite mad,
I have spent the last 3 months in Libya and the place has been absolutely misgoverned for the past 40 years. Yes he loves a good conspiracy theory (as long as it serves his own aims) and you'd think he was the highest echelons of illuminati looking at the symbolism portrayed in the many images of him around libya. But my view is he's bought into this rubbish like a lot of people and is using it for his own aims.

He may appear to talk sense in some of these speeches but in Libya even talking about a political party will put you in jail and about 60% of the working population works for the government, many of whom are simply spies for want of a better word, the kind of people who enjoy sticking noses in other peoples business.

But I think hes getting a bit of "stage time" in return for giving up on the WMD's, keeping a form of rather authoritarian rule over north Africa and by location keeping would be terrorists out of Europe. (He's not a great fan of islamic fundamentalism)

I want to make a few points about his speech if I may. Although the majority of his speech was incoherent babble and even factually wrong and inflammatory, I did find a couple of interesting points he brought up that we should look at.

(Did we listen to the same speech?? I found it to be not only coherent and VERY understandable, but actually very thought out, and presented well. If it was inflammatory, I think he well thought out who to target, and for what.)

First and foremost his "resolution" that the EU, AU, and a Asian Union be appointed as permanent members of the security council, where each council elects one member to represent the union. I actually think this is a good idea and a better way for more representaion within the body proper.

Secondly I did notice when he was railing about 9/11 and who actually flew the planes or who was responsible he tipped toe around the "official" report which was Saudi nationals.

(I do not agree that he was 'tippy toeing' around the Saudi's. More like he was tiptoeing around the same thing that alot of people have been tiptoeing around, like the idea that maybe it was done by the same people who were responsible for things like Kennedy's death, for the same reasons. That is a debate that I will not enter with you.)

Is he afraid of calling out the Saudi gov't? The Saudi royal family is responsible for 75% of the extremist views in the middle east thanks to thier printing of an "edited" koran that is distributed widely throughout the middle-east. This version adds in quotes and addendums that according to Islamic scholars are actually not present and actually give a completely differnt lesson than what the original texts do.

(Where the heck did you hear ANY of that in his speech?? The only book I saw him disagreeing with, was the preamble. If you listened, he was making point by point, things that were written in it, that were supposedly being upheld, but were not in reality being upheld. This speech had nothing to do with religion, and everything to do with the fears that all countries, except a chosen few, have concerning America. Do you think that only Americans are able to recognise when an elected 'sic' official says one thing and does another? It is a scary proposition to have a president of USA have an interest in your country. To the looter go the spoils. Most of us don't feel it here in America, but they do in the 3rd world countries as a very real fear.)

I didn't mean to make you feel that I was minimizing your opinion. As a 'friendly foe' I was responding to what you had written. I just didn't feel that it had anything to do with religion, and I didn't hear anything that was incoherent. He believes what Obama is saying, and was trying to say that he feels safer for his country with Obama in office, and he WOULD like for that to go on forever.

I may have gone a tad bit off topic with that last part. I only threw that in their to highlight what I was suggesting. Although I did feel like he was skirting around the edge of placing blame. He refers to the planes hitting the towers, accuses the U.S. of attacking the wrong places( Afghanistan and Iraq which I do agree) but when never brings it back home. Maybe I was projecting a bit and for that I am sorry.

I guess sometimes it takes a nut-case to call-out and actually speak the truth. He might be a very bad person... but, sometimes I think that the PTB, the UN, the US and all the major powers of the world are just as bad.

Just as an example... Look at North Korea... we know they have nukes and weapons of Mass Destruction and look at Iraq, where we weren't really sure of what he had. We decided to invade Iraq instead of Korea.

The PTB always have an agenda and an alterior motive... and that probably goes for Gaddafi as well. We need just a majority of the population to wake up and let's try and fix this mess that we apparently slept through!!!
