Boston Launches Flu Shot Tracking! *Tracking Bracelet*

For anyone who thinks this sint that big of a deal, well firstly your probably on the wrong site, but you have to consider the following. As we have seen on here legislation is being proposed that would make getting the flu shot vaccine mandatory. If a person does not have the flu shot he/she can be quarantined "for public safety", again reported here citing real news sources. So if all that passes lets say im John Doe and i oppose the governement, im speaking out against them but you know what i dont think they are trying to kill me ill get the shot. I am still activly against the government but am concerned, so lets say one day my friendly neighbourhood police man, dressed head to toe in swat attire with an automatic weapon, scans my bracelet and pooff ohh you didnt get your shot, goodbye. Seems to me a very easy way to get rid or segregate anyone who opposes you.

You know who else liked to keep track of a subset of his citizens with visible forms of identification?

Sheeple? Those that have followed the rules, listened to the warnings and aren't causing any undo stress/work for the government agencies that are trying to protect the citizens will be just fine. Stop worrying. Those that have always obeyed the instructions given to them will do just fine when they are given their next set of directions. Make sure you get your vaccination for h1n1 and the flu. Also, make sure that you have all the vaccinations for your children (if applicable) just in case there are seperate relief locations for the youngsters.

so, what exactly is the plan? is it a star of david, a yellow armband, a black armband, or what? and what is with the pink triangle? i was thinking a black armband with a star of david in the middle and centered in that another symbol- possibly a double helix(somehow related through imagery to freedom- represents"freedom is in my blood" or something like it) or something along those lines.

but, really, what is the plan? can we somehow take a vote?

One of the goals of health officials in Boston is to create a "vaccination map" that will enable them to pinpoint address by address who was received a vaccination and who has not.

Talk about chilling.

Will technology such as this be rolled out nationwide if the swine flu gets really bad this fall?

How would you feel if authorities could instantly pull up the vaccination status of everyone in your neighborhood?

And why all of this hysteria?

After all, so far the swine flu has not been any more threatening than an average seasonal flu.

At least that is what Dr. Marc Lipsitch of Harvard University is saying. According to Dr. Lipstich, the swine flu death rate is very similar to the death rate of the seasonal flu during an average year.

So why are the authorities treating this flu with such hysteria?

Do they know something that we don't?

One example of how incredibly bizarre things have gotten is a story that we recently found out of Canada.

Some Indian tribes in north Manitoba had requested some supplies to help battle the swine flu, but what Health Canada sent them was not what they were expecting.

Do you know what Health Canada sent them?

Body bags.

Seriously.

The Edmonton Sun reported that David Harper, who is one of the Indian leaders up there, is openly wondering if Health Canada knows something about the flu outbreak that they aren't telling them.....

"Don't send us body bags, help us organize, send us medicine."

This reminds us of the old bond movie where James Bond asks the villain if he expects him to talk, and the villain responds something like this.....

they present other compelling evidence of planned quarantines,
and vaccination tracking.....

Authorities in Boston have already trialed such technology, with the purpose of creating a “vaccination map” charting which people have taken the vaccine and which have not, or “creating a citywide registry of everyone who has had a flu vaccination,” as a Boston Globe article describes.

Participants were given a bracelet with a unique identifier code, exactly as described in the You Tube clip.


“Infectious disease specialists in Boston and elsewhere predicted that the registry approach could prove even more useful if something more sinister strikes: a bioterrorism attack or the long-feared arrival of a global flu epidemic. In such crises, the registry could be used to track who received a special vaccine or antidote to a deadly germ,” according to the article.

“Anything you can do to better pinpoint who’s vaccinated and who’s not, that’s absolutely vital,” said Michael Osterholm, director of the Center for Infectious Disease Research & Policy at the University of Minnesota. “I wish more cities were doing this kind of thing.”

While governments have publicly backed away from talk of mandatory mass vaccination programs, their actions behind closed doors indicate that they are preparing for a state of medical martial law.

An international swine fu conference held recently in Washington DC and attended by the world’s top health authorities featured workshops on enforced quarantines, mass vaccinations, and how to “control and diffuse social unrest and public disorder.” Individuals who attempted to gain access to the conference representing the media were turned away by officials at the conference.

Portsmouth hospital employees get choice: Flu shot or mask — or find a new job ...at least they are not theatening an RFID bracelet too! At least not yet!

Portsmouth Regional Hospital officials have mandated their employees either get a seasonal flu vaccine shot, wear a mask — or get a new job.

"This is a huge logistical process. There's not [going to be] a sudden appearance of vaccine in 90,000 refrigerators around the country," said Jay Butler, an epidemiologist heads CDC's task force on the pandemic vaccine.

About 3.4 million doses of nasal-spray flu vaccine -- which can be used only by people age 2 to 49 -- are expected to be available the first week of October. The injectable vaccine, which will form the vast bulk of the 195 million doses the government has ordered, won't be available until later that month when many experts believe the flu outbreak will be in full-swing.

All the pandemic vaccine will be bought by the federal government. It will be divided among states and territories on the basis of population. Providers, including private companies such as pharmacies, will get it for free.

We're apparently willing to spend countless dollars and lives fighting terrorism overseas but sit idly having debates and signing petitions regarding what we should do about the terrorists in our own country.

It seems we have very little time to finalize any preparations we had planned. An old Indian saying:

So yes, the government is shipping out the live virus in the flu vaccine that will be administerd through a mist into the nasal passages...

Then in October, after they have well dosed a portion of the public with the live virus, they will ship out the injections.

You are right on the money! I, and BTS have had the same wierd thoughts about this! How in the world did this JUST NOW get the attention of the internet and all of the brilliant research minds here at ATS and elsewhere is beyond me. I think this is fishier than the vaccine itself (almost, lol)...very strange indeed and is worthy of investigation on it's own.

Any ideas? I am so confused.
